Communication with the host was good, returned questions in a timely manner. Space was plentiful in the house with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, nice layout for numerous families. Nice location, kids enjoyed the pool and pool table at the clubhouse. Some things that need attention: the breaker on the hot tub outside blew numerous times, once we went to get in and the temperature was down to 86 and nothing worked on it, had to reset it multiple times.The downstairs outlets all lost power (nothing was on but the television, no sauna or hot tub), had to flip the breaker in the breaker box in the garage.Arcade game would not work downstairs.Downstairs shower handle was very loose, needs to be tightened.Upstairs hand held shower head was leaking the entire time and the last day the end came right off, had water shooting out of the hose.Quite a bit of cobwebs in corners, ceiling and light above stove needs to be wiped down, covered with grease and dust. We had to buy and replace batteries in three of the tv remotes, also had to replace batteries in the thermostat in the garage. Couch felt broken in one of the seats.There was a raw hide dog chew in the basement when we arrived, not ours as we thought the house was pet free.There were not enough forks for all the guests, house sleeps 20 but we could not all eat a meal together with utensils. The book states to leave the temp at 55 in the winter when you leave, but each thermostat has a sign saying 65, wasn't sure.
