Thanks Jackie for your stay and 5 Star review. We’re pleased to hear you would definitely stay again. Covid-19 has presented major challenges in every area of life as we all knew it. To be compliant with vacation rental guidelines issued by Florida, Walton County and the CDC, we were required to remove all bedding that could not be laundered using bleach. We still provide sheets and lightweight white quilts. We send all guests Covid-19 Information prior to their arrival to communicate the changes and precautions so if needed they can bring additional items. We’re so sorry about the washing machine not working. We purchased it new in May 2019 and it went out July 17th of this year (only 14 months old). We had purchased the BestBuy extended warranty and filed a repair claim July 17th. As we’ve been told since the day we filed the claim, service people are limited and parts are back ordered because of, you guessed it COVID! After the repair was rescheduled 4 times because of parts we went and purchased a new washing machine. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We have tried to accommodate guests by communicating prior to arrival, providing a towel exchange mid stay and have offered to pay for laundry service for personal clothing if needed. We were not aware an elevator had been out. Thankfully, there are 2 and it’s a small property. I would guess parts were the issue with it being out all week.

Thanks Leah, Always glad to hear positive feedback and recommendations for our property. I wish you had ask me when I checked in with you about bedding. Beds are made with a decorative quilt on top and an additional white quilt for guests use. We do ask that you remove the top decorative quilt but would never leave guests with only a sheet. I’m sorry you didn’t realize you were supposed to use the white quilts. Condo rentals are different than hotel in that most do not provide beach towels, floats, toys, etc. Guests are provided a one time set up of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. We provide laundry and kitchen soap/dishwasher pods as well. This is all spelled out on our VRBO page. Night lights were there, unfortunately things sometimes disappeared. Thanks for letting us know so we can replace.
