Ubicación deseable en Saugatuck en el lado oeste del río Kalamazoo. Esta casa de nueva construcción ofrece lo mejor de ambos mundos con un sendero directamente detrás de la casa SOLO MEDIA MILLA a través de las espectaculares dunas boscosas que conducen a Oval Beach / o media milla a la playa en Oval Beach Rd. (Perryman St.) ...... Y...... justo al otro lado del río desde el corazón del centro de Saugatuck / PASOS LEJOS DEL CHAIN FERRY (Se celebra el Memorial Day hasta el Día del Trabajo). Dos millas alrededor del puerto hasta el centro de la ciudad cuando el ferry de cadena no está en funcionamiento. Nivel inferior incluye dormitorio, baño completo, cuarto de lavado. El nivel superior incluye dormitorio y baño completo con sala de estar de planta abierta que incluye TV de pantalla plana de 43 "con Netflix, área de comedor y cocina. Queen Sleeper en la sala de estar. El nivel superior cuenta con un gran porche amueblado con área de comedor y tiene vistas parciales del río Kalamazoo. Un balcón abierto da a las hermosas dunas boscosas. La bañera de hidromasaje para 6 personas está justo afuera de la entrada de la casa. Este entorno privado es una gran escapada en el bosque pero cerca de toda la acción de Saugatuck.

We so enjoyed our vacation! The location was perfect, we liked being in a wooded area and it was a short ride to the shops. The house was immaculate. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were heavenly. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was nice to park in a garage, too. Doesn't get any better than this!

This home was perfect for our needs. While the main living area is open-plan, the bedrooms and porches offer cozy spaces, so you have the best of both worlds. The kitchen was well appointed, and all of the furnishings were nice. The location was just right for us. We felt close to everything but still in a quiet area. Communication with Rob was terrific.

Absolutely delightful stay at River Groove. Genuinely a beautiful, modern cottage with the loveliest screened in porches. Cannot recommend it enough and plan on coming back.

River Groovy

What a great spot for our rare vacation…… close to lots of shops and restaurants but also slightly secluded and peaceful. The house was very clean and comfy- would highly recommend!

Everything about this beautiful property was perfection. It was spotless and well-appointed. The decor was perfect. The location was close to downtown but afforded privacy too. We would stay here again and fell in love with Saugatuck. Rob the host was so kind and provided information on restaurants and things to do. He was even kind enough to call me when I had a question. Very pleasant, as was Jayne his property manager. They were both very accommodating. Highly recommend staying at this property. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful house and excellent location. It has everything you need. The host, Rob, is great to work with.We walked to Oval Beach and Mount Baldhead. We took the Star of Saugatuck boat tour. We did the Dune Buggy ride which was fabulous. We also went to Holland and Fennville which are quick trips.I highly recommend this property!Nancy May, 2025

Our happy place

We have stayed in this pristine property many times and can’t wait to return. Rob’s house is exquisite—beautifully decorated in mid century modern decor and still so cozy! You can’t beat the location and will be inspired to take many walks down to the water or through the woods and adjacent neighborhoods. The hot tub is incredible! Love this restorative place.

We loved our stay at River Groove! The house is very nice and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and screened in porch. Host is very kind and friendly. Great location, only a short walk to the chain ferry, which we took daily to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is also close to Mt Baldhead, once you get to the top of the stairs, it’s a pretty easy walk to the beach. If you don’t want to do the stairs, I recommend driving rather than walking along Perryman St, it’s too narrow to be safe for pedestrians, no shoulder in many spots. We will certainly book this home again when we come back to Saugatuck!

Off-season girls getaway

Fresh, modern, well-decorated house. Close proximity to Oval Beach and 302 steps at Baldhead State Park. Garage use was a bonus. Eclectic, artistic community with wonderful restaurants and unique shops.

Excellent!

Four of us in the rental and all four loved it! The place was clean, had plenty of dishes, towels. We walked to the beach about 9 minutes but if you have lots to carry then better to drive. Walked to the chain ferry, walked to Mount Baldhead took the 300 steps up the dune, walked to the crows nest- what a fabulous view.We saw deer everyday by the rental. This place is so lovely, quiet. We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Cozy retreat

This is our 3rd time back at River Groove and we can't say enough about this special property. Perfect location, whether it's sunny July or cozy December! We holed up in front of the fireplace and dipped in the hot tub, watching the snow come down. Perfect location and decor. Rob is an amazing host with exquisite taste and puts care into every little detail!

Beautifully Renovated

My wife and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend getaway. We found out we were the first guest to stay in 2 years due to renovations after a fire. This place was perfect getaway spot tucked away with privacy. Only short walk to chain ferry and main streets of Saugatuck. This property was updated nicely and had everything you need for weekend get away. Rob was in good communication before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Saugatuck.
