Ubicada en una tranquila comunidad cerrada con vigilancia, que cuenta con piscina y gimnasio, Casa Cabo Vista es una casa totalmente equipada y confortable con impresionantes vistas al arco desde el segundo piso y la terraza de la azotea. Esta hermosa casa tiene pisos de mármol, encimeras de granito en la cocina, baños de mármol y una decoración elegante de estilo hacienda. Ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado con unidades de control remoto en cada habitación. Internet, TV, lavadora / secadora, cafetera, secador de pelo y ropa de cama limpia siempre. Piso principal con salida a un gran patio con hamaca, y ducha exterior para enjuagar después de un día en la playa y un garaje para dos autos.

Great location with all the amenities!

This was the perfect place for us to both vacation and work remotely. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 month stay. The rooftop terrace was our favorite! Evening sunsets were the best!

Delightful home in a gated community with everything you need. Just bring clothes. Mexican atmosphere is lovely.

Nice house but map inaccurate

It is a very nice house, once you are able to find it. The owner does give details jn the email, but the location on the VRBO map is not correct. It lists Medano Beach at 0.2 miles- it’s actually 4 miles away. It felt stressful to ration the water as the owner’s book advised the tank may run out of water. Same with the fire pit upstairs which was running on gas- and the book again said the gas may run out Plus the electricity- the owner’s book explained it is expensive. Throwing the garbage away was gross- such a nice gated property could use a much better garbage place. To top it all the owner wanted us to pay $200 for scratches on the stovetop that we did not make. She provided pictures her house maid took. I would recommend the housemaid to clean the freezer which was full of expired food not to create more expenses for travelers who were looking for some relaxing time. Overall a mix of good and not so good.

Infrastructure and natural resources in Mexico and specifically in Cabo are not the same as in the US or Canada. Water, electricity and propane are not always readily available so using them conservatively and not being wasteful are a way of life. We installed a second cistern at our house to help mitigate the somewhat random water delivery, and have never had a guest run out of water. We have used the same housekeeper for years and it is part of her job to notice and notify us, if something doesn't look right after each guest. The damage to the SS range cannot be repaired. Our only option is to replace the range/oven much sooner than we should have to. We keep the house's condition at a high standard, and prefer to rent to guests that appreciate that.

Great Time in Cabo

The property was beautiful, exactly as advertised and accommodated our family of six very well. Very well appointed/decorated and kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances, etc. Especially loved the outdoor living spaces, the patio off the living area and the rooftop seating with the firepit and the beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas and Land's End. Loree and Marcela the property manager were both very responsive although we didn't need them for much as everything went quite smoothly. Enjoyed the beautiful weather in Cabo, sun all the time without a cloud in the sky and the beautiful beaches, especially Playa Palmilla.

Great house for Cabo

Spacious house located perfectly for accessing Cabo San Lucas. Beautiful view of Land’s End. It was a bit tricky finding it originally but after we figured it out- it was a breeze getting back and forth. Great communication with owner.

Very nice

A very lovely place and only 5-10 mins from the Marina and a gorgeous rooftop view.. Finding the place the first time was a bit confusing but if u have GPS you will get there. Only thing I missed was a TV in at least one of bedrooms when it was time to relax b4 bed.

Comfortable and secured home

The property was as described, comfortable and very private. Its away from the tourists, but close enough to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay and our host was in contact if we needed anything.

Awesome home and location

The home is really a gem. The kitchen is well equipt. The view from the roof top amazing! The host is so helpful and informative. Really appreciated her quick response and open line of communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

I had a great stay at Loree's place. The house is beautiful and has great amenities! You can see Land's End from the balcony and the rooftop. The rooftop has a fireplace as well so you can enjoy the view at night. The property is in a gated community so I felt very safe. Loree was quick to answer any questions I had and was very accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home away from home

Everything about this property is exactly as described! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you are home. It is comfortable, so beautifully furnished and decorated, and has absolutely anything you might need. In the kitchen, there is plenty of cookware, spices, utensils and small appliances to create any special meal. So much thought has been put into this home! The washer and dryer is a huge plus, especially if you are having an extended stay. The lanai area is absolutely beautiful with colorful foliage and shade. We ate most of our meals there as well as reading books that are provided. The newest addition of a large seating area and fire pit on the rooftop was great. Sitting up there, watching the sun set and watching all the lights come on in all of Cabo as well as the boats on the water was a highlight. The community pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. There is also a fitness center, tennis courts and a racquetball court. Loree is wonderful to work with and she has also provided a binder of useful information to welcome you. Truly, this is a great property and feels like home, not like you’re in a rental. One suggestion to renters would be you really want to consider having a rental car.

Hillside paradise

Wow what a well thought out property. Loree and her husband have put together a wonderful home!! it has everything you could ask for a perfect vacation getaway. Our group thought the new rooftop deck was absolutely the best spot to hang out day or night. Just incredible views from the rooftop.We'll be back next Christmas for sure! Thanks Loree
