Este condominio se encuentra en Pelican's Landing, ubicado en la playa con vista al mar en el primer piso. El edificio está equipado con un ascensor, ya que hay un garaje debajo de las unidades. La playa está a pocos pasos de su puerta. Pelican's Landing está ubicado en Shore Drive, que es un tramo aislado de la playa, de una milla de longitud, ubicado al final de Lake Arrowhead Road, justo al lado de la autopista 17. La mejor ubicación en Myrtle Beach.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y baño completo adjunto. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo y medio baño adjunto. Este espacioso condominio de tres recámaras, dos baños y medio viene completo con aire acondicionado central, un porche cubierto, balcón con vista al mar desde el dormitorio principal y área de lavado separada. Esta unidad tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye microondas, licuadora, cafetera, vajilla y utensilios.
El siempre popular Ocean Annie's Beach Bar está ubicado dos puertas más abajo y ofrece entretenimiento en vivo todos los días, si el clima lo permite. Si el golf está en sus planes, Myrtle Beach tiene más de cien campos de golf, con muchos favoritos como Barefoot (Love, Dye, Norman) y Tidewater, a veinte minutos en automóvil. El campo de golf Arcadian Shores con casa club y campo de prácticas se encuentra a una milla de Pelican's Landing.

Pelican's Landing está a 1, 5 millas del centro comercial Tanger y Super Wal-Mart, a 3 millas al sur de Barefoot Landing, a 7 millas al norte de Broadway en la playa (Ripley's Aquarium), y aproximadamente a 10 millas de Myrtle Beach Pavilion. Esta es verdaderamente una excelente ubicación sin el tráfico de Ocean Drive.

family vacation

it was our third time staying here. everything was very nice. Close walk to the beach elevators worked lots of buggies and luggage racks to get your luggage to the room and one trip.

Great Place

What a great place to stay. We have been staying in the shore drive area for years & love it. The unit was clean & had everything we needed during our stay. Not having to pack sheets & towels is always a bonus & makes leaving in the morning much easier.

Outstanding Condo and Host

We’ve stayed in several different condos through the years and this was the best one yet! Great location, easy access to the beach and there is a wagon full of beach toys and chairs for your use. Plenty of room to spread out, updated throughout and clean! Walking distance to the Pier, Straw Market and Ocean Annie’s. Also, we came home one evening to find the A/C wasn’t working, much to our surprise someone was there to service it within hours and it was working before we went to bed! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo that had everything we needed. Updated kitchen and appliances, everything worked. The keyless entry worked great having 6 of us. The beds were super comfy, no sore back! 1 minute walk to the beach! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will be staying again!

As advertised and met our expectations!

Good layout. Not upscale in style, but adequate furniture in good condition. One separate bedroom (no shower but had toilet and sink) away from the living area for those of us who go to bed early. Loved the screened porch. Property well kept. No ocean view but easy access to the beach and a nice pool. Good value. Rented in November.

great for small children

Such a great location and close to the beach. With a 2 month old and a 3 and 6 year old it was really nice to be on the first floor with great access to the beach.

Family Vacation

This was a great place on the beach to stay. It was also great for my mom who is disabled and can not walk far. Had beach chairs boogey boards umbrella’s for us to use. Nice clean and great location, hope to go back next year.

Great rental

We had a great time staying at this property. Most of our group has been coming down to Myrtle Beach for over twenty years so we are very familiar with the location and the options for stay. This property is in a great spot, so easy to get to the beach and pool. There is the private entrance by the pool and the public access point which is just as easy to wash off at when coming in from the beach. Jamie’s property was very modern and clean. It had plenty of bath towels, pillows and kitchen supplies. Everything was easy and just as listed. The largest room got a bit hot at night but if you left the door open, the air circulated better (tip for future renters). Only two things I wish their rental had would be an electronic lock with a code. We had to carry the physical key for the front door with us which made me nervous because we didn’t want to lose it at the beach (in the sand). But that would just be an added amenity! And the second is a bigger or better coffee pot. We are big coffee drinkers and the pot was so tiny and old it didn’t work that well, but again just a small amenity upgrade for the future. We’ll definitely be renting Jamie’s place next year!

We have been coming down to Myrtle with our family and friends for almost 30 years and just love the area. Decided after all this time we might as well get something of our own.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Shore Drive is the best location and the only place we stay. It is situated on a dead end road off the main road but yet so close to major attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf. It is like its own little community with all the opportunities that are available for you to do in the area.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our building is on the beach side but our condo faces oceanside. From either balcony you have a view of both the ocean and beach. We are on the first floor with a short walk to the pool and beach. The street has just about everything you need - Straw Market where you can find bikes, golf carts and skooters for rent. In that area there is also a convenience store, shops and bar/grill. There is other entertainment located all within a few buildings away like Ocean Annie's which has live music and bar on the beach. You are in the heart of a great location.
