Disfrute de la vista del golfo con comodidad desde el patio, vaya a la playa, haga una barbacoa en las parrillas del complejo, disfrute de la piscina o spa en el lugar o ejercítese en nuestro gimnasio. Este condominio es perfecto para alejarse de todo o llevar la oficina a la playa. Tenemos Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratuito con Cox Communications. El condominio cuenta con un área de escritorio ubicada en el dormitorio principal para su comodidad.

El condominio cuenta con 3 habitaciones: 2 son suites de una habitación king size con baños dedicados. Este hermoso condominio cuenta con muebles nuevos que incluyen 4 televisores, 4 DVD, lavadora y secadora. El dormitorio principal da a la playa con una puerta corredera de cristal que da al balcón. El baño principal ha sido completamente actualizado con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras de mármol, excelente iluminación y tiene una bañera de jardín y una ducha separada. La cocina recientemente actualizada está completamente equipada para su comodidad.

Incluimos una sombrilla y 2 sillas por nuestro servicio de playa profesional por cada día de alquiler desde mediados de marzo, cuando el servicio de playa comienza hasta el 31 de octubre de cada año.

Se admiten mascotas bien entrenadas y cuidadas. Las mascotas mayores de 35 años requieren aprobación previa.

Everything about this condo was fabulous. We took our daughter and 3 grandkids and everyone had an amazing time. The gate to the beach right in front of us and the pool behind us. The rooms were clean and the ease of entry and access was great. We will definitely stay again.

Great location

This property was as described on VRBO and is definitely a pet-friendly resort. We were able to walk every morning, enjoy the beach, and sunsets. Walking distance to some very good restaurants too. I like to cook, so I brought along spices to use too. Thanks for having us!

Beach Retreat always Grand

Everything went just great for us. The weather was cold just like it should be for Christmas! Dining and shopping nearby are always fun. See you again sometime in 2023.

First time to Destin

Last year was our first time to Destin and first with our pet. I just want say this is the best place to stay. The place is just as the pictures. Very clean and spacious. The location is great. Close to restaurants. There is a walking path for walking your dog right out front. We liked it so much we are going back this year.

Everyone loves the miles of walking/biking paths along Scenic Gulf Drive. We get the comment over and over again about how nice it is to have a very nice place to come on vacation and bring their pet as well.

Lovely, upscale condo. Kitchen perfectly furnished with every tool we needed. Plenty of dishes/glassware. Plenty of towels, etc. very comfortable beds. We didn’t realize it was across a road from the beach, but we adjusted.

Comfortable pet friendly condo with beautiful Gulf view

We just returned from a month stay at this lovely Miramar Beach condo. First floor made it really convenient to walk pet. The patio was great to sit and look at the Gulf. The area had lots of friendly pet owners that we met on our walks. Three lovely bedrooms and baths made it great when we had company visit. Disappointed that dogs were not allowed on the beach. Nice heated community pool. Really nice condo and we had a great visit.

Large Condo Across From beach

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath condo across the street from private beach. Also had 2 bunk beds in hallway. Nice area with many people walking there dogs. Parking was secure. Only negative was no hangers, garbage bags, coffee filters and other small amenities that you generally find in a nice property like this.

Excellent Spring Break Stay

A group of us booked this condo for Spring Break for April. This was an ideal condo for the adults and teens in the group. The beach was just across the street and the pool was just across the parking lot. No stairs to contend with, just walked out the door and across the street to the beach. We could sit on the patio and enjoy sunrise and sunset with a beautiful back drop of the ocean. There were plenty of beds for everyone though we did bring a small twin inflatable that was used occasionally. The kitchen was large and had all the appliances you could ask for when preparing dinner for a large group. Three bathrooms was VERY helpful with such a large group. The condo was beautifully maintained and nicely decorated. There were several restaurants all within easy walking distance of the condo, our favorite being Kenny D's. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Our New Thanksgiving Tradition

With the recent passing of my Dad and my husband, my family needed a much needed break from our normal Thanksgiving. I think we have found or new Thanksgiving traditions. The condo was amazing, just perfect for us. The furnishings were beautiful and the location and view were great. Prior to getting there I did have concerns about it being on the bottom level and so close to the highway - I thought it might be a little noisy, but that was not the case. All beds were comfortable with the exception of the back bedroom (kitchen side of condo). It really needs to be replaced - it saga in the middle. Nice that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. I highly recommend this unit - I will definitely return! Thanks for sharing it with us!!

Randy I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I checked out the bed in the guest king bedroom and the problem was the bed frame center support causing the problem. (I knew that the mattress was a recent purchase) We have replaced the bedframe and now there is no longer a problem. Thanks for letting me know as we try so hard to keep our condos in the best condition possible. Everyone loves this condo for the view from the condo and the convenience to the beach and restaurants. THE PERFECT BEACH RETREAT

We enjoyed our week so much at the Beach Retreat the week of July 17 - 24, 2010. Renee is always making changes in the decor that we always appreciate. This year was a newly equipped kitchen & beautiful new wall colors that was noticed by all of us. She has such great taste & talent as her paintings are hung in all areas of the condo. The TV & the DVD player in the bunk area was a brainstorm. Our 5 yr. old & 3 yr. old grandsons were so excited because they get to watch DVD's for about 10 - 15 minutes before their nap & bedtime. This made all of the adults happy too. The weather was perfect but unfortunately the seaweed was thick. We were still able to go to the beach every day even though we didn't get in the water very often. We were so happy to be able to go this year since we missed last year & didn't know what was going to happen with the oil spill. We were even happier when Renee said that this condo was available. The location is great & the view of the beach is beautiful. The pool is also beautiful. This is our 3rd year in this condo & it truly is the perfect BEACH RETREAT. Renee Norris New Ibeia, LA

We loved this condo! It was a great location and the beach was just steps away! We loved the convenience of being on the bottom floor, too. Restaurants were in walking distance. It was nice to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking necessities, and the condo was very spacious overall. We all enjoyed our stay here!!
