Great time in Rosemary Beach. This condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. It’s close to everything. Having two bikes available to us was a huge benefit. Short walk to the beach and short walks to delicious restaurants. Bathroom and shower were a nice big size. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful room with a wrap-around corner balcony. Host left amazing treats to welcome us! The location is perfectly situated to where you can walk out and go left down to beach access and to Rosemary Beach’s shops, or right to Alys Beach’s restaurants or the nature trail. We loved riding the bikes as well! Communication with host was fabulous! We absolutely loved our stay!

My husband and I were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Ray and Tina are wonderful hosts and very communicative. The condo is nicely located and clean. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a wedding in Alys Beach and decided to turn it into a week long vacation. The property was perfect for 2 people! It was awesome that they provided 2 beach towels and an umbrella and 2 small beach chairs. The property was clean and was perfect walking distance to the surrounding towns so we were able to go on a walk in the mornings to try all the different coffee shops. We didn’t end up using the bikes because we were so busy all week but it was such a nice thing to have the options and biking up and down 30a is always a blast.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, room size was perfect for our long weekend, they provided great amenities. Having the bikes were amazing, we used them so much! Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town :). Normally when you get home from traveling you are excited about your own bed but when we got home we were missing this comfy bed!

Best location

The location was EVERYTHING! Being able to ride bikes to some of my favorite restaurants made this spot perfect! Loved all the finishing touches of wine, cheese, and cookies left out for us as well

We had such a great time at the condo! The patio was wonderful—we spent many hours out there just reading & relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the bikes were a great bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend away!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was so perfect, easily walkable between towns and easily could access the beach. Parking and check in/out was so smooth. The VRBO was exactly as pictured and was so well cared for, very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The huge balcony was a plus and had prime views of the fireworks along the beach (stayed for the 4th of July). We would absolutely love to come back and stay here.

Great stay for our mini-moon!

We had the best time at the condo. Ray was quick to respond with anything we needed and was very friendly. The condo is just as described. The balcony is awesome. Family-friendly pool and neighborhood. Walking distance to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Peddlers Pavilion! Having the bikes made the trip! Thank you so much!

Great May Getaway

Neither my husband nor I had visited Panama City before or used VRBO to book a place to stay. This property is near the most exclusive beach access, with caretakers who take their work seriously. Every detail was just as described on the site, and concerns were addressed quickly, with property managers responding effectively via phone/texts. We enjoyed a relaxing three days here. Seacrest Beach-Unit 300 is on our list to return again for another visit soon!

Great stay!

It was raining the weekend we stayed but the place was nice, clean and in a great location between alys and rosemary. We didn’t get a chance to use the bikes due to the rain but it was nice they would be available.Only hiccups were the internet wasn’t working on arrival due to router not being plugged in, but that was an easy fix.We would stay here again

Our favorite spot on the Emerald Coast

Ray and Tina are the best hosts one could ever have. They are attentive, communicative and hospitable--even left us treats to welcome us to the condo. We love this spot, situated between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, with everything you could want within walking distance. The pool is great and the porch for the condo is fabulous. We always love our stay here.

Great Get Away

This property was a great place for a quick get away for me as a solo traveler. It was conveniently located to get to the beach, the closeby areas of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The included bike was wonderful - it was my local transportation to get around. The linens were great quality and the bed was very comfortable for a solid night sleep.
