Nice, just a little small for 6

The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space.

Small house with everything you need

Five of us stayed here. It was just right. Close to WB and Universal. Hot tub to relax in at the end of the night. Kitchen to cook in. Quiet neighborhood. We'll be back!

Family vacation

We loved our stay here. It was a great place to stay for our vacation and better than staying in a hotel. It was nice having a full kitchen and the backyard with hot tub to enjoy. We were happy with all of the amenities provided with our stay. We would love to stay here again when we come back.

Safe, comfy place to stay

Visited with my two daughters for their birthday. It is a small home, but it has absolutely everything you need. We had a great time, and I highly suggest renting a car to get to the different places you would like to see while there. The neighborhood was safe, I should go outside and not experience any issues.

Nice & super convenient

Stayed here with a group of friends for my birthday. It was convenient for everything we wanted to do, an unbeatable price, parking spots, snacks, water - you name it. Was confused about the space, but when you arrive there are more beds than you expect- also super fast host communication. Would definitely go back, very cute!

Clean, affordable and only 15 mins from Universal Studios

The property looks exactly like the photos. The yard very nice, everything was clean, and it includes all the things you need for comfortable stay. I will say that it is small but was good for my family of 4.

Hidden Gem

Loved our stay at the villa! It was cozy and quaint yet offering many areas to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a bonus as well as the closed in sunroom. Communication with our host Rosy was great, she was very friendly and helpful. She takes good care of her place and I really felt safe and at home here.

Trip to get away from the heat

We came from Texas with 110° heat. The temperature here was perfect. The host was perfect. Everything about this house is amazing. We stay here every time. !!!!!

Not in the Center of Everything, but Close Enough to It

This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.

Comfort tucked away in N Hollywood

We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.

Overall Excellent

The home was perfect for us. The kitchen and bath were both updated with modern appliances and fuxtures. The separate rooms gave the kids their own space. It was our first time in LA, the lication was close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Rosy was such a wonderful host! She made sure our stay was the best and assisted us with any questions we had. The jacuzzi was a plus. The property was very clean and in a quite and safe neighborhood!

Exactly what I expected!!

Looks just like in the pictures. Very clean inside and out, loved the hot tub!! I would bring more towels next time. For myself and my two kids there were 2 bath towels, 2 towels that looks like hot tub towels, and a couple wash clothes. Luckily I brought towels for the hot tub so we had enough. Other than that it was awesome and I will definitely book again:)

Great location!

So close to the airport, which was a great ! Close to shopping and food. There is only one thing I would change. The place was great and price was excellent , but the bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Other than that Id say it was perfect and I hate complaining so I wanted to give it a 5 star.
