Una ubicación única con interiores elegantes caracterizan esta hermosa villa mediterránea, con increíbles vistas del mar y la antigua Torre de Nora.
Una gran piscina privada para uso exclusivo está disponible para los huéspedes, está rodeada de altos setos y palmeras. La piscina llena todo el patio trasero y ofrece una gran privacidad a este maravilloso lugar.
Cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado y un baño contiguo.
En la planta baja de la villa, el gran salón con grandes ventanales se abre al patio y al jardín. La decoración es muy elegante, hay dos grandes sofás blancos y una preciosa mesa de castaño antiguo. Esta habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, TV, reproductor de DVD y cocina totalmente equipada. La sala de estar se abre a un gran patio, que está ricamente amueblado con sofás y una mesa grande y sillas de playa. Largas cortinas blancas rodean el patio. Es un lugar muy agradable para pasar un buen rato.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con microondas, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora y nevera grande con congelador.
La planta baja es una cómoda habitación doble con baño privado. En la primera planta hay dos dormitorios y un baño. Las habitaciones del primer piso gozan de espléndidas vistas al mar.
El jardín se desarrolla delante y detrás de la casa con pinturas mediterráneas, limones, naranjas y palmeras.
La villa se encuentra a diez minutos a pie del famoso campo de golf Is Molas de 27 hoyos, con un bar y un excelente restaurante.
La villa está situada en el centro de Nora, el antiguo sitio arqueológico fenicio-púnico de la gran civilización imperial romana.
Gracias al clima templado de esta parte de Cerdeña y al hecho de que la villa está climatizada, este lugar especial se puede disfrutar en cualquier época del año.
La villa se encuentra en la parte superior de un jardín ligeramente inclinado, una colina desde donde disfrutar de la vista. Subirse al auto solo requiere un poco de cuidado para acercarse a la casa. Hay espacio para dos coches para aparcar en la zona inferior.
La villa está en el campo y podría ser que no haya gatos o alergias.
Se proporcionará un enrutador portátil con 7. 5 gigabytes de tráfico de Internet durante una semana.

Gorgeous villa near a gorgeous town.

Absolutely loved staying here. The pool was a must in the heat. A very good size and depth with places to sit and read with legs in the water to keep cool! We went down to the beach every morning for around 10-11... Beside Flamenco? Resort. lovely sand and sea and no costs for parking or sitting....... We only stayed for couple of hours every morning and spent a lot in the sea... Otherwise would need something to keep shaded as the sun extremely hot end of July start of August. The town had plenty of lovely restaurants and galaterias. The square had a show on every evening 22.30.

Typisch sardisches Haus.

Marta hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Das Haus war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool ist super. Die Aussicht bei klaren Blick herrlich. Die Duschen ein wenig klein. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good location and beautiful views

On arriving at the villa (the drive is a mission to get to the top) we were greeted by Marta who was very helpful and gave us a tour of the villa. The outside space at the front is lovely with space to sit and relax and eat also. All bedrooms where good size and have access to a Bathroom each which is great but be aware the ground floor bedroom had damp. All showers are good but the cubicles are very small a really tall or bigger person would definitely struggle. Kitchen area and living room are good, they have everything you need. The pool is massive and views from there are stunning the photos don’t do it justice as it really is lovely. Only downside the jacuzzi didn’t actually work but this was not mentioned until I text Marta and asked and you only get it cleaned once a week so does get really dirty. Some amazing wildlife around the villa too we had a number of visits from a stag which was exciting. We paid a whopping €50 each for towels (bath only) and bedding for 2 beds. Some of the towels that were left were throws for beds or tiny hand towels which was a bit strange , bedding was ok ( a sheet) seemed a lot of money for this . Location wise it’s lovely near things, good supermarket about 5 min drive some nice restaurants really close and some recommended in the guide book were great. Beaches near by are amazing and worth a little drive out. Overall a lovely villa which is let down by minor things that could be improved. One thing to be aware of is the WiFi . It says you get 750m which sounded a lot. It lasted us 2 days and we unplugged it at night abd when we went out and weren’t even downloading anything. When I text Marta about it she said it’s normal for Italy! We presumed there must be a mistake as we would of presumed it covered a weeks worth of WiFi. Recommended for location, value for money and outside living space . Would be great for families.

