Thank you for sharing your feedback—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, found the home comfortable, and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches like the coffee and basic spices. We’re sorry to hear about the hot tub not reaching the desired temperature and understand how that could be disappointing. We’ll have the team take a closer look to ensure it’s functioning properly and that instructions are clear and easy to follow. We also appreciate you pointing out the inconvenience with the check-in process. We understand how going through an additional step outside of Vrbo can feel frustrating, and we’ll share this with the team as we continue working on making the arrival experience more seamless. Thank you again for your stay and for taking the time to share your thoughts.
