Entra en la pintoresca cocina con salpicaduras de azulejos modernos y platos de alta gama, ollas, sartenes y utensilios. Cada cajón y gabinete está organizado para que pueda encontrar lo que necesita rápidamente. Fuera de la cocina hay una amplia sala de lavandería con una lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad. Un escritorio si es absolutamente necesario trabajar, una caja de juguetes llena de juguetes para los más pequeños y una nevera para los adultos. Desde la sala de lavandería se puede acceder a un patio privado y patio cercado.
Desde la sala de estar, entre en el suave pasillo azul que conduce al dormitorio principal y la habitación de invitados. Una espaciosa cama tamaño queen en la habitación principal con una cubierta de almohada de plumas de 4 pulgadas de grosor, un montón de almohadas y sábanas de 500 hilos para una cómoda noche de descanso. Incluso hay un a / c adicional escondido detrás de la cama si te gusta dormir relajado, acurrucado bajo la gruesa alternativa del edredón mientras ves tu TV de 65 ". Getaway vacation

Everything was old but nice though. The only problem we had was that the property manager waited one day to respond on a problem we had with the barbecue gas tank which was linking gas, but i fixed it. Other than that everything else was as showing on the posts. I like the neighborhood, pretty quiet and we felt pretty safe there!!

The covered hot tub and dining area and the pool were the best part. The hot tub temp was perfect. Especially, since it rained half the time we were there. Having the the privacy was another huge win for us. For people with kids there is a park within a short walking distance.

Perfect place for an enjoyable stay

Place is beautiful with the utmost comfort. Everything in the house is so neat and clean, including the pool & hot tub. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the pool but it looked very tempting. The host is a great communicator and responds quickly to address any concerns. She'll go out of her way to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Will definitely come back.

It's just alright, nothing special or nothing bad

The house, outdoor entertaining area and pool/hot tub could all use a nice deep clean. The house is well used and many of the amenities don't work well, ie living room tv flashes and the outdoor TV remote doesn't work. Overall the stay was ok, plenty of space .

Awesome Backyard!

This is a quaint house that was clean and full of surprises. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a rain shower -- the master opens up to the pool area and the most amazing backyard with wood/ metal outside covered bar area, TV, large table, couch with a firepit and a big hot tub, BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The backyard is also full of tropical plants/ flowers and is fenced so you have complete privacy. We spent most of our time out back as it was so beautiful and relaxing out there. Each room inside has a TV and the house also has a laundry room. The location is central to most everything- Los Olas Blvd, Riverfront, Sawgrass Mills etc. Would definitely book here again!

Needs Updates

We chose this property for its proximity to our son’s college, as he was being dropped off for the upcoming academic year. We also thought it looked fun with the pool and outdoor area, having traveled to drop him off in the past, knew it was great to have a pool. Most of the nicer properties in this area are closer to the coast, but this one looked like it met our needs. My biggest concerns with this property was that it was just not well remodels or maintained. All the painting looked very rough, and the yard was really lacking maintenance, the front bed along the house had one living plant in it and lots of dead plant growth. The driveway is gravel, and had many weeds in it The neighborhood had houses that were pretty poorly maintained, had all vehicles parked on the lawns, etc. The electrical system was a little crazy, when we arrived in the very early morning hours due to a late flight, we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights inside the home. The switch inside the door had been deactivated, and the first light switch we found it worked was at the opposite side of the house. Another disappointment was the lack dishwasher, no one wants to be hand washing dishes on vacation. The laundry facilities were nice and much appreciated, but in a back porch room that was unair-conditioned and had a lot of extra stuff in it. The backyard also had a lot of old items just tossed around against the fence. The outdoor eating area is nice, although the pool is tightly crammed into a side yard with barely room to walk around it, it is not fenced, and can be accessed directly from the house for the littles. We used the pool only one time, it was really too hot to enjoy it, and the next-door neighbor got up on top of his boat stores in his side yard and started the engine for about an hour, and also peered over the fence at us. My guess is he didn’t like living next-door to a vacation home. A city inspector knocked at the door one day and dropped off a notice of violation related to the hot tub, so we never use that, concerned that the electrical connection might be dangerous. This house is quite tiny, does not have good beds and very much needs a new kitchen (drawers don’t open). I do want to say that the manager was super responsive with all of our questions about the home. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s, but this is was below standards and definitely not a place we would feel comfortable going back to.

