Hermosas vistas al mar. ¡Uno de los pocos condominios de Cabo en la playa privada para nadar con esnórquel fantástico! Corto Uber / autobús desde el centro. Jardín tranquilo. Comunidad cerrada. Pocos minutos caminando por el jardín hasta la hermosa playa de arena blanca y agua clara. Condominio de rendimiento de agua potable purificada. WiFi gratis, Netflix y estacionamiento. Walmart entrega de comestibles el mismo día. Tienda de conveniencia a pocos pasos. A 5 minutos en coche de las playas de Chileno y Santa María, donde se realizan excursiones de snorkel. Grandes piscinas y cancha de tenis.
Mi casa se sometió recientemente a una renovación y ahora está amueblada con lujosas camas, una cocina equipada y una lavadora y secadora. El complejo tiene dos grandes piscinas (una que es más poco profunda para los niños y otra solo para adultos) Hay un televisor Smart HD de 60 "con servicio de Netflix y Apple TV con juegos y un controlador de juegos.

El condominio está convenientemente ubicado al lado del resort 4 *, que ofrece varios restaurantes, bar y spa. El complejo de condominios se encuentra a pocos minutos en automóvil de muchos restaurantes, vida nocturna y actividades, que incluyen esnórquel, pesca, surf, vehículos todo terreno, golf. Las comodidades adicionales cercanas incluyen una farmacia vecina y atención médica y Costco. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios y familias. El dormitorio 1 es una lujosa cama Queen y el dormitorio 2 tiene 2 camas individuales o un cómodo King.

The house was very clean, it provided us a very safe comfortable environment. There was everything we needed including appliances, towels, toiletries, etc. Everything was amazing.

Nice spot

The Vrbo was a nice spot with a nice beach. We didn’t really use the kitchen to cook. Pans could have been better with a few more spices or oil but we made due for breakfasts. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. A map of the complex and where to park would also be nice especially when you arrive late at night. It’s nice to have Freco (grocery store) across the street.

Beautiful weather; good location; property was dated (old) but very functional; sheets were not clean - smelled perfume - that was the biggest drawback. But overall we had a great trip!

Beautiful location!

Access to the private beach was amazing! Quiet, clean, and fabulous for snorkeling. We got everything we needed from the Fresko Market across the street and took a few easy trips into Cabo. Our host, Mariana, was responsive to all our needs and helped us find everything we needed, including great local restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to Cabo Bello!

Awesome view and quiet place

Our family of 4 were staying at this property for 5 nights. We were stunned by the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Everything we needed was available to use including boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrella, chairs and towels. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cabo condo!

We stayed in this wonderful two bedroom condo for a spring break trip. The host was so friendly and helpful. It was our first trip to Mexico and I was very nervous. But the condo is right next to the family pool, the walk to the beach is easy and convenient and everything was really nice. I'm usually pretty organized but needed a lot of hand-holding for this trip and our host was very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this for a great family place.

I asked and reminded the property host 2 times before our arrival to join the twin beds. It was not done until the 2nd day of our stay. We were visited by Cockroaches. The table on the patio was missing a leg. They used a chunk of wood to try and stabilize it unsuccessfully. I don't recommend this place.

Our Stay

We really loved our stay at Andrews condo. We had 3 adults and one child a 2 year old during a week long stay. One of our favorite parts about this place was the view from the veranda. We enjoyed the sunrises with our morning coffee and watching the whales go by in the distance. Even saw a few of them breach pretty cool. The filtered water saved us a ton of money and saved us wasting a bunch of plastic too. The condo is well equipped with the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It allowed us to cook several dinners and breakfasts and make our own lunches and snacks- a huge plus for us. Marianna was an incredible resource and helped us even navigate with our lack of Spanish speaking! The complex was peaceful and we loved how Andrews place was in the back end closer to the water. We would gladly return to this place.

Sunshiny Seven Days in Cabo Bello

My husband and I had a relaxing stay/beach vacation at the condo! We enjoyed the ocean breeze out on the patio as well as down on the protected beach which was a little less than a ten minute walk away:) The two bedrooms were perfect, and the kitchen area was all that we needed. Lots of beach gear provided. I didn't remember receiving a welcome packet, but that may have been my fault. Our only request would be a screen for the patio door into the main living area, as we didn't find the air conditioning necessary. The bedroom did have a screened door. The pool was just steps away from our unit. We were able to get in lots of walking. Would highly recommend Uber for getting to various restaurants, etc. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to enjoy your fabulous climate! Jane and Malcolm

Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time in Cabo Bello! The condo was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured! We spent several afternoons at the private beach that was a short 2-3 min walk from the condo. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay!! We loved that this wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo but so close to everything. Uber drivers occasionally had a hard time finding the condo but that is the only *minor* thing I could complain about. Maria, the hostess, was fabulous!!! She helped us book massages in our room (!!!), gave fabulous restaurant recommendations and answered all of our questions super quickly! We would 100% book a stay here again!! We’ll be back!

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo during my wife’s birthday. The view from terrace made for an elegant breakfast each morning and wine at sunset. The private beach was beautiful and the communication with the property manager was responsive and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay !

