PERFECT FOR FAMILIES! Private beach, Pool, Game Room, all King beds

Welcome to your home away from home! This 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse situated in Banana Bay, a colorful gated waterfront community in Perdido Key Florida on the intercoastal waterway. This house boasts all King Size Beds in every bedroom and huge flat screen TV's each with a large closet perfect for storing your luggage.
A separate room is attached to one of the 2 King Size bedrooms upstairs that holds a full/twin sized bunk bed. In addition, there is a bonus room on the 2nd floor perfect for kids and groups. This room has a foos ball table, arcade game and dart board perfect for everyone. The main floor also has 2 King Size beds and full bathrooms each with marble tile and walk in showers (master has a jacuzzi bathtub). The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is great for entertaining and has a large laundry room attached. A peaceful outdoor courtyard right outside your back door offers many leisurely hours of relaxation and a gas grill for cooking outside.

Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or relax on the expansive private white sand beach on-property - yes that is right - it's a 2 minute walk to the beach! Banana Bay is 1.3 miles to the white sand and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, you are walking distance to Oyster Bar and Sunset Grill which are delicious dining options. If golfing is your bag, you are across River Road from Lost Key Golf Club a 18 hole Arnold Palmer Championship Public Golf Course.
There is something for everyone here @ Banana Bay!

Great place for our extended family vacation

We enjoyed all the King beds and loft/play area the most. Location was convenient to walk to the Bay and a quick drive to public access to the beach.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. So much room at the house for our big family bedrooms were huge, backyard and patio were awesome for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Very beautiful property

The property was very beautiful! The owner was easy to get in contact with and had many recommendations of things for us to do. It was within walking distance of the Bay Area and a short drive to the beach.

Great family get away

I rented this place last week for a family vacation. Last week was very nice, it was clean, the pool was great and the only issue is we had some door code problems but they were easily fixed. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful home

We had a great week in Perdido Key. 6 adults plus 2 kids were very comfortable at Sarah’s place. The house is spacious and very well stocked. Very comfy beds and we loved the back patio! The community is friendly and the neighborhood pretty and safe.

Great family vacation!!

We have 6 kids and my mom came with us, and this host had everything! Such a peaceful spot too! It’s on the bay side so it’s absolutely perfect for parents with young children to swim at the private beach! This host also had a play pen for our 1 year old to sleep in if we didn’t bring our own. Our pre-teens loved the game room and had a blast! Would recommend this spot 10/10!!

Home away from Home

Our stay w Sarah was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay w her was perfect. Which it was!! We loved everything about her place and the beach was right there within a very short walking distance. We really enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins while the kids swam. Highly recommend her place!

Family Fun

First time to not stay on the beach side and it did not disappoint! Sarah has an awesome place in an awesome location! The private beach area on the bay is top notch. Loaded up the cars and found a super beach location at Johnson National Park. Everything Sarah said and did was and is very accurate. We will definitely look to stay again next time.

Family Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our family. The 7 adults and our 5 grandchildren ( 2 being toddlers) had a great time. The king size beds and spacious bedrooms were amazing. This condo comes with a high chair, pack-n- play, and toys! The pool was easily accessible as well as the state park beach or their private beach . It was also super clean . We will be returning.

Perfect for families

We had a great stay with 3 adults and 7 children! The house is so big on the inside! I think it is awesome that the owner has things for babies should it be needed like a pack in play and high chair. We didn’t need those things but as a mom I thought I found it so thoughtful! The walk to the beach was like 2 minutes and the small Bay Area was great for kids, all of ours were under 10 years old.

Very nice townhome

Sarah place is so pretty. 100% clean. So we'll stocked with everything you need. We even threw steaks on the grill one night, perfect. Close to good restaurants and a couple bars. It's a quite area. The hot tub by the pool was really nice, but the pool is not heated. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Sweet Retreat is more than meets the eye with tons of space to accommodate your friends and family! I have plenty for kids and the beach is a 30 second walk from my front door. This makes it so easy to enjoy either the beach or pool steps from where you are staying!
