Disfrute de esta hermosa, luminosa y luminosa unidad de esquina en el primer piso con su amplio y completamente amueblado envoltorio de lanai. ¡Disfrutarás de las vistas tranquilas y pacíficas de la naturaleza mientras comienzas y terminas tu día en este encantador lanai!
Esta unidad está disponible semanalmente, mensualmente o estacionalmente.
El condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar. Disfrutará de la cocina completamente equipada y actualizada. La sala de estar / familiar tiene un sofá cama queen size, un maestro de matrimonio y una habitación de invitados con 2 camas individuales. Mesas de comedor en el condominio o en la terraza. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia. Ropa de cama, baño y toallas de playa. Hay televisores en todas las salas de estar, así como acceso a internet. Hay aire acondicionado central y múltiples ventiladores de techo para su comodidad.
Wild Pines tiene su propia piscina, spa, proyectado en la casa club con refrigerador, mesas para comer o socializar, baños, canchas de tenis reservadas exclusivamente para los huéspedes de Wild Pines y un pabellón de parrilla. A solo unos pasos de nuestro estacionamiento se encuentra el servicio de traslado privado GRATUITO al club de playa que funciona todos los días desde el Día de Acción de Gracias hasta abril.

Perfect vacation!

Excellent location in Wild Pines with everything you need and very clean and well maintained. Felt like home!Mark and Amy are great hosts and accommodating and quick to respond.We love Bonita Bay and plan to return to their place again next year.

Great place to stay

Love staying at the Wild Pines. Close to restaurants and entertainment. This unit has great furnishings and is very clean. Love the shuttle to the beach.

Florida Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. Naples Waterside Shops exquisite shopping is a few miles down the road. The condo was as perfect as it was the first time. The Wild Pines pool is clean and well maintained. The walking trails through Bonita Bay are beautiful. Great hosts and very responsive.

Awesome place

This is my second year staying in this unit. It was as nice and clean as last year. Comfortable beds and furniture. Location is great as well. Really enjoyed my stay in Wild Pines.

Perfect!!!

Great place. Wonderful host. She was more then accommodating. We needed a place to live after hurricane Ian flooded out our condo. The apartment was perfect. Well appointed kitchen for a long stay if you want to cook instead of eating out. Loved it!!!

Great place to stay!

This is a clean, updated unit with tasteful finishes. The owners went to great effort to make us feel welcome and we were impressed with all of the specials touches to make our stay even nicer. We’ve been staying in Wild Pines for years; this condo had the most comfortable furniture, including the beds. Strongly recommend for any length of stay.

Lovely place for a young family

Myself and my extended family have stayed in quite a few rentals in Bonita Bay over the years and this was BY FAR the best one! It was very spacious and very clean! Our extended family that were staying in other rentals last week were jealous when they came to check out our place. Everything was very up-to-date and top line. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book it every year for our yearly trip!

Best Vacation Rental We’ve Ever Had!!

This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever seen…my wife must’ve commented 15 times how spotless it was (and she’s a clean freak). Check-in was effortless, the amenities were just right and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Mark and Amy were great to communicate with and answered all questions virtually immediately, both before and during our rental period. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough. Honestly unless you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency down the road, you’re not going to find a better place to stay in the area and we hope we have the opportunity to rent from them again.

Excellent experience

It was our second stay at Bonita Bay and this property in Wild Pines was perfect for my busband and I. We spent two weeks here and our stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. Communications with the owners has been very effective, prompot and friendly. The apartment is well kept, nicely decorated, with many amenities and generous supply of toiletries, paper products and detergents. We liked being on this corner unit on the ground floor. The unit has a south west orientation so guests enjoy the sunset in the cosy screened lanai . The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a plus for those- like us as - who are used to cook . Bonita Bay is a beautiful, manicured development with many amenities, parks, restaurants and facilities. In Bonita Springs we would not stay anywhere else and look forward to our next visit to this lovely home.

We enjoy sunny skies, warm oceans, hiking, biking, camping, spending time with our family and friends, but mostly,,,, we LOVE spending time with our beloved grand babies!!

This unit is spacious, quiet, lots of sunlight, with a large wrap around lanai. The pool and clubhouse are just across the parking lot directly across from our building.
We have renovated and updated nearly everything in the condo, including all new appliances, and furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated.

The private Beach Club is truly exceptional. To have all the ameneties at your disposal for a perfect day at the beach is just priceless. A beautiful bath house, private parking or a Bonita Bay Shuttle, umbrellas, loungers, chairs, tables waiting for you. There are 2 pavillions with gas grills available for your use. There are some concession foods available, otherwise you can pack up your cooler and bring it along with you to the beach. FREE ice and water are available at the bath house consessions area .
