Peaceful Winter Getaway with Hot Tub Comfort

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful creekside cabin! We visited in January, and it was such a treat to arrive and find the hot tub already warmed up—it made the cold winter nights feel luxurious and relaxing. Perfect getaway!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we just love it. We enjoy the quietness and being surrounded by nature but not far from the town. The hot tub is a bonus! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hideaway!

We loved our time here- a little cabin hidden in the mountains but close enough to the excitement of Leavenworth so you get the best of both worlds! It was clean, beautiful and comfortable. We would love to come back again in the fall or winter!

Awesome place tucked back in a canyon

Great location, great place. Being there in the winter was great for the kids. Provided cookware is a little beat up but not enough to ruin the weekend. Would definitely stay again.

The place is very private so you can relax in the hot tub with no neighbors. Easy to find. Comfy.

I rarely use the hot tub fearing that it won't be well-maintained. The hot tub in this is squeaky clean and a perfect respite after a days hike.

The perfect cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was nice to stay outside of Leavenworth but close enough to make our way into town more than once a day if we chose to! It had everything we needed, a great movie collection, and a well equipped kitchen. Beds were OK, shower meh, but overall every quality I’d want in a cabin for me and my family.

Favorite getaway

This was our second time booking this property and we have stayed at many around this area. We fell in love with this stay last year and decided to book again. We love that it is dog friendly and a safe area for our dog to venture around because it’s not too close to the road. Also close to Leavenworth making it easy to go to town several times during our stay.

Loved the Location

I wanted seclusion and certainly got it. We are an outdoorsy family that gets pulled inside far too often. This vacation helped us reset and it was exactly what we needed.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. It snowed on us a little. It was very peaceful and refreshing. No problem with the driveway, even in the snow. Hot tub was very nice and clean. It worked perfectly for our girls get-a-way. Loved being out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but just 10 minutes away.

Great little retreat! A+

Was the perfect little getaway for us as a newly wed couple! Close enough to all the attractions at Leavenworth. Had a nice DVD library to keep us entertained at night. Bring some old DVD movies to donate if you can. Had all the accomodations we needed for a 2 night stay. Thanks for having us.

Great Cabin In The Woods

This cabin is close to the town of Plain and Leavenworth. It has a wood stove which makes the whole cabin warm. It does get hot upstairs with the fire going. We had to go buy a lighter and wood to start the fire. There was pots and pans to make dinner and plates and utensils. It was a great place to go with the family for a holiday weekend.

Cozy home

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. It was easy communicating with the host for any questions and receiving a quick response back. It was helpful that they laid sand on the hill going down to the home, we didn’t have any issues entering and exiting which was nice. The property is secluded from other homes and felt more private, not needing to worry about bothering neighbors as much ((:

No Fireworks

Great quiet place for us and our dog. Fireworks dont work with her. VERY nice place to stay, Inside is like new other than the beds which were still OK. Very well taken care of inside. Only reason for 4 stars is the outside area around the cabin has not been taken care . They should just hire a weed person couple times a year is all. Its a woods setting so not a real issue just a FYI to owner. Will book again. Jim

The property is completely over grown and unkept. You can't even get to the creek. There is no place to enjoy outside except the driveway. This was a huge disappointment for us. We will never come back.

Nice, quirky, off the beaten path

Overall it’s a lovely cabin. Quirky in the deco, but well appointed except a cutting board. Can be difficult to find at dusk or in the dark. Know that the third bedroom is an open loft, only two full bed rooms. The property is heavily wooded and up against a hill. I was hoping it was explorable by my kids, but it’s too thick of woods to explore the 5 acres. It’s very private though and nice for a getaway.

Nice to stay there... nice location in the woods... but...

The property grounds were in a bit of rough shape. There were a few things leaking in the kitchen but what we really didn't like was the dirt accumulation on the wood floors. I hate to use the word "filthy" but there you have it.

Secluded Cabin In The Woods

This place gave very "guy-in-white-mask-stalks-woman-who-lives-alone-in-the-woods" vibes with how secluded it was. But I dig that, so we loved it...Perfect for Spooky Season. Stayed with friends for Oktoberfest. Cabin was cozy and the hot tub was a bonus on the chilly evenings. Place was extremely clean and had a large movie selection. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Only odd thing was that there weren't any coverings on the windows (no curtains or blinds), but with how secluded it was, it was fine. Getting in or out of the driveway may be difficult in the winter without a 4 wheel drive and tire chains. Would love to stay again next time we go to Leavenworth. Thanks!

This house was cute enough. But I clean and that greatly grossed me out. I was afraid to get comfortable and sit on the couch. There was dust in corners everywhere. There was some sort of yellow brown spot on the fur rug… I could only guess it was vomit or urine. Why a fur rug?… it can’t be cleaned. That is disturbing to me. The property was sort run down feeling. The faucet to refill the hot tub was literally broken. We live in a fifth wheel right now and I was looking forward to this anniversary getaway. Let’s just say… I was looking forward to getting back to my fifth wheel. This place didn’t feel clean ti me. I’m sorry.

The inside of the cabin was great with updated appliances and WiFi. The bed had fuzzy sheets which are probably nice in the winter but not so much in the summer. The exterior could use a good cleaning and the area outside could use some mowing or weed whacking along with the driveway needing some smoothing where vehicles have had problems making it in and out along with som bush trimming to prevent them from hitting your car as you make you way down the drive way. I’d recommend an AWD or four wheel drive if using this property. Overall Good experience and great location sitting between Plain and Leavenworth and a short distance to Lake Wenatchee. if the outside was better I’d give it 4 stars overall.
