Shorewood is a gated community with a brand new pool complex that features a seasonally heated ( March/April and Oct./Nov.), zero entry pool. The pool complex also includes a hot tub and a children's pool. Beach access has coded gate.

The Shorewood complex is located approximately 300 yards from Coligny Plaza, where our guests can walk or bike over and enjoy the specialty shops, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and entertainment.
