This was a beautiful unit close to the beach. The rooftop patio was great for hanging out int he evenings. It was very hot during our trip and it would have been nice if the bedrooms had AC units in them. Only the living room had a unit so the nights were a bit hot. Other than that everything was as expected.

October Stay

Everything was as expected. Beautiful location close to the beach. My only issue was the AC which the unit had. It was in the living space only. This meant that the bedrooms would get very hot at night even with the doors left open.

Great place to stay, very close to beach! Only thing I can say is there is no comfortable couch. We would not get comfortable on the futon that was there to watch the Dodgers games. Other than that it was great.

This was a great location. Steps from the beach! And it was a 2 bedroom 2 bath which is hard to find. And a private rooftop deck is pretty awesome! It also had a balcony as well where you can sit and watch the waves.Looks like they did charge me a cleaning fee however, even though we spent a good amount of time cleaning upon exit.

Great proximity to the beach. Restaurants and grocery mart within blocks of condo.Roof top deck needs an umbrella as well as the kitchen deck. Overall a nice place. Miscellaneous kitchen stuff missing. Ie: napkins, cleansers for counter tops, absolutely no foil, wraps or storage bags/containers. If you plan on cooking you will need to purchase everything. There was salt, pepper and vegetable oil. We only had dish soap to clean any spills on floor. Both beds were comfortable but the bed frames squeaked anytime youmoved. Best part was we parked our car in the garage and did not drive it the 6 days we were there. Dog friendly beach before 9:00 am and after 6:30 pm 1 block from condo.

Thank you for the review. We do not supply wrapping items or rooftop umbrellas - they fly off the roof during a windy period. Yes all of our guests in all our properties purchase their own spices, and wrapping items. Please come back again. We pride ourselves on providing clean, Air Conditioning, best locations and more!

It was a great long weekend. Had all amenities needed. Met the manager and she was great. Place felt and looked very clean,( futon could use an update). Place was safe and quiet, despite high college area. Great location, a quick hop to the beach and food options! Would stay here again.

Great Beach Property

This place has an amazing roof top deck. And being one block behind the boardwalk means the boardwalk and beach party noise is nearly non-existent.

Great Location

My family and I spent a week enjoying a great view of the ocean from the rooftop and kitchen balcony. Very short walk to Mission Beach. We felt safe the whole time and loved how close we were to restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

Great Location

The location was exactly as advertised and exactly what our group wanted. 100 feet from boardwalk and beach. The property was clean but small for 6 adults. Would be great for 2-4 adults & 2-4 children.

Steps away from Pacific Beach

We had a great stay at this location. Our furst time renting a home. Alot of room for our whole family. We enjoyed being walking distance from restaurants and the beach. The rooftop patio was great for chillin and viewing. We will definitely stay again.
