Este es un espacio increíble: cuenta con 2 terrazas, barbacoa y una bañera de hidromasaje privada. El techo de vigas abiertas y la estufa de leña son acogedores. Al chef le encantará esta cocina completamente equipada, encimeras de granito y acero inoxidable nuevo. Disfrute de una comida en el acogedor comedor con vista al árbol de pino. Estamos al lado del telesilla STAGECOACH HEAVENLY y del CABEZAL TAHOE RIM TRAIL HEAD. TAHOE VILLAGE es una comunidad pequeña, tranquila y única con acceso a pie para esquiar, hacer senderismo y andar en bicicleta. La ubicación en la montaña es un lugar perfecto para vacaciones de verano o invierno. .
Ubicación inmejorable en Stateline Nevada con acceso a Heavenly Ski Resort (también los titulares de pases pueden disfrutar de otras estaciones de esquí EPIC) North Star y Kirkwood. We enjoyed our stay. The house met our needs. The four bedrooms were nice. Both bathrooms were clean and large. The hot tub was a nice feature.

Family ski trip

Excellent location and excellent property condition. Older building but the condo was well appointed and in great condition. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and there was a utensil for every need. The walk to the Stagecoach was walkable for a 5 year old girl and her 66 year old grandpa, it’s about 5 minutes each way. The hosts were tremendous with communication. Other VRBO owners should take a class on how to communicate with guests and how to manage their rental properties.

Great Place and Hosts!

What a great property! We were comfortable with 6 adults and all the luggage and ski equipment we needed! The location was great and kept us from having to deal with the village at Heavenly to get to the slopes! Annette was great with communication, especially during the power outage that hit the area for half a day!

Great location and everything you need

We stayed here for four days with four adults, and there was a room with a large, comfy bed, big screen, TVs, great couch, kitchen, barbecue and a hot tub right outside on the deck. It’s really everything you need along with perfect spot for the best area of skiing on the mountain in my opinion. For the area, the price is amazing and a great value. We would definitely stay here again as the house were fantastic very easy to communicate with.

Quiet and Comfortable

We felt like we were in the treetops, and never tired of the view from the balcony. We loved the ginormous TV in the living room for watching the Olympics in the evening. Our one suggestion is to have a table that can be expanded to fit a larger group than four people, but we made it work. We would definitely select this property again for a return trip!

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Four of us were in South Lake Tahoe on a hiking vacation from July 21st through the 25th and chose this property for our home base. It could not have worked out better. With two bedrooms and a bath on the main floor and the same arrangement upstairs, each couple had privacy with plenty of room to spread out. Both floors also have small balconies. The unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was impressively well stocked and organized, which we all appreciated and commented on often. The fact that we had A/C was a real blessing since the area was experiencing a heat wave at the time. The neighborhood was quiet and there was ample parking just steps from covered entry. (We didn't use the hot tub or the kayaks, so we can't comment on them.) Annette is a great host. We had to contact her once during a power outage, and she shared info from NV Energy and let us know where we could find a flashlight. She also offered some hike recommendations. Overall, it was just a great experience!

Worth the Drive

The property manager communicated very well and even notified us that we could check in early. I wasn't quite expecting the property to be 6 miles uphill, but we figured out how to make it fit with our plans. The property was fairly clean and organized. The beds made it all worth it! They were so comfortable! The hot tub was fun to use. It was relaxing being able to sit and look out at the mountain views from the deck. We checked out the kayaks, and I wish we had used them! But it was hard enough to juggle 3 young kids. We didn't want to throw kayaks in to the mix. Having the property be a bit far from the lake helped us keep our daily itinerary focused and organized. It allowed us to see what we wanted to see and then have some down time at the property. I can see why it would be a desirable property during the ski season since it's so close to a lift!

Great place!!

The hosts were great about communicating and even sent us a message to make sure everything was going okay while we were there! The beds are amazing!! So comfortable! The fourth bedroom is connected to the main bedroom so if you are traveling with younger kids and want them close this would be a great pick! Very clean and had everything we needed to cook while there! I definitely give this place 5 stars and hope to go back soon!

Tahoe wedding stay

The property was perfect. Far enough away from the city to be quiet but close enough to be able to just run into town quickly. The host was always in communication with me. Everything went as smooth as can be.

