A great place for the price. It was pretty clean and well stocked and decorated nicely. The host was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating.

I, along with 70 other cyclists, rode into Rosemary Beach from Memphis. The location of this property was only a 5 minute walk from Rosemary Beach, which made moving my bike and luggage to the property very convenient! The shops, food and music of Peddler Village made for an enjoyable stay! Communicating with Debbie was great with very prompt responses to my questions. I intend on staying here again next October!

The place was very clean and close for entertainment, shopping and dining. Had a little confusion getting to beach and contacted host and she answered immediately. I did not know it was fall break with all the kids down there. Overall we had a great few night stay and would stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I! It's in such a good location, the parking was always easy, the check-in was super smooth. We had everything we needed including beach chairs, and umbrellas, and easy access to the pools right outside. We loved the little space & would definitely come back!

Spring Break Get Away

We have stayed at this property many times and we still find it a great place to stay. Great location, great amenities, over all great choice . Family friendly and also very adult friendly .

Everything was exactly as advertised. Great place and perfect location! Communication with owner was perfect! Walking distance to many eating places and shops in Seacrest and Rosemary.

During our recent vacation, my friends and I stayed at a vacation rental by owner that showed great potential but admittedly needed some renovations and stylistic touch-ups. The home was located in a picturesque area with stunning views nearby and a convenient location close to local attractions, which was a definite plus. However, upon arrival, we could tell the property had not received proper maintenance in a while. The paint on the walls was chipping, and some of the furniture looked outdated, which took away from the overall charm of the place. Besides that, the owner was friendly and responsive. With a little attention to detail and some updates, this rental could become a gem!

The place to stay for Rosemary Beach

Loved it all! The unit, the option of 2 pools, the shuttle to the beach runs continuously, variety of restaurants and bars, live music every night in the courtyardIf that isn’t enough, it is only a 5 minute walk to all that Rosemary beach offers!

There were so many places to stay and we are glad we picked this place. It was right in the middle of everything you needed and just a short walk everywhere else. At night there were two outside bars with TVs and music entertainment for all to enjoy. I do recommend calling the tram(golf carts) to take you to the beach entrance and back if its hot out and your bringing coolers and chairs with you. We learned quickly they are very strict on letting people into specific beach access. For example if you get on the beach and want to grab a bite of food at Crabbys bar you have to walk back to your access point to go back to the room. You cant walk through the resort even though its way shorter of a walk, you will not be able to get out. We got lucky lol. We will BOOK AGAIN! THANK YOU!

Perfect beach rental

I didn't plan for much other than beach and food. This place was perfect for after beach fun all day because they had live music every day at 5pm, there were food places and a little grocery store and a beach supplies store in the strip where we stayed. It was super convenient because everything we needed was right where we were staying. Would definitely stay here again! Also the host was very prompt with responding. Thanks for letting me and my kid stay

Great location

Great location though photo and some directions not up to date. Easy access to room and pool. Don’t recommend in off season as there were very few places open for food etc. Host was very responsive and kind.

Great studio right in the middle of everything!

This place was fantastic for my friend and I to visit. In the busy season, the tram service picks you up very close by, and the pool is visible from the window! Also, there’s sometimes live music right on the other side of the building along with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all right there! loved this place so much and hope to come back here!

Great spot

This is my second time in this location. Nice for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great spot to rent bikes and listen to live music on the weekends. The pools were close and clean. The beach is a short walk or ride. Will come back

First visit to the Emerald Coast

Location of this rental is Amazing! The unit is small (as expected from description) but met our needs. The walk to beach was short and stunning. Access to pool and hot tub outside our building gave our stay a resort feel. A big bonus was location of restaurants and convenience store on the first level of our buildings.

We had never been to Florida before and definitely lucked out when booking! Our family of four loved this condominium. The location is PRIME!!! Shops, restaurants, pool and jacuzzi directly under the building! The beach tram is awesome and the walk to it is quick! Loved the short walk to Rosemary, Seaside and Alys Beach. We can't wait to go back!

Great location

Really nice studio apartment with an excellent location close to beach, shops, restaurants. Two things to look into: couch pull-out bed was stuck closed and kitchen sink faucet leaked. Otherwise 5/5! Thank you.

Pura Vida

It was a little small for the 2 of us since we had to bring more clothes, etc for a wedding and pre-wedding events. A full view mirror would be a plus to help with dressing.
