The place was cozy like a home away from home. It was conveniently located near shopping centers and beach. The pool was very nice as well. Would love to stay there again sometime in the future.

Cozy and clean

Spring Break

This property is perfect for a small family. Our son loved the bunk beds!... The location is perfect as it is walking distance from Bass Pro Shops, waffle house and the beach! The swimming pool was clean and warm. We felt safe at this property.

Beautiful and clean beaches and only a short walk away. We had a blast and can't wait to revisit!

We were upstairs which I always prefer because the rooms are so spacious with bish ceilings!The children loved the pool. All the other guests were friendly and even the neighborhood, everyone waved and smiled at everyone. Almost like back home. Grocery and restaurants were close by so we didn't spend so much time driving. The beach is so beautiful and the sand is so white. Also close to the boardwalk and crab island . Thank you again we had a blast!!

Wonderful Family/Budget Friendly Stay!!

We chose this location on a very last minute decision to take a family (of 6) vacation. Our kiddos range between 5 ans 16 years old, so its hard to find a place big enough for all of us! Julie was so helpful and so quick to respond to my many questions before the trip. We were quite a ways from home, so I had questions about details to make the stay as smooth as possible. The location was awesome, so close to everything, but yet far enough away from the harbor to avoid all the extra traffic and people. We were all comfortable and had a great time while saving money by not spending 350+ per night on a room alone. That freed up our budget to enjoy other things that Destin had to offer and was much appreciated. If we ever visit Destin again, I will intentionally book this property again! Cant say enough good things!!!

Outstanding beach house!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Nantucket is an adorable community of colorful houses. It is beautiful and very well kept. Everything is so close! The beach is steps away as is the grocery store, tons of outstanding seafood restaurants, ice cream, etc. The home itself is really cute, new furniture, paint, and decor since the listing pictures. Has everything you need and the property owner is very kind and responsive. Everything was every clean and has towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, lots of pillows and blankets. I would bring your own beach towels. We had plenty of room with our family of 4 and enjoyed the patio. Parents loved it and kids loved it. There is a nice TV in the living room and the bedroom with cable. The beach is so so beautiful with sugar white sand and breath taking water. You can bring your own chairs to the beach but not your own umbrella. Maybe .25 mile walk. The laundry and pool are right next to the home which was very convenient. We went in March and the pool was not heated which was the only bummer. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Great comfortable and safe spot

I spent the week here with my daughter and her friend (ages 14 & 15). The location is a quick walk to the beach and is perfect for walking 10 minutes to the stores/restaurants. There is also a restaurant & bar directly across the street in the hotel that I visited. Communication with the owner was great. The pool is very nice and relatively sparsely used. The complex has laundry room available for $4 a load which was nice to have. The room is a little warm and can’t be cooled to below 72 but the fans were nice and it was tolerable. I worked remotely most of this week and had a handful of poor connection issues with the wi-fi but it worked out fine. I just had to remove video a couple of times on work video calls. It would be good for the complex to boost the speed. It would be a bit cramped with more than 4 people but worked great for the 3 of us. I also like being right on the main road with the walking path. I’m a marathon runner and the path was great for long runs out and back towards Sandestin with minimal traffic issues. The area is very safe with frequent police presence as well. I am aware of at least 4 senior trip households at nearby locations that were evicted during the week due to underage drinking. Overall I really liked staying here and would recommend.

Great Getaway!

The cottage was perfect for a baseball getaway with my two sons! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Checking in was easy and getting in touch with Julie was so easy and she answered promptly. After a day of baseball games we went out to the beach, it’s a very short walk! My boys went to the pool once, the prefer the beach, it was a nice area, very clean.

Perfect for small families!

We stayed here for our wedding week and it did not disappoint. Close beach access very clean and place was perfect for our little one. Julie was awesome and so easy to contact as well! Will stay here again for sure!

Short getaway to the beach

Easy check in and checkout. Only a couple of blocks till you get access to the beach. We were upstairs in the cottage so it was beautiful sitting on the balcony having coffee. Everything was perfect for us in this place. Publix supermarket was a couple of miles away. If we had our grandchildren with us I would have brought a baby gate for the stairs. This place was perfect for us.
