Llamamos a esta unidad una "casa con vista al mar". Esta es una unidad de dos pisos con vistas al océano desde las habitaciones interiores de su unidad. Salga a caminar un poco al aire libre o simplemente siéntese en su sillón reclinable y observe las olas rompiendo en el océano. Esta cocina es acogedora con gabinetes blancos, encimeras de granito y apliques de acero inoxidable. October getaway

We had a great stay at the beachside condo. Very close to the water, great pool, 2 stories allowed us to spread out in comfort. Location couldn't be any closer to the Flagler Ave shopping and restaurants. NSB Realty was responsive and a pleasure to work with on our trip. Highly Recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful view!

We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the view. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cool and the balcony doesn't get sun this time of year. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo is convenient to shops and restaurants.

Excellent stay

We decided last minute for a quick trip to beach and wanted to try somewhere new. This place nor beach did not disappoint. The condo was nice, needs a few more kitchen utensils for cooking and better shower heads, but otherwise nice. The only thing missing in a laundry room in the condo. The convenience to beach was awesome. Will most likely be returning.

Absolutely love this location! We have been coming to NSB for the last 20 years. The WinSan is close to the restaurants and shops. You can walk everywhere. The realtors were very responsive to the small concerns we had. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the lack of chairs and loungers by the pool. People were putting towels out on chairs by 7:00 am to claim them and with the extra people staying this week some were left without. However we did book for next year and are excited to come back for our 21st year!

Master Bedroom Mattress was a ROCK!!!

The unit was incredible for the family, but would highly recommend a better mattress for the master bedroom.The mattress was hard as a rock.... i ended up sleeping on an air mattress on the floor for our yearly vacation... for $1600 for a week at the beach i felt my family was safe and secure at the condo, w a loss in luxury for this unit. We will need to look at renting a house next year. Thank u

The unit was fairly clean. However, it had very few cooking utensils. I had to go out and buy spatula just to cook eggs. My main issue is with the gate keys. I was not able to unlock gate by stairs to get to beach gate. This becomes a life safety issue when the storms come out of no where and you have to seek shelter. This needs to be addressed.

A218 Win San. The place is getting old/tired. The mattress is hard and pillows wimpy in the master. The dresser pulls are falling apart, The pillows on the main sofa are stained. The kitchen Cupboards are full of junk, needs organizing, needs at least one good knife to use to cut food. No where to put dry food in the pantry - it is full of random junk! Make some space, maybe add a light. Great ocean view, cable and Internet were great!

Location was great, right on the beach and great view from balcony. Two minute walk to Flaggler Avenue which has restaurants, bars, and shops. NSB very responsive to issues. However, too many issues. Clogged sink drain, cracked TV, stained sheets, front door lock batteries needed to be replaced. Combination on door locked not changed for every rental. Small bedroom didn't have cable box so couldn't watch TV. Place needed a good cleaning and couch and chairs should be leather instead of cloth. It had an odor. I would stay at WinSan again just not in A218.

Terrible Mattress in Master Bedroom

A218 Win-San Condo: The mattress in the Master bedroom needs replace immediately. The left side is sucken about 2 foot when no one is on the bed. The whole mattress (both sides) sinks and is unsupportive. Our backs are still hurting a week later. The chest of drawers furniture in the master bedroom is very old and both smell. The recliner in the living room smells like pee. It needs to be cleaned or replaced. Some dishwasher pods need to be left in the condo to wash the dishes on the last day. There were plenty of towels for bathing, that was nice.

It was nice to see some much needed updates in the condo. The TV system drives me crazy with all the steps to take on different remotes. The top of the microwave was off and in the pantry. Just want you to know that but it worked ok. The one major problem (for everyone) is the gates. They don't work and it takes forever to get into and out...especially the one to the beach. That needs major improvement... a different system!!! And we are very disappointed in the rate that is going up. People are not going to pay that. There were many condos that were empty this year and hence, the parking lot was empty and I feel it may be due to rate increase and it will be worse next year. And lastly, people are not following the NO SMOKING rule. You can smell it on the balcony...shouldn't have to do that. No offense, but it was much better when there was a full time resident manager on premises at all times. Rules were enforced. Thanks for listening. Hope some things can change for the good.

We love staying at the Win San in A218...have been coming there for about 40 yrs every summer. Surprised that this year we found some things unclean. Upstairs tub had hair on rim and the toilet upstairs had not been cleaned...had a ring around it in the bowl. The dishwasher didn't work but thank goodness we had paper products and never cooked. The construction rocks and cement pieces were sharp on the balcony and we had to clean and sweep before we could go out barefoot. The kitchen light doesn't work. The door knob up stairs will not let you out. The lock is frozen. The sheets on the master bed are too big. I have never submitted any negative comments before but these are things that really need taking care of. We still love our stay but wanted to give hints on how to make it better.

The condo is fine but could use some updating badly (mainly the furniture) The TV situation is poor. Thanks to the realty company who replaced the one in the master from their house. The one in the second bedroom does not work at all. No cable. The lights/ceiling fans came on without touching but we figured it was due to the remote signal. You use the remote to turn on any room and the other rooms would come on also...so at night I could not turn on or off ceiling fan because it would turn off/on the others. Need some kitchen update. No sharp knives at all and the toaster only burns a corner of the item you put in it. My husband found a bulb in the pantry so he replaced the burnt out bulb over the bar area. We've been coming to A218 for many a year and would not have complained but you asked with this opportunity. The condo complex is not what it use to be. It was nicer when a resident manager was on the property at all times. Thanks for hearing us out.

Win San A218

Overall a great property. Will say that having not one but 2 different gates to unlock with an actual rusty key that you have to jiggle to get to work is very frustrating, and the key only works on one side of the lock so you have to teach thru the gate blindly to get it unlocked. If one of us are at the beach and the other isn’t, have to get in touch with each other to let us in or out of the two gates to the property and beach. Just get a coded entry and dispose of the antiquated key system, please! Check in slightly confusing as we never heard a word from the company telling us that we could actually check in. Finally after an hour of waiting at the property (they stated they would contact us the moment it was ready), we finally just went on into the condo WHICH WAS IN FACT READY THE WHOLE TIME! No one ever contacted us. That is confusing for the ones of us that were not in the know. Besides those two issues, everything was perfect. Condo was spotless and the view is amazing. Condo is fully stocked with everything including a Keurig machine. King mattress in the master is the best I’ve ever experienced by a long shot. Amazing. Minus the key issues, Beach is easy access. You can walk everywhere from this location. You do not need a vehicle. We’re going to fly in next year! There’sa 7-11 convenience store directly across the street and a sweet breakfast diner 50 feet away. We booked for next year which we’ve never done. Location, view, condo cleanliness all A+.
