Nice House and Beautiful View!

The property was extremely nice and clean. The view was amazing! The owners were also very quick to respond to questions. The teens really liked having the downstairs living area to watch what they wanted to watch and play games!

Absolutely Amazing!

We were so pleasantly surprised at how fantastic this home is! Super clean, super comfortable and EVERYTHING you need is provided! And the view! Brenda even left plenty of yummy snacks and bottled water in the fridge! Our stay could not have been better.

Great Father's Day Weekend

This house is the perfect for families and located conveniently. The property managers were FANTASTIC to communicate with. We had a small issue with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but the owners were responsive and wanted to make it right. The house was stocked nicely between goodies, games, blankets, and dishes. This has been the best VRBO rental we have used! We look forward to staying here again.

Five-Star Vacation Home For A Five-Star Family!

My family’s vacation experience last week on Beaver Lake and surrounding areas could not have been more perfect, much to the credit of the vacation home we chose and it’s owner. From the moment I confirmed our reservation to the moment I drove away, I felt like I had a partner helping me make sure everything ran smoothly. The property is perfect for families, particularly families with grown children with kids of their own. There’s room to move, celebrate, meditate, or just plain breathe. The views are beautiful, and the accommodations feel new and well thought out. Everything we needed was there and then some, and our host left charming touches (fruit and snacks) that made coming in on the first night (late as we did) very comforting. We made full use of the awesome grill and ate most of our meals outside. Just typing this review is making me remember and smile! We definitely intend to stay here again and hope we don’t have to wait a year to make that happen!! Thank you, Brenda!!

You can’t beat that view

This property was stunning. I could stare at that lake view for hours. And the property owner was exceptionally nice. We started with a slight communication hiccup that was a bit stressful but she quickly resolved it. My only complaints are that the air conditioner was not strong enough to keep up with Arkansas summer temps so it was quite warm, especially upstairs. The couches were pretty worn out. The floors were very sticky and dirty. And several of the doors didn’t shut properly. Otherwise though, it was great and I especially appreciated all the extra touches that made it extra special for our kids; board games, children’s books and snacks. I’d definitely recommend this property to families; though pack a baby gate if traveling with little ones as the stairs are very steep.

The property is stocked better than any other place we have stayed! I also appreciated just gathering towels and not having to start them in the wash etc! The owners were easy to reach and responsive as well! Great views!

The name says it all…..

Serenity on the lake was nothing short of perfection. We had our teenage son and my in laws with us and everyone had an amazing time. The home is so welcoming & views to die for. The home was immaculate and we loved all the games provided, appreciated the well stocked kitchen and were so impressed with the welcome treats. We will be back and staying longer. Thank you!

What a view!

The view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room was mesmerizing! Brenda left an amazing number of incredible snacks in the well equipped kitchen. We cooked together, grilled and enjoyed eating on the deck. There were 9 of us from ages 10 to 76 and everyone found comfortable space. We loved having ceiling fans in all the rooms. It was a great week at the lake!!

Amazing Stay

The 4 of us were amazed at the accommodations as they exceeded our expectations. We brought condiments, pots and cooking utensils as our past history has found these lacking. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The house was spotless and was so homey with all the decorative touches. Highly recommend!!

This property lives up to and beyond it's name. Serenity it was! Brenda makes you feel so welcome. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of sleeping options and each room has a Beautiful window view. I am so glad I chose this property.

Perfect Place for Our Family Get Together

We had such a wonderful visit. This home was very comfortable and very, very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, mugs, tableware, pots, pans, casseroles, baking dishes, etc. It had a dishwasher, so no need for paper plates, cups, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex ... all provided. It had the comforts of home. Very ample supply of towels, washcloths, etc. Our host, Brenda, was very helpful and easy to coordinate with. She thoughtfully provided some special recognition items for some special occasions we were celebrating. Gorgeous view of the lake, lovely outdoor deck, inside playroom with games, toys, videos for kids. We felt it was very reasonably priced for the quality of the property. We hope to go back .... just haven't scheduled it yet.

Don't wait book now!

Great place if your looking for a quiet retreat while on Beaver Lake. Beautiful view from the livingroom overlooking the lake! Plenty of room for a large family or couples. Everything we needed was available, clean and homey. The host was very easy to communicate and work with. Can't wait for our next vist, Thank You!