It’s the little things that add up

I’m a critical reviewer, especially of a property that is 4.8 stars. Did we have a good trip, of course, we made the best out of it. Overall, the property was ok, but the little things could easily be corrected for 5 stars. I enjoy cooking, you can’t say you have everything you need, when you don’t even have a spoon to stir/serve-are there utensils, yes-but take a periodic inventory to ensure that what is there is sufficient, and get rid of the rest of it. The grill, needs some help! There is tinfoil covering the flames instead of the metal guards. Didn’t use charcoal, but some TLC is needed-and I would assume that the ceramic grill would need a cover to stay in good working order (but it wasn’t). The firepit tank was empty-yes, it’s summer but having an ambient fire would’ve been nice! The extra gas tank was just sitting out next to the grill (lack of organization all throughout the property, to be honest)-I could’ve hooked it up to the fire pit, but I didn’t want to be charged for the extra tank when it was already empty. Be advised, the pool is nice, but doesn’t have a skimmer at the water line, so you will have to clean the top of the water everyday(which is also a challenge when the net isn’t as fine as some of the dead bugs that are floating on top of the water). Pool thermometer and chlorine dispenser were broken. We had to call to get the code to get into the house because apparently they replaced the batteries (which is good!) but forgot to set our code back up-the owner seemed disheveled when we called and she was out of town-it was corrected, but didn’t make for a smooth check in. The place just didn’t feel clean-and not surprising since the mops are kept outside. Also we had a bug run across the kitchen (it happens, but…). Yes, the shampoo, conditioner, body wash is supplied-but it’s mismatched, random types poured in-and all very low quality-if you’re going to provide this, understand it’s going to be an expense to keep it stocked or don’t offer it at all! The washer only runs on scolding hot water, so hope you like your clothing to shrink… the planes are fun to watch, but if you’re outside, be prepared to stop your sentence and start again once the plane has passed. The TVs are very nice, it was great to be able to stream our devices to them. A hint to the bedroom by the pool, close the door during the day and turn the little a/c on in that room, otherwise the rest of the house won’t cool off. Air filter needs changing *badly*!

A resort-like stay close to everything!

While the home was small, it was perfect and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is really what makes the property shine. On the days we didn't venture out to town, we had a fine time just relaxing outside, swimming in the pool, or reading a book in the hot tub. We also enjoyed many meals outside while watching the Phillies on TV. We had a lovely time and suggest staying here, or you'll miss out!

Comfortable accommodations

The house was a perfect size for my husband and me. Beds were very comfortable as were the recliners in the living room. Wi Fi was excellent, and watching the huge TV screen was like being in a movie theater. The pool was cool but very clean, and the hot tub pure bliss. Rose responded immediately to our questions and was always available should there be any concerns.Would highly recommend.

The house was the right size for us. The pool and hot tub are the real focus at the house. The neighborhood was easy to walk around but you had to drive to get anything or go out for dinner, etc. Be prepared for the traffic all around.

So convenient

We had a great stay in this perfect little house. Was sadly a little cold for the pool but enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was useful and the house is so centrally located to so many attractions. Would stay again!

Review

The listing stated that in winter there would be solar floating heaters in pool which were not included and when we reached out to the property owner, they stated they never worked and they forgot to take it off listing. Otherwise home was as expected and the hottub and outdoor patio/bar was our favorite place to be.

Fun stay!

This place was perfect for a small friend vacation…only left the house for the concert we were in town for because the house had everything…pool, hot tub, good outdoor seating with a TV. Couldn’t ask for an easier check in and out. Host was great and would highly recommend staying here.

Great little property

This was a great option for a small group who wants some space to stretch out after sight seeing as we did, or even with a few kids who need some space and entertainment when not out and about. While the house was a bit cozy the outdoor space gave the feeling of a much larger living space, and the design gave a ton of privacy even in the neighborhood setting. We will definitely look to stay here again if we return to the Ft. Lauderdale area again!

Large pool and good size yard in a nice working class area where neighbors know each other. Safe area with very low crime. Usually very quiet. Police officers live on the street and I live only a couple miles away.
