What a beautiful, relaxing home with breathtaking views. Great kitchen for cooking with a view! Great lanai’s for relaxing with coffee every morning, then watching the sunset in the evenings with a glass of wine! A stay that is definitely worth every penny. Lots of games, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Two separate floors for relaxing with adults upstairs and the kiddos can play downstairs!! We will definitely be back, only change is we will stay longer!

We love this house! We have stayed there twice. It has everything you need to have a wonderful time at the beach. There is lots of space for lots of people to share meals and watch tv.

This was an amazing beach front house. The views and accessibility to the beach were exactly what we were looking for during this trip. There is plenty of room for a family with an up and downstairs family room space. They have everything you might need to take to the beach. It is a short walk or bike ride to the local coffee shop and various restaurants. Definitely a gem!

We had two families stay at Beauty and the Beach for Spring Break. It was the perfect set up for two families. The location was great to explore the Channel Islands. We all enjoyed having direct beach access. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property with plenty of beach literally at your 'door step.' Easy walk to restaurants on the Harbor and neighborhood store with amazing sandwiches. There is a great Brazilian restaurants in walking distance too. Our teenager kids enjoyed riding the bikes in the garage and rode to Downtown Oxnard. We have always wanted a beach house that was right on the beach; this was exactly what we expected and more.

Relaxing with great views

We had a wonderful stay, the house is very nice, right on the beach. The kids could play on the beach in front of us while we relaxed on the patio.

This house was everything we needed for a winter getaway. The house was not only beautiful, but highly functional. There was nothing that we lacked when renting this place. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Getting sit on the deck during the mornings an s evenings was amazing. Exceptional inside seating afforded us almost the same experience but kept us out of a pesky storm! We cannot wait to get this place again. I highly recommend!

Perfect beach vacation rental!

Perfect location on the beach! Great for a couple of families. Well-maintained home, clean and well-stocked. Some more cookware in the kitchen and microwave safe coffee mugs will be greatly appreciated! We look forward to visiting again soon!
