This is a wonderfully appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that has Ocean Front Views, Pool and 4 Adult Beach Cruiser Bikes! It has a full kitchen, dining table, wonderful family room and a great patio and is CLEAN and Updated! It is very well decorated, fully furnished, a King Bed in the Master with brand new mattress and has it's own private bathroom, a desk and dresser and 2 night stands with 2 lamps! The large 2nd bedroom offers a twin bunk bed and a single twin with a dresser and lots of closet space! The kitchen is large and all appliances are full size, it even has an ice maker. The table seats 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room. The entire condo has been remodeled and has tile floors throughout. You have the luxury of a split heating and air system in each room, ceiling fans throughout and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views! There are 4 newer beach chairs and a beach cart for trips to the beach! This unit is very well cared for, very clean and is very quiet. It is on the first floor with no stairs. Parking is very close by, free and safe as this is in a gated complex! The condo is perfectly located near Coligny Plaza, just minutes from everything!

Everything about this was wonderful!We had a very clean place to stay thank you, and perfect weather for early March! We even saw dolphins at sunrise as it is so close to the ocean!The supplied bikes were great! We appreciated those very much. It is so close to everything!Everything was just like it was listed. Our communication with our host was great.We would certainly come back again if they would have us!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very short walk to the beach, short walk to Coligny Plaza and the place was just as described. We met several people and had a great time!

This condo was in an excellent location on beach. Small quiet complex. It was nicely furnished and had nice little touches like guest soap and boxes of kleenex . The master bath is small, but the bedrooms and hall bath are a good size. We had ample space. you will hear music from restaurant a few doors down, but we actually liked that aspect, it was nice to sit on balcony and hear live music. Easy access to beach and short walk to coligny plaza

Fantastic Stay

Perfect place to stay with your family. Oceanfront, easy walk to Coligny and “pirate ship” park! The check in/check out process was clear and easy. The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need! Would 100% book again!

Amazing location, great ammenities!

We love staying at this property. The proximity to the beach is great and the pool is fantastic. We really enjoyed the extra ammenties like pool chairs and bikes which ended up saving us so much money where we would have otherwise had to rent these items! Spacious and clean, perfect for groups and families!

We couldn't ask for a better location with easy access to the beach as well as shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza. The property and pool area were very well maintained, and the rooms were clean. However, we were disappointed in the dated condition of the condo. The manual of information we read once we arrived, warned us we would have trouble with tripping breakers...and we did. We were never able to get the lights on in the master bath. Why hasn't this been repaired? The air conditioning units in each room worked sporadically to either freeze us or provide warm humidity. There wasn't much in between. Again, we were warned of air conditioning issues in the manual, AFTER we checked in. Again, why hasn't this been repaired? The unit advertised we had access to 4 bicycles. One had two flat tires and one had a kick stand held together with a plastic bread wrapper. All were pretty rusty. While we love HHI, and plan to return, we would not choose to stay in this specific condo again. With the total price of our two-night stay over 600, we don't feel we received the quality experience we were expecting.

Wow, how so untrue. The condo has been renovated, new furniture, just painted, new dishwasher, just deep cleaned, new pictures,, new TV,, new sliding glass door window. There is sometimes an issue with the GFI receptacle in the bathroom when people plug too much in, resets in 1 minute! You never said a word! Housekeeping reset it in a minute. You also never said anything about the bikes, we do have them scheduled for repairs before the upcoming season. They are provided for FREE. We also have other bikes available, but you never said anything. It probably would be best if you stay elsewhere.

Comfortable, convenient, and great access to beach

We really enjoyed this condo! It was comfortable and so nice to be on the first level. The beach was so close! We enjoyed having access to bikes and used them!

Spring break gem

We had never been to Hilton Head and this was a great intro. The access to a pool and the beach were the main draws but then we realized how lucky we were to have several great dining spots, good trails, and access to the rest of the island. We are seriously considering this to be an annual trip!

