Ubicado directamente en la playa en San Simeon, experimentará vistas despejadas del impresionante Océano Pacífico de la Costa Central de California, con una visibilidad que se extiende desde el extremo sur de Cambria hasta el histórico Faro de San Simeon y más allá.

"Oceanfront Escape" en Balboa, es un espacioso condominio de cuatro recámaras y tres baños que tiene vista al mar desde casi todas las habitaciones, con acceso a la playa a solo unos pasos. Es el lugar perfecto para sentarse en el patio y observar ballenas, delfines, nutrias, y observar la puesta de sol mientras la brisa del océano lo adormece en un nuevo nivel de serenidad.

El nivel de entrada de la casa tiene el área de cocina y comedor, sala de estar, dormitorio de invitados con una cama Queen y un dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales. El nivel superior de la propiedad cuenta con la suite principal con una cama King y deslizadores que conducen a una cubierta envolvente, un dormitorio de invitados con una cama de tamaño completo y una cama nido que tiene una cama individual en la parte superior y una cama de tamaño completo que se retira desde abajo, por lo que en toda la propiedad puede alojar cómodamente a 10 personas.
Hay dos áreas de sala de estar, ambas arriba y abajo, cada una con chimeneas de gas, televisores de pantalla plana y balcones privados frente al mar, que brindan una vista inigualable y espectacular.

Amazing beach front with stair access to the beach right in front of the condo. Feels like a house, private with amazing views from every window. Quiet, well outfitted with comfortable seating, etc. Wonderful girlfriends get away with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us to have our own. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for bringing adult grandchildren together

Being right on the ocean has always been a dream of mine as well. The steps going down to the beach were too much of a challenge for the grandparents, but no problem for the younger folk who were down there every day. The kitchen is small but our daughter with help from the “kids” prepared a beautiful Christmas dinner. I had worried about parking as it is strictly limited to 3 spaces but it is ok because parking on the street is allowed in San Simeon (not allowed in Cambria!) so this turned out to be an unexpected benefit as we had five cars converging at our gathering place for 8 adults. It could have been six cars if all 9 adults plus one child had been able to make it! It was a lovely Holiday getaway and highly recommend it to others.

The upstairs family area is great very roomy. The stairs to the beach are terrible. No railing and there was no way for seniors to maneuver them. The location was OK but no really good for walking, again no easy beach access. The parking area is tight forca larger vehicle.

It allowed us to enjoy both areas separately as we played games, listen to music or watched TV. Plenty of dishware to use plates cups, forks, etc., which was very helpful. The view was absolutely wonderful! The property management was very attentive when we called about a little hiccup. They came right away and took care of it. If we are back in the Cambria area this is probably a place we would rent again.

Clean, spacious and accurate

The photos and descriptions was spot on. The condo is clean, simple, welcoming and well furnished. I’d recommend guest bring an Apple TV, Roku or some support if they want to watch a program or game. I’d highly recommend this place and hope to return very soon. Thank you!!

Another Awesome Friends' Vacation

Four of my friends and I stayed here for 3 nights for the second time!. It was absolute heaven. Such beautiful views of the ocean and plenty of great places to hike. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed being on the beach. Nice location except for across the way neighbors. Most uncomfortable furniture down stairs but other than that we had a great vacation.

Great views

Lovely and clean two story house with wonderful view of the ocean. Very private with very little nearby, but just a short drive into Cambria. Very small kitchen, and we had trouble with ants.

The proximity to the beach can not be beat.The house has different spaces to gather, which was good for our mixed age group.There are games and beach toys for kids.There was not coffee but there was a coffee maker- so remember to bring yours! Our first night was very cool and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on but we did use the two fire places.Check in/out was easy. Great stay.

Checked all the boxes - Loved it!!!!

Celebrated my 60th with friends and family. Everyone loved the house. The walks on the beach and the parks nearby for sunrise and sunset were amazing! The neighbors (owners I think) were all very kind and helpful. WIFI was a little sketchy and needed a few resets. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

The views are spectacular, especially from upstairs.Access to the beach is easy (right off the deck), and hearing the ocean as you fall asleep is so soothing. The kitchen is well stocked, making cooking more relaxed. The interior is clean and well maintained. There is lots of space upstairs for watching movies at night with the whole family.

By the sea

Proximity to the ocean was great! You could hear and see the waves crashing on the beach which was just down the steps of the condo. A railing by the steps would have been nice. The condo was older. It had the old bldg. smell when you opened the front door. Furnishings were nice. Galley kitchen was small-good for one cook. Couldn't open the freezer door all the way. A couple of the drawers in fridge were somewhat broken. Appliances were adequate. Needed an exhaust fan over cooktop. The blower was not working. Liked the beachy-looking wood flooring. Beach towels were provided. TV was challenging unless you were familiar with streaming. TV location upstairs could be improved as well as seating arrangement. Only one person could see well unless you sat on the floor and the chair was uncomfortable because there was nothing to support your neck. Room layouts and size were great. Games, puzzles etc. had a good selection. Bathroom towels were quite old and needed replacing. Could have used more toilet paper. We had to go out and buy some more. Proximity to Cambria was nice. Weather was great if you like it cool and foggy. We did have two days of beautiful clear skies, sunshine and a little warmer temperatures. The best part was the closeness to the beach and ocean.
