Bonita distancia a pie de 3 dormitorios a la playa, pesca, parque, senderos

Park View es una pequeña y acogedora casita que tiene una ubicación única frente a Quality Cove. Esta pequeña cala está justo al lado del canal del barco y es un lugar privilegiado para las garcetas que cazan peces carnada y otros animales salvajes. También hay un lanzamiento de kayak, puente peatonal, plataforma de observación y sendero para caminar hacia Jetty y Jetty Park. Jetty Park cuenta con un paseo para acceder a la playa, excelente pesca, área de juegos, baños públicos y estacionamiento pavimentado. También está a poca distancia del nuevo City Splash Pad.
Si la pesca está en su lista de tareas pendientes, hay una rampa pública para botes justo bajando la carretera y toneladas de lugares para pescar a poca distancia. Así que hay mucho que hacer y ver, todo a un corto paseo de Park View.
En el interior hay una sala de estar principal, sala de estar, comedor, cocina, tres dormitorios y un amplio baño. Afuera hay una gran terraza con vistas al agua, área de concreto debajo de la casa, patio cubierto de hierba, manguera de agua y un corto paseo / en coche a la playa.

Great little place by the jetty!

It is clean, nice, & cute! Will definitely come back to stay again! Didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful patio as it was so hot! But it is cozy & nice! It’s by the jetty & beach so the location was AWESOME! the contact person for check in etc was super nice & response! Awesome service!

Toilets barely flush. Smelly water standing on ground around house. Appears sewer system is leaking around house & creates a unsanitary situation.

Everything was good, but the check in process was a little difficult, because I didn’t get the code until after 4pm once I texted and asked for it. Other then that…House was very nice and clean, and great location

Best vaca so far

Great location with a great view, grandkids had a ball!! Only problems we had was with the city sewer, and no one was at fault for that, over all a great time, but please do not forget the mosquito spray!!

Weekend after Memorial Weekend

The house is cozy and cute. The location is outstanding, next to Surfside Jetty Park, the beach and a short drive from restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great stay overall.

Easter get away

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient and watching the ships come in and out was very entertaining. It’s a busy area (across from a park, jetty, channel, busy street) but the activity and noise level were acceptable. Nothing too outrageous even for a holiday weekend.

First of all yall didnt tell me chances of swimming were 5% and the lock box was a huge burden

option to get key at office a plus congrats no Pests in home clean fresh linen I dont think Mattress covers and Pillows were fresh. I forgot soap place had a bit to share was a Blessing. The HeatAir-Internet was Fab. Worth the money but I still felt like needed to be told Swimming in the Beach was not easily done with 40mph winds water temp 32' and Sunny of 100% so much for total package. Honesty is the best policy when having Guests as you call em. Just update your data more often to let guests know exactly what to expect. No get there and head to Beach -water Splash if yall know the climate.

Labor Day weekend

The park view rental was a nice location with viewing Of the jetty and parks. Everything was great except there were roaches in living room and kitchen. I feel like we paid too many fees and owners fees going through VRBO, this is our 3 rental in Freeport and more expensive for just 2 nights verses us stay a full week.

cockroach every where.

There are too much cockroaches inside rooms. The bed cover had dirty marks, I think they didn’t washed and the fans could not be used because of the dust on the units. I ruined this vacations.

Great Location

This property is very close to the beach and jetty. I would only warn potential visitors that this house is not cleaned before you check in. You basically have to clean it before and after your stay. I was very surprised by this considering the COVID pandemic.

Clean and as advertised

No issues on our end and the little communication with the management team was easily done over text. I would stay here again and recommend it for families wanting to visit Surf Side.

House great, so long as there’s not a storm

Owner was lovely on the phone when I spoke to her regarding reservation. House was lovely. Heavy storm hit, house was surrounded by water that took more than 24 hours to recede. City sewer system couldn’t handle, toilets started gurgling, would not flush reliably. Had to drive to a house two streets over I had rented from another owner for family to stay in where toilets worked fine... Called for help, told it was the city’s sewer problem and someone would be out by end of day to drain. No one came. Called mgmt service that evening, no call back. Called early next morning, no call back. Called 10:45 am, told they would call city again. I called city myself and guy told me he’d come drain. Got word city had drained, one flush worked perfectly. Then gurgling started again. Contacted Mgmt service again, suggested clogged or misaligned vent, asked about reasonable accommodation because toilets working elsewhere, told they’d check on it. No response. Checked just now, told to go through Homeway, not their problem. Renter beware, suggest you confirm toilets are working and no storm in forecast. The owner was lovely and is on vacation, I believe this issue and my disappointment rests squarely with the management service - Beach Resort Services. I have stayed in a rental with an owner who couldn’t make other arrangements to get of the house they rented to me, with communication and a small discount for the principle, we camped with the owner. I have never left negative feedback. The lack of communication, empathy, and reasonable accommodation for the principle of having to drive elsewhere to go to the bathroom is the reason I am leaving the first negative feedback I have ever left.

Nice and conveniently located beach house

The beach house was great. Nice location very nice amenities. Did not have a bath tub for children. The only negative was the water was not very clean. The water had a bad smell and I would not recommend drinking. Other than those two things everything else was great!

Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born.
