La casa cuenta con una gran piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje, y ambas pueden calentarse por un cargo adicional. Hemos instalado Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y hay alta definición y Smart TV en toda la casa,. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cama king size, un dormitorio de matrimonio y luego hay dos dormitorios adicionales cada uno con (2) camas individuales. También hay un sofá cama que se puede sacar cuando sea necesario para dormir hasta 10. Así que 8 están en camas en habitaciones, luego 2 más en un sofá cama. Podría tener más de 8-10 personas, pero solo si algunos son niños más pequeños que pueden dormir en el sofá de la planta baja o en colchones de aire / sacos de dormir con mamá y papá o con otros niños en una habitación juntos.

Really nice house on beautiful grounds. Loved the pool, hot tub, grill, and other amenties, including a basement that they are remodeling and the deer that we saw at least twice a day. Host was very responsive and helped us out when we left something behind.Only drawback (and everyone is different) is that we found the beds to be too firm for us.

Wonderful Home

We were 4 adults on Hilton Head Island on a four day golf vacation. The place was conveniently located, spacious, well maintained and clean. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Eliza, our host, was very helpful and available to answer questions.

Great Location and Wonderful Layout

Our stay was fantastic and the location within Palmetto Dunes is excellent. The house is laid out well for a medium sized family or group and we loved the pool. There are a few light bulbs that need changed and little bit of maintenance that could be done, but nothing that truly affects your stay. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice home, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The included bikes were a bonus. The pool is very private and the yard is big. It’s a very quick bike ride to general store and the beach. The walk isn’t bad either. We love Palmetto Dunes and would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Amazing spot to relax inside an amazing resort on HHI

My wife and I decided to work remote from HHI for 10 days with our dogs and we were fortunate enough to find 14 Promontory CT. The homes was spacious and had enough separation between room so that my wife and I could both be on conference. We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous stay

Great property. We have stayed in this area 3-4 times from the Omni to condos, and homes. This property was phenomenal with proximity to the beach and walking/riding paths. Beach chairs, bikes and towels available to use. We rented this house for my mom's birthday. Plenty of room for all of us then some. Great out door space so peaceful, the deer thought so too!!

Vacation Week

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house for our annual Hilton Head Island vacation. The location was ideal with great running/walking/biking opportunities. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and The General Store. The pool in the backyard was such a great asset. We also really appreciated that the house was pet friendly. Had to communicate with the host a few times, but they responded very timely!

Last chance getaway

We rented this home for our last break before school starts and our daughter moved to France for 2 years. Wonderful home and location. It had everything we needed with close proximity to the beach and shops. Prefect home! Will definitely rent it again in the future. Eliza is a wonderful host ❤️ Thank you so much for accommodating our offset schedule from typical summer rentals.

Great family trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My children loved the pool and we used the bikes to ride to the beach! The location of the property was nice as it was close to grocery stores, and shelter cove for activities for the kids during the summer. The only downside was some broken items outside. The umbrella by the pool was unusable and there were only 2 pool loungers instead of 4 as pictured.

Hilton Head Getaway

The house and private pool were beautiful and met all expectations as noted online. There were additional renovations made in the basement that were not listed which were very nice. The community of Palmetto Dunes is wonderful. There are a few minor maintenance issues we noticed on arrival (high light bulbs to be replaced, screws in wall for bathroom paper holder, broken cupboard door) that need to be corrected but there was nothing major that affected our stay. The host communicated as soon as we booked and was very gracious. We had a lovely time and would definitely return to this beautiful home.

HHI Vacation 2024

Overall house was ok. Basement upgrade will be nice when complete. New oven and microwave nice. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. Good location relative to beach. Outdoor area needs to be cleaned up..did not look like pictures. With majority of host fees dedicated to outdoor items I expected it to be nicer. Grill rusted and no propane. Three bikes need to be repaired in order to ride.

The house was supposed to be clean when we checked in but we found studf underneath one of the beds master suite rooms and some sticky residue in one of the kids rooms. There has been a known issue with the pool pump backing up into the basement with standing water by the back door. The pool had to be turned off for a day

Stay at HH

Nice house, but no trash bags other than the one in basket in kitchen. Had to purchase toilet paper as there was only 1 extra, could not use the bikes as they were filthy. Bedrooms were perfect and so were the bathrooms. Many lights in the kitchen and family room were out or wood not go on. But, great pool and hot tub and loved the deer meandering in the yard and would rent this home again

Nice House and Location

The house was a good size and layout and Palmetto Dunes is a nice place to stay. Riding to the beach on the bikes was easy and fun, but their were no bikes for my younger daughter, so she was very disappointed. Their were other major disappointments as well. The house had a handful of roaches. The stairs to the front door and down the deck to the pool got VERY slippery. Both my niece, son and I slipped in the same spot on the deck stairs. She twisted her ankle. We just bruised ourselves. I'd say we got lucky nothing worse happened. The pool was not lit up at night nearly enough. Only one solar light on the deck that would go on when detecting motion, but then go off almost immediately. Owner said someone would be out to fix the lights, but no one came. Their were 2.5 baths on the main level and another full bath in the unfinished basement/garage. This bathroom was ONLY used while swimming. I would call this house a 2.5 bath, not a 3.5 bath. There weren't enough kitchen towels either. We had to buy our own to use. The mosquitos out back were awful! It may be like that everywhere, but it was impossible to stand in the grass or sit by the pool without constantly getting bit.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this house! The hot tub was fantastic, as was the pool. The house layout is great, with plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. This is our second time staying here, and we will be back!

Great Experience

Overall, the location, the neighborhood, the size of house, layout of house was perfect for our family. The only criticism I gave is that the property needs a bit more oversight. The cleaning crew needs to pay attention more to putting items away. Ladders and household equipment, paint canisters should be tucked away. But, items for guests to clean up after themselves should be promoted by being readily available. I couldn’t find a broom, sos pads, basic cleaning supplies to maintain the area for the week especially since they’re is no room service fir these type of rentals. The outdoor area needs some attention too. Honestly, these are small easy things to do to make this place a 5 star experience.

Perfect for our group of 8!

The house matched the photos posted on the site. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of area for the 8 of us. The kitchen had basic supplies for the week. The pool area and decks were a family favorite! The dune buggies were a great way to get around the property, including rides to the beach. Our teens enjoyed the bikes provided in the garage and the adults appreciated the beach chairs! Some basic cleaning inside the house could be done to increase the cleanliness- the walls could use more frequent wiping down, but overall, we were very pleased with the house and outside property!
