Recently renovated, 3rd floor oceanfront condo. This 3-BR, 2.5-Bath 1,250 sq ft condo is located on the ocean on Myrtle Beach’s Shore Drive in the popular Pelican’s Landing community. The only 3 BR complex on Shore Drive. The condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. You must be 25 or older to rent this condo per HOA rule. Linens are included and 2 beach chairs are available for use in the attached laundry room.

The unit features all new tile flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home, a breakfast bar, updated appliances and bathrooms, a washer & dryer in unit, cable equipped smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, free parking, Wi-Fi, and an elevator to access to this 3rd floor condo. Two parking passes are also included with your booking.

This spacious unit has everything you need for your dream beach getaway. Amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool and another pool in front of the other Pelican's Landing buildings on the other side of the road. There are grilling areas on the ground level adjacent to both pool areas as well.

What could be better than relaxing on your own private balcony with the ocean just steps away? There are plenty of windows throughout the CORNER unit to let in wonderful natural light.

If you have been searching for the perfect beach vacation spot, look no further! The complex is close to The Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and so much more.

No pets, smoking, motorcycles, boats, trailers, or golf carts allowed on site.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Myrtle Beach. Our Vrbo was just what we look for, with a clear view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and a deck to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and the beautiful view. Additionally, there was a screened deck off the living area where we enjoyed snacks and morning coffee at the large dining table. The whole unit was very tastefully decorated with quality furnishings that were so comfortable, including all of the mattresses and bedding, the sofa, and the recliner chair. The kitchen was well-appointed with new appliances and a functional work area. All in all, it was perfect for our needs and really made our first experience of North Carolina a pleasure.

This is a fantastic property! The ocean view was spectacular and the location was perfect. Everything was as advertised but even better. This is an end unit so there is plenty of light and beautiful views. Bathrooms were updated, kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances. The bed is the main bedroom was SO comfortable! Our host was one of the most responsive we've ever had and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations as well as some interesting history lessons regarding the area. So easy to communicate with which is very much appreciated. The unit is on the third floor and is easily accessible via elevator. They provide carts to take your belongings up.We cannot recommend this property enough. We would definitely stay here again!

I'm glad the property met your expectations! Regarding location, the way Shore Drive dead ends at the "swash," the area is definitely in its own special part of Myrtle Beach. The quiet nature is definitely one of the street's selling points. I don't know the exact percentage, but many of the folks in Pelican's Landing are permanent residents. Very nice condo! We loved the little front porch area to leave chairs and beach stuff. The unit was nice and clean, and a very relaxed vibe in the complex. Great beach access ans close to all the food spots. Amazing unobstructed ocean view!

Very clean & spacious. Owner was very responsive. The second pool is across the street (I think) it was not at the building we stayed in. We enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for bringing up the 2nd pool! The one by the beach is nice. The pool on the other side of the road is definitely a little bigger though as is the general pool area. And yes, it's in the middle of buildings1-4 which are on the other side of the road. The buildings by the beach are buildings 5-6. The same code can be used at both pools though which is good. Nevertheless, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for leaving a review and for being an awesome guest!

Great location!

This was the perfect place for a little getaway. The view is amazing and it was so easy to get down to the pool and to the beach. It was also an easy walk across the street pick up some kitchen items we needed. The host was very accommodating to leave us parking passes so we could park and use the beach before check-in. The kids had a great time and so did the adults!

The condo is steps from pool and beach. The views were beautiful. The porch was a favorite spot. The beach was clean.

I have to say, the porch is our favorite spot as well! Even in the middle of the summer. The sea breeze keeps it more comfortable than if you were inland. And thank you for the comment on the beach. I've been coming to Pelican's Landing for over 20 years now. My family has had a property here since the early 2000's. I had a property in Pigeon Forge, TN that I sold early in 2022. I had named it "Best of Times." When the opportunity to purchase this amazing property arose, I jumped at the chance and was lucky enough to have my offer selected. "Best of Tides" was born!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There's something special about Shore Drive. It's Myrtle Beach, but it's also a little bit slower and more family friendly. Specifically, with this condo, the 3 bedrooms are fairly unique for the area. The elevators are certainly nice as are the beach views from this oceanfront condo. I absolutely love it.