We loved staying at Cabo Bello ! Mariana was very prompt in answering all our emails. We were allowed to check in early which made it convenient for us. We stayed with our 2 adult daughters and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach. What a hidden gem ! We did walk over and check out the Welk resort next door. It was quite lovely. Thank you for a fantastic experience! We will be back :)

Fun vacation

My friends and I stayed at Cabo Bello for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. It was difficult for taxis to find the condo unit in the neighborhood though.

Nice quite place on the outskirts of town

Mariana was such a great host! She set us up with transportation to/from the airport and a boat tour to the arch. She was so helpful and informative. The condo is great for couples and families looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get there via Uber. Most of the Uber drivers came down to the parking lot near the condo but a couple got lost and canceled it. Gated community so it’s safe and secure. Nice private beach within walking distance, a bit of a workout walking back up the hill and stairs. The water was rough but some people did swim there. Welk’s resort next door has a great restaurant you can walk to via a path behind the condo. Great place for those looking for an alternative to the crowded and expensive resorts.

Very nice and clean, it is well occupied with everything you need to go to the beach, from umbrellas, chairs, canopy etc, and more. Walking distance to the private beach which it’s gorgeous and beautiful ocean view from the balcony and bedroom and it is next to the pool as well. I would definitely stay here many more tomes and would also recommend it to others.

Beautiful private beach

This is a cute little condo in a development right next to the Welks luxury resort, with access to a lovely private beach that is great for swimming and snorkeling. The beach access gives this property an edge over others in Cabo. There are also two nice pools just steps from the condo. What made this unit exceed expectations was the well stocked closet of beach supplies. Everything needed- chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear, and beach towels was provided and was of high quality. This really enhanced our stay. Also the host was extremely helpful and communicative. We loved this little place, which does have a nice view of the sea as well. We would stay again. The washer and dryer was also nice and javi g two full bathrooms would make this a good unit for a family or two couples as well

Fun in the sun family trip

The condo is exactly as advertised. It meets all the basic needs of a home base while in a great location. It was really nice to have access to a quiet beach without vendors when we chose to use it as well as the pools on a day the ocean was too crazy to swim in. Super safe feeling as well. We got a lot of use out of the chairs, umbrellas and boogie board. Great value property! *The Estrella Restaurant next door has AMAZING breakfast including giant fresh baked donuts!

The description was accurate in the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful!

The owner and manager were amazing! They responded immediately. Everything was just as they described. I really love the location, nearby beach, yoga classes at the resort next door, ocean view, nearby pool, Netflix, use of washer/dryer and the two bedroom two bath set-up. We will be back!

Had a great time in Andrew’s condo. Everything we needed was there. Close to pool and beach was short walk away. It was clean and everything worked well. Area was nice and safe. Had a few questions that were answered quickly and efficiently. Will stay again.

So relaxing!

We had such a fun time! We were brave and rode the bus everywhere and it was great. The only bad part was crossing the busy busy road to get the bus going the opposite direction. The condo is well stocked and close to the pool and hot tub.

Great place near gorgeous little beach

This is a great little 2 BR apartment with everything you need for a family vacation. The private beach is incredible to have a few minutes away and the apartment is really well set up and very comfortable. Everything you need for the beach (chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys) is all there. There's even tennis rackets for the court at the complex. We were happy to have rented a car because it let us get to various other gorgeous beaches more easily, as well as check out San Jose del Cabo, Todos Santos & other places at our leisure. Playa El Chileno ended up being our favorite but it was a close competition. We used the car to stop by the supermarket, but Wal-Mart grocery delivery also worked well when we tried it (same-day, only minor wrinkle is that they may not have all the identical items in stock that you order--so may substitute or bring less). They deliver to the very door of the condo, it's super convenient. Also tried the Welk resort restaurant next door the first night--it was very good food. I was surprised by the prices since I think one review for the condo called it "reasonably priced" (so $50 steaks were not what I expected). Yet it was excellent food and we randomly happened to be there for a dinnertime show (professional dancers twirling fire) that our kids loved, so in the end it all seemed well worth it. Andrew and his assistant were kind enough to check in on us regularly and were very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend the condo as a home base to check out Cabo & the surroundings!

Hi, I work in technology and am a father of two wonderful girls. We have a wonderful family condo in Cabo San Lucas that we use occasionally and thought that it would be good to let others also experience the wonderful vacations we have in Cabo. The girls always love it in Cabo, and especially the snorkeling, swimming pools, beach, horse riding and exploring the town.

Come relax in a beautiful home near Cabo San Lucas. My home recently underwent a refresh, and is now elegantly furnished with luxurious beds, an equipped kitchen and an in unit washer and dryer. New high power A/C - super quiet and very cool. Whole home water treatment and filtration system so all water is drinkable. Located a few minute walk to a beautiful swimmable private beach. The Complex has two great pools (one which is more shallow for kids, and another for adults only) and a tennis court. There is FREE WiFi throughout the condo and patio. There is a HD TV with Netflix service. The condo is conveniently located next door to a 4* resort, which offers several restaurants, bar and spa. The condo complex is a few minute drive to lots of Restaurants, Night Life and activities, including Snorkeling, Fishing, Surfing, Off Road ATVs, Golf. Additional nearby amenities include a neighboring pharmacy and medical care and Costco. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Both bedrooms have luxurious Queen beds.