Wonderful experience even in a hurricane!!!

This condo is on the first floor of the complex, and it faces the pool with the ocean in the background. The kitchen as well stocked; the furniture is comfortable; and the whole experience was very pleasurable.

We enjoyed our first time at Hilton Head. The condo was in a great location. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza. We could hear the bands playing from the Tiki Hut. It was a short drive to delicious restaurants. The pool was nice. The beach access was flooded most of our stay. The grounds keepers were pumping the water out. The water wasn’t very deep so you could walk through to get to the beach. They got the pathway cleared then it rained and was worse than before. The condo itself was cute and perfect size for my husband and I and our daughter. The master bath and shower was very small. It’s not an updated condo but good for what we needed

Beachfront property with view in Coligny

Excellent option for the offseason given the proximity to the beach, playground, shops, and dining options. December was not as crowded, so parking, access, and availability was a breeze. Bikes were very helpful for getting around. Condo was equipped with the necessities. We did need to seek out quarters to leverage the shared property washer and dryer. Property owners were extremely responsive and accommodating - thank you for a great stay!

Great location

Excellent location that is within walking distance to everything including groceries. Condo checkin was easy and it was well equipped, however the heating and cooling system was temperamental and a source of frustration . The pool was nice but unheated so we weren’t able to use it. The bikes were nice for the one time we used them. Parking was plentiful. Checkout was straightforward and easy. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location and views. Unit was clean and well equiped. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice bikes and beah chairs a wonderful bonus. Everything worked well. One small negative, the outlets did not hold plugs in tight. We had to keep replugging phones, Ipads, TV and cable box. We would return provided the opportunity.

good location, bikes and chairs were great

Owner has made nice updates to decor, kitchen and floors: new kitchen countertops, new floors, updates in bathrooms and nice artwork on walls. Having bikes and chairs available for use was great. Beds were comfortable and heating and air units worked well once we read the manual and figured out how to get them going. Owner also let us check in early since which was very generous! On the negative though: Condo reeked of smoke. Our impression is that the previous owner smoked a lot in the condo and current owner did upgrades but not enough to rid the place of the smoke smell. Couch and chairs were discolored, lamp shades were yellowed and when we opened drawers to the dressers in the master, we could smell the smoke there too. Overall a nice place if you’re ok with the smoke smell and once the owners replace furniture, it will be an even nice place to stay.

Thank your for your comments. The condo has been owned by the same people for years and they do not smoke, so I am unsure where the smell of smoke was coming from? Maybe someone next door and you left the patio door open? I was just in the condo right before you arrived and did not smell smoke at all, so I am a little confused. We have never had anyone complain of smoke smell.

Great location poor communication

Great location. Walking distance to beach. Air conditioners didn’t work but it was cool so didn’t affect or stay. No beach wagon as listed but the walk wasn’t far so carrying everything wasn’t too bad especially since there were so many of us (6). Bunk bed was VERY wobbly so I wouldn’t have put anyone but a kid in it, was even kind of scared to put my kids in it. There was some kind of stain in the bed skirt (looked like blood) so those need to be changed more often. Communication with owners was good. I lost my deposit for smoking on patio. They said there was a strict no smoking policy but there was nothing in the paperwork and no signs posted anywhere. Will probably not stay here again for this reason alone otherwise it’s a great place.

Desiree, we allow smoking cigarettes outside with patio door closed, but we do not allow smoking POT! You admitted to it, entire condo reeked of it and we along with housekeeping had to try to air it out and prepare it for the next family arriving! You reserved the condo for 2, but brought 6! A prior guest took the beach cart, we were not aware of this. We have ordered a new one. We immediately called our HVAC company to come out and repair the air conditioner. They said you had the living room on heat! We have secured the bunk that was loose and washed the bedskirt, was not blood but chocolate. No worries about staying again as we would not rent to you again. Thank you! Lori
