Forest Beach Villas 430 es una magnífica unidad actualizada a solo unos pasos de la playa. Esta unidad es la más grande de las unidades de 2 habitaciones, ya que este plano de planta permite un tercer baño. Este condominio dormirá 8 personas cómodamente. El Master tiene una cama King y Twin y la habitación de invitados tiene una Queen y Twin. Hay 3 televisores de pantalla plana e Internet inalámbrico. La cocina se actualiza con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Este se convertirá en su condominio favorito para regresar año tras año. Puedes caminar a todo, tiendas, restaurantes, senderos para bicicletas justo afuera de la propiedad.
En los hermosos terrenos hay canchas de tenis y una gran piscina al aire libre. Este es un edificio con ascensor y tiene estacionamiento cubierto.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved all the room/seating/kitchen counter space in the condo/villa. Short walk, about 10 min. to all shops/restaurants/beach in Coligny Plaza. Yes, I would stay there again.

Great family vacation

We've stayed in at this location in different condos for 4 years and have enjoyed the stay each time, but this was the nicest one so far. Plenty of places to sit and be comfortable, nice open bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and quick access to the beach and Coligny plaza.

Nice condo

Nice condo just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and as pictured. Stairs in unit are a little tricky for older family members.

The condo was great. We saw alligators on the property which the kids loved. It was a short walk to the beach and was nearby all the activities. The location was awesome. The condo needs a little bit of TLC but wasn't bad. I will be definitely coming back to this location in the near future.

Wonderful home away from home

Spacious, clean, lovely place to stay! Beds were comfortable and house was clean when we arrived. Comfy furniture to lounge around in. We would stay there again. Great location and quick walk to the beach. -Could use a few updates: some towels were pretty old, balcony railing is a bit loose, and the shower pressure was pretty weak. Check in was supposed to be 4:00 but room wasn’t ready until 6:00.

Dirty house with not many cooking options

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent 3 hours dealing with cleaners to have floors cleaned and carpet mopped, because it was done routinely. All of our feet were black after waking around the house barefoot for an hour when we first got there. After 3 days of complaining the owner finally approved the carpets to be cleaned. The carpet cleaner told me “it looks like this has never been done before” based on the amount of dirt that came from the carpeting. The over all area was nice, we loved Hilton Head and Caligny beach area. We just wished we had better experience with the house. To cook dinner we had two teflon pans that were 5+ years old and heavily damaged (pfas chemicals ingested our entire trip). I found myself cooking in a stainless pot I found for most everything, including eggs and bacon. The upstairs toilet was spraying water every time it was flushed. Lightbulbs were burnt out in closets. Drywall taping was showing, mold was visible on some of the AC vents. I’ll be requesting a refund of some of my money for this experience.

Good location for HHI.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to HHI many years. We have stayed all over the island. Most units have met our needs and we always enjoy our time at HHI. This unit is definitely good for having the whole family for dinners. It definitely could have been cleaner. One bed actually had two large urine stains that were still on bed cover and two matress covers. The sheets were clean. We had to strip the entire bed to clean all layers on our vacation. The cleaning company should have caught this. We alerted the rental company to this.

Had the smallest balcony of any condo we have stayed at on Forest Beach Villa. The circular staircase to 2nd level bedrooms looked nice, but hard to get used to for people our age. Standalone shower had unusual entrance. Seashore Vacations has been to best company to work with and service has been very prompt when needed.

First time to HHI

Right in the heart of the action. Coligny Plaza. You can walk to the beach from there. Grocery, bike rental, shopping and restaurants are walking distance. Pool was nice change of pace. More than enough room for our family of 4.

Cute, Spacious Villa

The villa was very spacious in the living room, kitchen, and dining with a partial open floor plan. The villa was well equipped for a family and 3 bathrooms made it so much easier! The deck is very small. Extremely close to Coligny Park shopping and dining!

There was one chair broken in the corner but it didn’t affect our stay as there was more than enough seating.We loved being able to walk to Caligney Plaza and not needing our car to get around. We went to skillets for breakfast instead of cooking and loved the service and the food! Seashore vacations were a dream to work with and easy to communicate with. We will use them again.

It was our first time to HHI and we loved the location. Short walk to the beach and mostly shaded

We had a great experience at this property. It was quite, we did not hear our neighbors. The condo had 2 a/c units which was nice, the upstairs bedrooms were not hot. I would recommend this property to anyone. Very convenient location.

Family vacation

Easy check in, condo was as good as as the photos. Cold AC, comfortable beds, plenty of seating for our family and could always find parking. The only negatives which did not affect us is the toaster did not toast and one of the chairs in the living area has issues. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Overall it is a place that we would visit a second time.

Great property

I would recommend this property for its size and great location. The beach was just a few minutes away and coligny plaza was just as close. The new adventure park was in the “backyard” of the property. Just took off a star because the water was very slow to drain in one of the tubs and one of toilets need plumbing work. But having three bathrooms helped and we just avoided those two. If you don’t want an ocean view, this property’s location is hard to beat.