Dear guest. Thank you for the time you spent writing your review. Thank you for the positive things reported and also for those for which it was not good. It will be my care to analyze them to improve our home. The price paid for the sheets and towels was in total and not to each person. In the future I will give more towels if these are not enough. The pool does not have a whirlpool or a Jacuzzi, in fact in my ad I do not mention it at all. Regarding the pool, the weekly cleaning included has always been sufficient, sometimes it can get dirty more if it rains or there is a lot of wind, but I am available to do one more if necessary. Should anything be needed, my guests can contact me at any time. Regarding the wifi, as written in the announcement, the portable router available to guests contains 7.5 gigas per week, about 1 gig per day. This may be enough, unfortunately, at the moment we do not have the possibility to have a fixed line with unlimited jigs. Thank you again

Very nice villa with great sea views

Lovely villa on hill overlooking the sea, outdoor space for eating great and for relaxing and looking at Nora Fantastic pool and 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 upstairs looking out to sea. Only downside is narrow and winding drive up to Villa, damaged my hire car on small wall. Only other thing is size of showers. Extremely tight as I was unable to bend forward to wash my legs and feet. Otherwise would highly recommend this Villa and will visit again Let's hope the drive and shower issues can be resolved

Super schöne Villa, komplett ausgestattet und perfekter Betreuung

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, bestens ausgestattet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Pula und das Meer. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt! Die Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthalts durch Marta war spitze und wir können dieses wunderschöne Urlaubsdomizil nur weiter empfehlen.

Lovely villa on golf complex

Marta the owner met us at the villa and showed us round. Everything was clean and tidy and as per the pictures. Marta also went that extra mile by helping us locate the nearest doctor/hospital due to a medical emergency we had and she stayed with us until it was sorted. She kept in contact throughout the holiday. The Villa is typically Sardinian and could do with some updating (ie the shower downstairs was small and only covered by a curtain and although the bathrooms up stairs are large again the shower seems to be the poor relation and is the smallest ever, my husband who is 6 foot found it a squash to get into each day. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large Fridge. The downstairs outside terrace is lovely and great to have breakfast at. Although you can drive up the villa path its quite steep and narrow so we had to leave our VW estate at the bottom, so ladies be ware coming in a night in high heels on the cobbled path is not the best, leave some flats in your car to change into! And remember to put the outside lights on before you leave otherwise its too dark to see your footsteps. If you are not steady on your feet or up a steep path then this villa isn't for you. We had a couple of visitors in Deer! Yes Deer! so there is some poop in the garden, but we love wildlife so that didn't bother us. The pool is at the back of the villa which is a shame because you feel slightly enclosed and it becomes a sun trap..fine if there is a breeze but given we were on the hill it was surprisingly not windy! So we did find we had to go to the beach most days. The nearest one is about a 10 minute drive but we preferred the ones in Chia about 30 minutes away. You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach, 25 euro for 2 and an umbrella. You can take your own if you buy some. The sea is beautiful. The only other disappointing experience about the villa is that you don't get a change of towel or bed so you have to wash this yourself and get them dried in the same day as there is no spares. We found this quite odd as other European villas always provide a weekly made service and swap the towels for us. For the money (and I appreciate its Italy) but we have had better villas in Greece and Cyprus. One final point about Sardinia and this area in general, the food is very typically Sardinian (lots of fish and shell fish) and mostly set menus so don't think you are going to be able to order a chicken in white wine sauce, or meatballs and spaghetti, or garlic bread.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Meeting you was a pleasure and I was happy to be able to help. I noticed that some of the slightly negative points you mentioned are among those appreciated by our guests. We chose to build the pool at the back of the house to give more privacy and I'm sorry that you have not had the wind relief that is almost always present here. With regard to deers, our home is located near a natural reserve (wwf) and this sometimes brings deers closer to the gardens of the villas inside the condominium to eat the buds of the plants. For us it is nice to have occasionally the chance to see them even if it happens only at night when nobody observes them. As for restaurants, the most popular cuisine here is the local one i.e. : fresh fish, many kinds of pasta, meat, cheese and sweets prepared according to typical sardinian receipes. This is the case in all regions of Italy a country with strong regional connotation. But in the restaurants you can find almost all kind of food and the fixed menus are usually those reserved for the tourists and usually chosen because are a bit cheaper. For the rest I will take care of your suggestions and will try to improve our villa. For example I renovate the shower downstairs. Thank you!
