Modern, Chic Adult ONLY retreat on a hill at the end of a quiet dead end street steps from downtown Saugatuck. There is on-site private parking for 2 vehicles. You will walk up 2 flights of steps that lead to a private serene covered deck and entrance. The deck has a comfy sitting area and a large table for dining and/or games and hanging out. It was thoughtfully designed by the owner/Super Host for those guests who are coming to our area to enjoy all that Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer. This space is bright and inviting with high quality linens, cozy beds and stylish furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms with King size beds, quality mattresses, linens and towels and black-out shades for a restful night of sleep. There are two bath areas with a sink and toilet that share a private walk-in shower. It comes with a kitchenette with a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cocktail and coffee bar areas. Leave the cooking to the first-rate chefs in town and enjoy a craft cocktail at one of the many bars or tasting rooms. Take a hike to the top of Mt. Baldy to enjoy a panoramic view of the city, spend the day at beach along the sandy shoreline of Lake Michigan or take a stroll in town and visit one of the many vibrant art galleries or shops. Whether you want to come and relax or hit the town, this space will give you everything you need and more! Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the deck or having evening cocktails watching the sunset with a breeze coming off the water. It is a perfect getaway for a single couple, 2 couples or a small group of friends or family.
