Resort style living in corner unit building A! Closest to pool and grill!

Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Bonita Bay community! We have a larger corner unit with 1,270 square feet with a large wrap around lanai. The beautiful pool, hot tub, tennis courts and gas grills are steps away from our condo.

The kitchen offers granite counters and stainless appliances. We recently updated the Master Suite with carpet, fresh paint, bedding and completely new and beautiful bathroom! The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom includes two very comfortable full size beds. The screened in lanai is surrounded by beautiful palms accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. The unit is accessible by stairs or elevator.

High speed wifi and cable tv are provided. HD flat screen TVs are in both bedrooms and the living room. The washer/dryer is available for your use in the condo. The kitchen has a blender, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Bonita Bay is a premier community in SW Florida offering 12 miles of paved pathways for walking, biking and jogging. There are three separate parks within the community with tennis, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, picnic areas, butterfly garden, free canoeing kayak rentals, fishing piers, and much more. Our unit is a short walk to the Promenade Mall which offers great shopping and several excellent dining options. We are accessible to both Fort Myers and Naples.

Our Florida home is very clean, quiet and pleasant and we are happy to share it with you. We have tried to provide with everything you need to enjoy your stay!

A BEAUTIFUL CONDO THAT I WOULD LOVE TO STAY IN AGAIN. i FORGOT TO FIND OUT THE CONDO NUNBER BUT WAS ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN AND WI-FI WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME SAFETY HAND GRIPS IN THE SHOWER FOR US SENIORS AND POSSIBLY A FOLD UP SEAT. OUR HOST ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE ASKED AND WAS SO FRIENDLY. THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS WERE STOCKED WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT WE COULD USE AND VERY FLUFFY TOWELS. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED.

Fun in the sun

Very nice clean unit. Peaceful morning walks on the various trails in Bonita Bay is a pleasure. Unit is very convenient to the pool. Susan was very quick to respond to any issues. We will be back!

Another Great Stay!

Been here many times and it’s always wonderful. Susan is a very responsive host. I would highly recommend a stay there. There are so many things to do. The beach shuttle is such a great benefit.

Wild Pines condo

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Susan provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Great vacation!

Great place to stay! Loved how it was decorated! Location was perfect and having a beach shuttle was wonderful perk! Will definitely stay here again. Owners very accommodating. We were to stay the week after hurricane Milton and some areas of Bonita still didnt have power. Owners let us switch date and were very accomadating! Beautiful area to walk, swim, shop and try different places to dine! Cant forget convenience of Publix across street or the Promenade area which we walked to and got delicious prepared foods and baked goods at Di Romeos. Yummy! Didnt want to leave!

Great Vacation!

Wonderful condo in Bonita Bay! Plenty of space and lots of amenities. We especially enjoyed access to the bike trails throughout the community. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location

Everything you could possibly want. My mother left her watch there and the owner was so prompt in helping us find it. Would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Bonita

We have stayed at Wild Pines in different rentals a few times and overall it never disappoints. This visit delivered the same Great location spacious condo and well equipped. Overall a fab week the weather was a little chilly for a few days so the hot tub by the pool was welcome

Wild Pines gem

Susan's condo has everything you need for an effortless vacation ~ comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, lovely lanai, beach towels & close proximity to the pool & beach shuttle service. Susan is very responsive to queries. Bonita Bay/Wild Pines is close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and beaches. I look forward to staying here again!!

Summer Vacation

Amazing vacation! Wild Pines at Bonita Bay never disappoints! We come every summer for beach vacation. The apartment was spotless and the check in was a breeze. Loved to have breakfast on the l-shaped balcony and catch an afternoon nap after a dip in the pool. Easy and quick communication with the host. Will always come back to Wild Pines!

Wonderful spot for a holiday.

We loved the area and this condo is in the best spot to enjoy all that Bonita and surrounding areas have to offer. We definitely hope to come back to this condo. All necessities were provided and condo owner was very responsive.

A month in Wild Pines

As a result of Hurricane Ian, we were unable to spend this winter in Sanibel. Fortunately, this property in Bonita Bay was available and met our needs. The apartment, itself, was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We felt very much at home. The owners were a pleasure to work with, and the entire rental process went smoothly. Aided by daily sunshine, we met many other renters at the pool, which was very inviting. We look forward to next season at Wild Pines.

wonderful vacation!!

Our family of 4 (plus one grandpa for two nights) had a really good experience - the highlights included walking to the pool and hot tub, renting bikes for the week in this development, and the huge screened in porch. We used the couch for 2 nights and there was extra bedding provided. This property met our high standards! The only downside - we had a lot of late night (like 2AM late) noisy people at the hot tub or pool house.... Nice touches including starting us off with soaps, toilet paper and paper towels etc... We would definately rent here again! :)

Welcoming Wild Pines

Wife and I really enjoyed our week @ Bonita Beach. Great facilities, excellent location and well maintained condo. Sue was a super host and very responsive to our needs. Private beach was just perfect!

Tropical Paradise

My friend and I couldnt have asked for a better property for our vacation. Bonita Bay is a beautiful community and the condo pool was steps from our door. Or there is the private beach that was a quick drive away maybe 7 min. From the property and well worth it. The screened lanai was perfect for morning coffee or just to relax after a day in the sun. The condo was fully equipped with anything you might need and There are countless restaurants in the area and all were delicious. Any questions we had Susan responded within minutes. I would definitely spend another vacation at this property.

Will be back!

Been coming back to Bonita Bay ever since I discovered it! It only gets better every year! Excellent communication with the host with anything that we needed. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need.....feels just like home. We took a drive to Naples and had amazing burgers at Brooks Burgers and then off to the Naples Pier to catch an amazing sunset. Can't wait to go back next summer!
