AMAZING VIEW TO POOL/OCEAN - 2 BED/2BATH - UPDATED VILLA

This high end, spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located in one of the most popular villa complexes on the South end of Hilton Head.

Our updated villa includes Plantation Shutters throughout, and all new flooring. No carpet!!! The living room provides upscale, new furniture, which has comfortable seating, to include a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining area seats 6. Our updated kitchen is well stocked for those guests who like to eat in..

This villa includes a new, full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax on our private balcony and enjoy the amazing views of one of Hilton Head's award winning beaches. Balcony furnishings include a table, 4 chairs, and 1 lounge chair. Balcony has access from both Living Room and Master Bedroom.

The master suite includes a King size bed, private bath, with a tub shower combination. There is also access to our private balcony. The guest bedroom includes a king bed with access to an updated bathroom, to include a tub/shower combination.

Shorewood is a gated community with a brand new pool complex that features a seasonally heated ( March/April and Oct./Nov.), zero entry pool. The pool complex also includes a hot tub and a children's pool. Beach access has coded gate.

The Shorewood complex is located approximately 300 yards from Coligny Plaza, where our guests can walk or bike over and enjoy the specialty shops, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and entertainment. Enjoy the miles of bike trails where you can enjoy the lush landscape and wildlife that Hilton Head has to offer,.

When booking, please ask about how to get discounts for bike rentals. No Pets allowed at the Shorewood complex. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. Let us know, at booking, if you need the pullout linen. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.

This condo is everything and more! The view is great-the overall space was just what we needed for a very comfortable 2 week stay! Christian is more than helpful too! We had a package delivered and couldn’t get it because it was delivered to the condos locked mailbox. Christian was quick to come get it opened for us and even delivered it to our condo while we were at the beach! I highly recommend staying at 331! The fella that works the gate was also very kind and welcoming! All around this was one of the best times we have spent in HHI!!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful condo with everything you need. Great location near restaurants, grocery and specialty shops. Great view of pool and ocean. Property is well kept and easy to walk to the beach. One of the few locations that offer two parking passes per unit as well as king beds in both rooms. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Great Time

We had a great time here!! Condo was in excellent condition with all the amenities!! Close to shops, restaurants, and grocery. Would absolutely stay here again!! Ready to come back!! Rented out chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles!! Very handy facilities!! Can’t go wrong on this property.

Family vacation

The property was as advertised. We enjoy the view from the patio and the pool was a nice option. It was nice to be directly on the beach so we could come and go whenever we wanted to without getting in the car. We also enjoyed the washer and dryer, which made packing easier. Lots of grocery stores, nearby and things to do on the island. If we are coming to Hilton head again I would definitely consider staying there.

Limited Hot water

One in our group was able to take a hot shower daily. Water heater not up to par. Second bedroom does not have a dresser so lived out of suitcases. Owner had notice on kitchen counter that we strip beds and doing laundry for same also including towels. We paid full price for a clean but had to do laundry on vacation. Enter at you own risk.

Everything was great except…

…unfortunately, the owner also booked Tropical Storm Debbie during our stay. Ha! But really, the place was great with a great view. We loved the location as well! It was a nice community with a nice pool and a nice path to the beach. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the beach and pool for 2.5 days but that wasn’t the owner’s fault. The only negative was the dryer had to be run a few times to dry our laundry. Other than that, no issues. We’d stay here again if it was available. We’re already looking at plans for 2025! :)

Amazing Vacation!

We stayed with another couple at this lovely condo. We were impressed with the location and cleanliness, and the spaciousness. Beach access was so easy and convenient, and the complex was quiet and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Great accommodations and fantastic location !

The condo was a great vacation spot for my wife and I and our daughter and son-in-law! It’s a spacious two bedroom/two bath layout and we loved the balcony with the ocean view. We also loved the convenient access to the beach and the very nice pool. We made use of our bikes several times taking advantage of quick access to the bike path Also, the kitchen is extremely well-equipped which we really appreciated! The unit was overall clean though the bathroom countertops behind the sinks and the tops of the drawers and cabinets could use some “deeper cleaning” though I admit I’m a bit of a clean freak:). One thing lacking that we would have found helpful would be instructions for operating the tv. There were instructions for using the blue ray player but no instructions for the tv and we found it a challenge to figure out. One final suggestion…. the hot water in the unit is EXTREMELY hot and we had to use caution when washing or rinsing dishes. If we would have had small children with us I would have been concerned for their safety. It might be worth checking to be sure it’s set at an appropriate temperature.
