Plantation Paradise USA is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, private home with a private pool & game room. Centrally located in Royal Palm Estates & close to many delicious restaurants, Westfield Mall, NSU, Sawgrass Mall, Publix, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Walmart, LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness, just to name a few. Close & accessible to 595, I-95, the Turnpike, Sawgrass Expressway, 8 minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino & only 11 miles from the Hard Rock Stadium. PRIME location. All are welcome!

Nice stay - great pool

The home was clean, all the amenities were there for use, the pool table was very nice and in excellent condition and the salt water pool was perfect.

Great stay in Plantation

We had an excellent stay at Christine’s property. She was super responsive to our needs and questions. The house was as described, extremely comfortable and in a great neighborhood for nice walks and for getting to places in Miami as well as broward county. We would definitely stay again.

Owner very responsive. Great location for us to visit our son and his family in Davie Fl. Nice neighborhood, House fully stocked. Very clean, Great outdoors, deck and pool area. Not too far from our son's house definitely would consider renting it again in the future as we visit quite often

Fort Lauderdale

The property was exactly like the pictures, no surprises. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving a meal. The pool area with awning for shade, was perfect for enjoying the hot Florida temperatures! We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely rent again. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay.

Winter getaway

We spent 4 weeks escaping the cold up north.This house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and screened patio is where we spent most waking hours.Christine is great premier host was always available for questions and very personal.We highly recommend this rental.

Loved this house and pool - also great location

My husband, 7 year old, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Christine was thorough and welcoming, as well as responsive. The house and pool were such a wonderful retreat for Spring Break. There are many restaurants close by, and a grocery store very close. We used the grill a few times and it worked great. Thank you, Christine!

Comfortable, Safe and Relaxing

If you are staying in Plantation, this is great choice! The house is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood located close to everything in Plantation. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the highway, and airport. The house is well-equipped with a lovely screened-in pool, which is a must if you are visiting when mosquitoes are rampant. The house well maintained with everything you could need. The owner is very nice, easy to contact, and very considerate. Everything about our stay with just very easy!!

Best getaway for sunshine

Christine was the best. We were so worried as we were scheduled to travel post the hurricane. Christine kept me up to date multiple times a day. The house is perfect. Close to shops and highways. Stocked with everything you could need. So much nicer than staying in a hotel room. My daughter loved the pool We would definitely stay again. Book. You will be happy

The house was clean with all the equipment available. All the equipment was explained with you tube videos. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Sometimes it wa a bit loud due to the boulevard behind the house Christine is a good host and responded really quick when we had questions

Great spot!

Loved the open concept layout. Everything was even nicer than in the pics! We spent hours enjoying the pool when we weren’t off to the beach or out riding bike. Lovely, safe, very friendly neighbourhood. One thing no one else mentioned in the reviews I read is that the house backs onto a main road so the backyard and pool area have a constant thrum from traffic. Mostly it fades into the background, but it isn’t a quiet spot. Location was great - right near main highways to beach, and other attractions. Finally, Christine is a fabulous host! Perhaps the best we’ve ever had in terms of responsiveness and friendliness.

Good but a little to much

The house was nice and clean, the pool area is beautiful. The owner is good and quick to respond when needed. We personally think that some of the rules were a little to much, making it hard to feel like you are at home away from home. Usually they send the rules or print them and leave them in the house for you to follow, and that’s all you hear about it but here we got reminded of the garbage the night before and the check out instructions a second time the night before. We have stay in a bunch of VRBO’s and they are all about the comfort for the guests especially in the bedrooms, this house has room for some improvements.

I appreciate the honest five star review. Thank you. In response to the garbage reminder; a garbage reminder always goes out to each guest the night before pickup. It has always been this way as the city of Plantation is specific with their “no can” “blue bag” rule and recycle days (clear recycle bags) are different than regular pick up days. It’s listed in the checkin instructions and it’s been my experience with past guests that they’ve appreciated the reminder including the instructions. As for the bedrooms, I’m not clear about what needs “improvement” to make it more comfortable as it’s not mentioned and no one has complained or suggested anything for them in the past. To address the house rules, they are pretty basic and are mentioned in the listing and rental agreement which have to be acknowledged prior to booking. Lastly, the checkout instructions should have only been sent once. I have no idea how they were sent twice as they go automatically. I’m always welcome to suggestions as that’s what reviews are for. I encourage and remind all guests to please communicate right away about any concerns or issues so I can rectify at once. I want everyone to be comfortable and happy .😊

Adequate, but not a true VRBO by Definition

Overall, Christine as a host was excellent. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. The listing is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. However, the house is actually a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with limited access to guests. We were not allowed to use the master bedroom or bath. Not having access was uncomfortable because of not knowing what was behind the locked door. We understand a house may have a locked closet or small room for owner property or cleaning supplies, however, locking large areas such as a master suite or garage is uncomfortable. The bedrooms were guest rooms, so they were small and tight. We had to use the guest bath, so it was small. It needs an upgrade in lighting. It was hard to shave or put on makeup. The pool offered an area for relaxing. There was also a grill to cook dinner on. The only downside to the outside area is that it is located next to a busy boulevard. You can hear cars at all hours of the night going up and down the street. The kitchen has no storage for guests and is overwhelmed with the owner's personal property. Access is very limited to items that guests can use. Overall, a suitable rental for a short stay, but would not recommend a long stay.

The listing is very clear in stating that this is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, and that the third bedroom and garage are not accessible to guests. This is reflected in the property description. Guests also receive the exact address and a Google Maps link upon booking to ensure full transparency of its location. I encourage all future visitors to take a moment to thoroughly read the listing. Second time I've stayed and will definitely stay again. Christine went above and beyond, as usual, and even more this time. I asked if she had an umbrella I could borrow because it was raining and I was going to a formal event that my son was hosting. She didn't have one. She bought one and had it delivered immediately, while she was across the country It really feels like home at Christine's :)

Perfect place to stay

During my stay I couldn't help but notice how clean and organized everything ones. This is a particular concern for me because I've had places that were not as advertised. With this home everything was above expectations. I especially love how responsive the host was. She was very communicative and even payed attention to things during our trip that we didn't even notice. Things look out for potential weather patterns that may obstruct our flight & stay. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and will be staying here again for future trips.

Home away from home

This home has everything you will need for a perfect stay. A beautiful clean home with a great open concept floor plan with the dining area giving way to a beautiful view of the pool area. Minutes away from all amenities. Host Christine was amazing to deal with and was quick to respond to all our questions. Her u-tube videos were very helpful. No complaints here! We will certainly rent this property again. A wonderful place!

Great House. Great Host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in this lovely home. The house is spacious, well-appointed and the pool/backyard are awesome. The neighborhood is idyllic and we loved taking our dog on walks along the tree-lined sidewalks. Christine is the most responsive and helpful host we've experienced with VRBO. She goes out of her way to provide all the info you need to enjoy your stay. We would highly recommend.
