Nuevos pisos de madera. Cocina bien equipada con refrigerador grande. El garaje de abajo tiene 2 espacios y se comparte con el apartamento de abajo. Un hogar acogedor lejos de casa, la unidad está completamente amueblada y equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar y tiene un área de jardín al aire libre con mesa y sillas. Refuge from the fire

What a wonderful place to go to when everything is on fire where I live! My Gelson’s burnt down and so it’s so nice to have a Gelson’s nearby. Also, my UPS burned out and that’s in walkable distance very quiet and sunny like living in a treehouse.

Feels like home

I rented this place for my Son. He has a summer internship in a neighboring town. I needed a place that I knew he would feel safe and had enough room for him to stay for the 30 + days. This place is exactly as advertised. Easy to get to, clean and even had a garage for him to park his car. Definitely will be coming back here. Host is very responsive to needs.

Fabulous home away from home!

This was the perfect place for me. One of the best neighborhoods in the Valley; one block away from my family. Fresh flowers and snacks upon arrival. And the property manager was there for me whenever I needed something. I will absolutely stay here again.

Comfort and convenience in The Valley

Just as advertised! Close to Burbank Airport, excellent Gelsons grocery and other amenities within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and they’ve thought of everything from snacks to extra toiletries. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Helen.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in a safe Valley Village (borders North Hollywood and Studio City) residential Area. Exceptionally Clean, spacious with a full function kitchen and a very large bathroom (great shower). Everything provided for a relaxed, exceptional stay. Communication with property manager and owner was excellent. Garage space provided, but there is ample street parking. I have been coming to Los Angeles for over 12 years, and this is my new go to rental.

Fantastic Getaway

Fantastic property in Valley Village really close to everything. The property was spacious, private and in a safe neighborhood. It was really nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. Planning on staying in this apartment again next year when I come back. I left a few items in the apartment and Helen and her staff took care of overnighting my items to me. Highly highly recommend.

Well furnished one bedroom apartment over garage.

The spacious three room was a great place to stay in Valley Village for a month while visiting our new grand daugher and her family. The apartment had a garage for parking one car and an interior staircase for entering the apartment. The manager of the apratment included many items to allow for a completely comfortable living situation.

Everything you need and more.

We had a great visit in this apartment. It was clean, bright, private and comfortable. Wonderful to have parking and laundry available. It was so easy to get the info on how to get in and get settled. No worries and even a private parking space in a garage. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were very high quality. The fold out for our child was as billed in a prior review, super soft. Sometimes it was hard to get going because everything was so comfortable and pleasant. The apartment had everything anyone could need. My husband had forgotten his Swell water bottle at TSA on check in... to our surprise there was even a spare for him to borrow while we visited... how perfect! When we bought french bread and forgot to buy balsamic vinaigrette, we found some in the cabinet. One of the best grocery stores is walking distance from the place. There is also a great farmers market nearby on Sunday. In the past we have stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel but it's under construction. We were so happy to find something that was as clean and roomy. In some ways it was better than the hotel because there was nice kitchenette, living room space and a very large bathroom. The valley is so much easier to deal with traffic wise too. We could easily get over the hill to Hollywood in a variety of ways, the freeways were close and it was just as fast to get to the beach as Century City. It was the perfect place for us and we will plan to use it again soon.

Could have been perfect!

Large living area and nice kitchen with microwave (which was broken), toaster oven, and stovetop. There was a coffee pot and coffee supplied, fresh flowers. Huge bathroom with toiletries supplied. Queen bed, mattress ok. Wall mount TV in the bedroom area would have been nice. Designated parking in a 2 car garage. Could have been perfect but the carpet was old and downright filthy.

Hollywood home sweet home.

The Agnes Apartment was perfect for us and we truly enjoyed our stay! My daughter even asked to take the extra cot home since it was so comfy for her. The neighborhood was comfortable and the amenities were very homelike. The drive to our destination at Universal Studios was very quick and easy to access from the house. I look forward to staying at the house again and will be sure to recommend the Agnes Apartment to friends planning their trip to Hollywood!

Wonderful Property!

The apartment was just perfect for myself and my daughter while she was in process of moving locally. Great location-- many restaurants, and stores nearby. The suite was beautifully decorated, had every amenity that a traveller could need. There was plenty of coffee, spices, and other food extras. Fruit and snack basket on arrival was a very nice touch. Helen, the property manager, was so easy to work with, and very quick to reply. She had a rollaway set up for us when we arrived. When we realized that we needed one more night of lodging, she replied immediately... Very accommodating. We were very happy to stay in this suite, and my husband and I hope to stay there again when coming into town.

Loved staying here!

Very pretty and comfortable place - large enough for couple plus two small children. Well appointed, clean, spacious. Good closets! Everything you could need in a terrific LA neighborhood. Helen (manager) makes everything easy. Would loved to have stayed longer but it was rented to other lucky folks. Will definitely return!

Easy to recommend

We enjoyed our week in this property very much. Good location, spacious layout, excellent bed and kitchen. The availability of the garage was a big plus for us [be warned - car needs to be compact to fit]. Everything worked as advertised, and Helen's pre-arrival instructions were spot on for finding groceries and getting around. The surrounding neighborhood made for good walking and jogging during our daily exercise time. We were there for a record heat wave, and the AC worked perfectly and effectively. A big plus for us was the wonderful satellite TV - every channel imaginable, with DVR capability. We were able to record Olympic events while out and watch later at our leisure. The only area that could use improvement was the living room furniture - not the best for someone like me with long legs [Helen acknowledged that it could be better.] My wife was perfectly comfortable, though....not a big deal. Overall an excellent experience.....easy to recommend.

Perfect!

More than I expected; the studio is large and everything is setup in such a way, that you have the feeling it is not a studio but an appartment. Everything is very clean and very well taken care of. Quality bed and furniture. There was even a little warm welcome in the form of cookies, fresh fruit, coffee and water. Everything you need is there and more; it was even better than I expected. Helen, the owner, is very friendly and caring; she left the lights on for me because I arrived late at night. When I needed a power extension cable, she installed one for me right away. I would definately recommend this place for both as a holiday home and for a business stay. I would for sure book again if I need to be in LA again.

Very great journey

L'appartement est très propre et très bien décoré. Les matériaux sont de qualité, tous les éléments nécessaires sont là : lave-linge, sèche-linge, linge de toilette, produits alimentaires de base... Il ne manque rien. Le supermarché est à quelque minutes à pied ce qui est très pratique. Bref, une location à conseiller!
