Girl's Week At The Beach

The house was great. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the Boat Parade. Only 5 minutes to the beach and we walked to dinner one night, at Fisherman's Corner. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook every day. Great location! Close to grocery stores restaurants and shopping. Even got our nails done all in Perdido Key. Will definitely stay

Peaceful location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 3 bedroom rental house on the inner coastal waterway. The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances one could ever need for a comfortable stay. The highlight of the house, however, was undoubtedly the boat dock. As someone who enjoys boating and fishing, having access to a private dock right on the waterway was simply amazing. The views were breathtaking, and I spent countless hours just sitting on the dock, watching the boats go by and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location of the house was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental house to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable vacation on the water.

Great location for docking boat

We enjoyed the property with boat dock and excellent access to the water. We enjoyed coffee on the dock every morning and had plenty of living space inside for hanging out in the evenings. Will definitely return next year.

Blue Angels Weekend! Great for boaters.

Loved this property. Clean and nicely decorated. We docked our boat out back. Really enjoyed watching all the boats pass by. We rented this house so we could boat over to Pensacola Beach for the airshow (which we did), it is a bit further than we anticipated. This property is listed with a Pensacola address, but is on the far edge nearly in Perdido Key. That would not stop us from staying here again though. Til next time!

Great location and plenty of room

Only issue would be the check-in time and check-out time. It says on the listing check-out is 11:00 am but was told to be out by 10:00 am and 4:00 pm seems kinda late. You don't get a full 2 days but over all would defiantly stay again.

Second time staying here

Just as fun and enjoyable as the first time. You can tell the owners care because there were a few improvements made within a year. Ive recommended this pace to several friends.

Beautiful Home and Great Atmosphere

This house was amazing. The inside was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for people to sleep. The backyard and pier were great as well. We had plenty of room to tie up our boats and being in the no wake zone was nice as well. The long driveway provided plenty of room for parking multiple cars and boat trailers. Legenia was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely recommend this house!

Beautifully appointed home with fenced backyard and private dock

We had a wonderful vacation here! The house is beautifully decorated and the location is close to shopping and dining. For those bringing a boat, the house is located close to the Perdido Key Bridge. You can easily be exploring The National Seashore, Robertson Island and the Pensacola Pass a short distance away. We owned a condo in Perdido Key for years, and the privacy and solitude of being in a home verses a condominium is unbeatable! Legenia is a wonderful host who responds quickly. We look forward to coming back!!

Our stay was an absolute delight. The home was everything pictured! So clean and well designed.

Renting the property was easy, we had great communications with the rental property agent they accommodate us after having to move our scheduled stay due to Ida. Thank you so much we are great-full!

Family time at Grannas Boat House

We had an amazing stay … the home and grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided…. So peaceful and such a convenient location. Boat dock in the back yard and Publix a block away . So nice to spend time enjoying family and not worrying about things you need, because everything you need is there !! Everything was pristine and beautiful! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!

Wonderful space and location

Our family enjoyed our rental experience thoroughly - the layout of the house and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of nine. Loved the fishing off the dock with the bait store next door, the large fire pit for s’mores, and the family room for game playing, boat watching, and beautiful sunsets! Lots of space for eating and cooking too. The hostess was prompt and helpful whenever we had a question! Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful vacation space along with a location close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public beaches! We will be back again!

Short Vacation

The home was just as described and had plenty of room for our two families and teen friends to spread out. We enjoyed the patio and dock in the evenings. The beach was not too far of a drive which was our main goal with this vacation. My only complaint would be some thread bare bath towels. Otherwise, everything we needed was there to help enjoy our stay.

Loved our stay!

Great location...fishing from dock, 1 mile to beach, lots of restaurants. The house was perfect...decorated so cute, very comfortable, clean & had everything we needed with plenty of space! Our kids loved the set of trundle beds for cousin sleepover! The owner was fantastic & very responsive to all our questions. We would love to go back sometime!

Perfect in every way!

This home was a dream spot for our family group. It was even bigger and more beautiful than depicted in the pictures. We loved sitting out at the dock watching the dolphins and even saw a manatee! We were able to rent a pontoon boat and that added a fun boating option.