Comfortable place

This location would have been perfect if this was a ski getaway. Since it was not, it was a little far for our purposes. However, the condo was clean, comfortable. The hot tub was a plus! One thing to mention is the stairs leading to the condo may be an issue for some. Overall, the place was nice and hosts were very accommodating. I’d highly recommend for skiers!

Great stay at walking distance from ski lift

This place is definitely a great deal. Location to the lift is only a 3 minute walk. Host was very kind to check us in early and even had a welcome basket ready for us. Even checked in during our stay if everything was okay. Even shared weather notices with us during our stay. I would love to stay at this home again. Thank you for the amazing trip.

Great Location

The condo is a convenient walk to Stagecoach Lodge/Lift. Even when the gondola was closed, Stagecoach was open and the shuttle lines to and from Stagecoach were longer than our 5 minute walk to and from the condo. We also walked to Fox and Hound and the local market, which was better than driving on snow covered roads. The condo is cozy and we spent a good bit of time hanging out on the large sectional sofa. The kitchen is well equipped. We mostly had breakfast in, but could have easily prepared more meals. The upstairs master bed is very comfy and the bathroom is spacious. The main floor bathroom is a good size and also houses the washer and dryer. The hosts are excellent communicators and very responsive to any questions we had. Pillows and main floor beds didn’t receive rave reviews but overall it was a good value and a wonderful trip.

Wonderful ski chalet

We had a great visit this weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our group of two families and so easy to get to the slopes. Would definitely stay again next time!

Good spot for hitting the mountain

We went as a group of four for a snowboard and ski weekend. Staying on this side of Heavenly was great, easy 5 min walk to and from the Stagecoach lift, or drive your car around early to the parking lot for easy car ride back when you’re off the mountain. The place was good and was about as efficient as it could be to give four people their own rules. A few things that were not clear on the listing but that I thought I should point out: only the king bed in the master room is a sleep number bed; the two downstairs queens are regular mattresses with foam toppers and the fourth room off the master is a futon bed. I actually took off the foam topper and felt more comfortable. That 4th bedroom is obviously the least comfortable but still suited the guy fine and we were overall happy. Heat kicks on high in the rooms so we dropped the thermostat to 64 at night. The hot tub was a big plus but comfortably only sits 2 adults, 3 is a bit tight and 4 is a no go. Other than that, kitchen was well equipped, tap water tasted good, and couch was comfortable. We used the wood stove but it doesn’t put out much heat- more ambience. The ski locker outside was nice plus too. Anyway, great place for four if you’re looking for 4 bedroom “slopside” on a relative budget, and the communication was great with the hosts. Don’t hesitate to book and stay if you’re visiting Heavenly, and check out Fox and Hound for a good bbq meal or pizza and beers.

As close to lifts as described!

We had a great stay. The distance to the lifts was NOT overhyped. It's exactly a 6 min walk. Very clean throughout. Great info provided from Annette leading up to our stay and clear directions as to where to park, hot tub, check out instructions, etc. Having a hot tub right on the deck 2 steps from the door was amazing. Cozy kitchen was clean and very well stocked. There is a little bedroom adjoining the master bedroom with a double bed providing additional space for younger children upstairs. Two spacious baths with new tile. Washer/dryer. Enjoyed our time here

Annual ski trip

Great property. Exactly as listed. The beds are extremely comfortable. If your are coming to Tahoe for a ski trip, this is the ideal location as you can walk to the stagecoach lift at Heavenly and are only an hour drive from Kirkwood.

Amazing Location

The chalet was cleaned and well stocked. All the beds were so comfortable that made it difficult to get up in the morning after a day on the mountain. The owners provided an array of delicious snacks that held us over till dinner after a long trip from Maryland. This is an ideal location just a short walk from the Stagecoach lift. Annette was friendly and responsive making check in easy and the stay enjoyable.

Great place on the mountain

The place worked perfectly for us. Well appointed, plenty of room. Clean. Comfortable beds and couch. The host was proactive in communications and checked to make sure all was good. This was a great find!

We found this home on our way back from skiing. The amazing location, completely covered entry, great parking and the hot tub caught our eye. We make it a dream place.

The Tahoe village community is a quiet peaceful place to walk the trails, bike, go to the pool or read on the deck. It's away from the traffic and casinos of South Lake but a quick trip to the beach or out for dinner and night life.
