Esta hermosa villa frente al mar en Kapalua Bay Villa es nueva en nuestro inventario. Idealmente ubicado en el edificio # 20, junto a los pasos de acceso privado a la playa y al paseo marítimo que conectan con el sendero costero de tres millas del complejo. Este espacioso condominio a nivel de puente está a solo unos pasos de la bahía de Oneloa, y está a 3-5 minutos a pie de la bahía de Kapalua. Este hermoso condominio cuenta con una cocina personalizada con gabinetes africanos de Mahagony, un refrigerador bajo cero con cajones de congelador y máquina de hielo. El horno eléctrico y de vapor, la estufa eléctrica y el lavavajillas son Miele. Hay mostradores de losa de granito "Burdeos hawaiano" y una nueva lavadora / secadora. Piso de baldosas en la planta baja y lujosas alfombras en el piso superior en la suite principal. La unidad tiene pisos de piedra caliza en todas partes, con la excepción del baño que es mármol pulido, y el dormitorio principal, que tiene alfombra. La nueva alfombra y el relleno de bucle de nivel se instalaron el 14 de febrero de 2018. Hay fabulosas vistas panorámicas del océano desde la suite principal de arriba que toca un colchón TempurPedic King Size de California. This was an absolutely amazing stay. The photos are a completely accurate depiction of this property. The location and views are amazing. Very clean, well-maintained property with an incredibly easy check-in process. I highly recommend this property for a vacation. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Villa

Our stay was amazing. The Villa was perfectly located and the views were breath taking. The photos on line were spot on. We would stay here again. Great locations and easy to walk the trails and make our way to the various restarurants.

Perfect place to stay

Property was everything we expected and more. We loved to look out the windows and whale watch all day. Perfectly located and within walking distance to the beach and market. We would definitely stay here again.

5 stars couldn’t recommend enough. If you’re thinking about booking, this is a great choice. One of the best views I’ve seen on Maui.

We were celebrating our golden anniversary and this Kapalua Bay condo did not dissapoint. Immaculate when we arrived with all the staples we needed. Fantastic oceanfront/beachfront location with beautiful views as pictured. The community is beautifully maintained and a lovely, walkable community and nearby neighborhoods. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. The bedroom and living room furniture were very comfortable as well. The addition of an umbrella would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely amazing

Cannot express how beautiful this place was! Views were amazing, the space was great, clean, good amenities. Loved the neighborhood, lots of stuff close by to walk to. Beach was quiet and close by. I so hope we get the chance to return here.

Christmas in Kapalua

We had an incredible stay at this property over the Christmas holiday!Killer views from both floors and a very well appointed and stocked living room and kitchen plus, the mattress was very comfy allowing us to feel at home while on vacation. Everything you need was provided - kitchen, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chest, you name it, this rental delivered!We will be back and can’t wait to secure this awesome property again in the future!Mahalo!!!

Shower and sink in the master did not drain well. There was a vent fan in the bathroom that did not have a cover on it. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable.

Great View!!

Great views from both floors. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the sunrise from your master bedroom was priceless. Unit is close to the access trail to the beach which was nice, 10-15 minutes walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The only downside was walking up and down stairs to access your bedroom other than that I would higher recommend this unit!!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!

The villa was fantastic! The view when you wake up each morning is gorgeous! We watched humpback whales from the deck every day. Very walkable to the beach, hiking, golf, snorkeling, and dining options. The property was clean and easy to check in to and use. We loved it so much, we extended our stay by two days! The property managers were great yo work with on our extension! We seriously did not want up leave, but we’ll be back for sure!

The pictures don’t do the view justice!

As nice as the property looks in the pictures, the property and view is nicer and more beautiful. It was very quiet, very spacious and the location was perfect for hitting the beaches, walking, playing golf and great restaurants all so close. Be sure to rent the cabana chairs at the Ritz for 5 star treatment and a relaxing afternoon. Don’t miss the sea turtles in Kapalua Bay and the reef in Honolulu bay. Amazing! Thanks Quam properties for the mgt, and thank you owner for letting us stay at your property!

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay at this amazing property located in an exclusive gated community in Kapalua. The view was spectacular along with a very lovely patio area that we could enjoy the sounds of the crashing surf while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The property manager was exceptional in helping us with a matter that was fully corrected in a short period. The kitchen was well equipped along with bar-b-ques that we took advantage of. The property was in very good condition overall, but there are some signs of age with the furnishings and some of the blinds did not operate properly. However, the location, the view and the ambience made up for these small deficiencies.

Better than we even expected!

My husband and I stayed at the Villa for 4 days in celebration of our 45th wedding anniversary! The photos on the website are accurate but don’t even do it justice. The villa was more spacious than it looked in the pictures and the views especially from the bedroom were breathtaking! We saw the dawn every day we were there as well as surfers and some whales from afar. The beach and boardwalk are just down the hill and you can walk several miles on the Kapalua Coastal Trail which connects to our boardwalk and goes past hotels and even Hawaiian sacred grounds. 5 stars all the way! A hui hoe ( until we meet again) hopefully soon!
