Nuestro noveno piso, frente al mar, 2 habitaciones / 2. 5 baños, unidad de 2,000 pies cuadrados con vista al océano con increíbles vistas al mar y una terraza de gran tamaño en una playa tranquila. Master tiene bañera de hidromasaje y ducha a ras de suelo. Cocina completa y lavandería. Disfruta del gimnasio, el tenis, las piscinas infinitas y las tumbonas junto al mar. Mayan Palace & Grand Mayan Resorts a menos de 2 millas y acceso a sus instalaciones: restaurantes, spa, campo de golf Jack Nicklaus Ocean Front, actividades para niños, etc.

Encanto Living Resort cuenta con múltiples piscinas grandes frente a la playa, jacuzzis, cabañas junto a la playa y la piscina, cancha de tenis, parrillas a gas, servicio ocasional de comida / bebida junto a la piscina. Gimnasio con vista al mar, sauna, cocina al aire libre y más piscinas para acceder al complejo hermano de al lado. Nuestra unidad tiene todo lo que necesita: 2 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños (MBath: bañera de hidromasaje y ducha a ras de suelo), cocina completa, lavadora y secadora, capacidad para 6 personas con una cama nido oculta debajo del sofá.

Beautiful property and stunning views. Such a serene weekend. The condo’s kitchen dishes and pots and pans were nice too. Sometimes rentals can have dishes that are hard to cook with and pans that everything sticks to but this condo was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was a really nice experience!

This unit has an amazing ocean view from the 9th floor and a view of the swimming pools. The pools are illuminated at night, and it is just beautiful. The unit faces south, so you can see some of the sunset to the west from the balcony. There is plenty of space for two couples with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus a half bath. The kitchen is well-stocked with things for someone who likes to cook. There are plenty of seasonings. The unit is quite a distance from Puerto Penasco, and the closest restaurant is a 5-minute drive to the east at the Mayan Palace resort. The Mayan Palace prices are higher than the norm, so you may want to drive back to Puerto Penasco for meals if you do not plan on cooking. This unit is good for folks who just want to enjoy the beach, pools, and each other's company. There are not really any other activities available here, but that was great for us, as we wanted to avoid the chaos of spring break in Puerto Penasco. It was also 20-25 degrees cooler than Phoenix during our stay due to the ocean breezes. It is fairly breezy there, but that makes for good parasailing. We enjoyed watching the daily parasailers going past the balcony. The unit is managed by a property management company, and they were responsive to service needs.

Relaxing and fun, all in one!

The location and property amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Spent all day at the beach and felt like we had it all to ourselves - shelling and looking for creatures in the morning and evening, swimming all day. Thanks for a time!

Nice and quiet rental

Overall the property is great and I would come back. It was our first time in the area and we didn’t know what to expect but really loved the closeness of the property to the beach. Before going make sure all pools, hot tubs work as we ran into an issue with that.

Family getaway

Loved the town home and loved the property. Only thing that I didn’t like it’s just a little ways out of town if you plan to do extra activities like jet skiing, boat rides etc ...... would I go back to same rental??? Yes I would now that I know how to deal with the extra activities..

One point to note is that at the Mayan Palace two miles up the road, they generally have Waverunners, Jet-skis, Banana boat rides and others activities to rent, etc. so you did not have to go into town; it would be wise to call just in case but there are definitely options at the resort. Fantastic stay!!

This condo has everything starting from the views and the incredible sunsets. Large condo with very comfortable beds and everything you need for your stay. We felt like we were on our own private beach. We took long walks and collected some beautiful shells along the way. The pools were clean and beautiful. Tom and Amy were more than helpful and very quick to respond. The staff and the restaurant on the premises was awesome. We will definitely stay again.

Relaxing Place

Love the stay here it was relaxing and it was at your own pace. You could walk the beach at anytime you felt like it. Gorgeous views from the living room to the master bedroom. Love that it had high speed wifi, I plugged in my Apple TV and enjoyed all my shows just like at home.

Breathtaking Ocean View

The experience offered at this property is breathtaking from the moment you enter the great room with its wall of windows on the ocean. The owners have thought of everything from fully supplied kitchen with filtered drinking water to high speed internet . The pool area was never crowded. This is a nice, quiet family- friendly property on a beautiful stretch of beach.

About the Owners: We are a happy family of five who love to travel and vacation together as much as we can to experience new places, foods, activities and cultures. We are happiest and at peace when we are at the beach hearing the calming sounds of the waves and water hitting the beach to take us away from the hectic daily grind. Our family enjoys cooking together in a healthy & fresh manner, exercising, searching for the perfect shell on the beach, watching movies, playing games and enjoying family time.

Our travels are wide, but not complete, Fiji, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Greece, Albania, Turkey, Mexico, Costa Rica & Panama, and our desire is to expand our kids horizons further after bringing them to Greece, London, Paris, Barcelona, Mexico as well as Disneyland, DisneyWorld, New York City & New Jersey.

We used Airbnb when we traveled with our kids to London, Paris & Barcelona; it was great, we had wonderful hosts and was such a better experience that a simple hotel room in which we could make our own cup of coffee or tea, wash our clothes and feel like we lived in the place we were traveling. So when we decided to purchase our place at the beach, we wanted to share our home with others to experience the peace, solitude, tranquility and serenity of beautiful Playa Mirimar and Puerto Penasco that is outside of the main portion of town, but close enough to frequent the fish market port, grocery store and other essentials needed.

It is so Peaceful, the Beach feels like your own private beach with never a crowd around. There several pools & infinity pools to choose from, hot tubs, fire pits, you can lap-swim; play tennis, golf down the road; it has everything you need to relax!!
Many owners in the community do not rent so this limits any potential crowds.

Our property has a relationship with The Mayan Palace & The Grand Mayan and is like no other complex I have traveled to or stay at in which you can enjoy all of the resort's facilities at NO CHARGE to your party; from its Lazy River, do Multiple Pools, Kids Activities, Swim-Up Bar, Restaurants, Indoor Pool, Tennis Courts and a Jack Nicklaus beach front 18-hole golf course with a reduced rate, you can add to the variety of activities you want to take advantage of during your stay.
