Completamente remodelado 5,300 Sq. Pie. Casa que ha sido cuidadosamente preparada para asegurarse de que tenga las mejores vacaciones en el desierto. Great property

Great home inside and outside....spacious, clean and more than enough space for everyone to do their own thing or not. We were amazed that a house such as this existed. There was always something to keep everyone busy. Hector was great and communicated quickly to all of our inquiries. Super happy and pleased with this house and our overall stay here.

This place is just how it looks on the listing, which I appreciate. There were a few things in the house that didn’t work but overall it was very clean and the property manager was very responsive with any questions I had.

Fabulous...Couldn't have asked for more!

Our group consisted of old friends (from grade school) getting together to celebrate birthdays and retirement. Half of the group flew in from the east coast. The house was exactly as it appears in the pictures--spotless, beautifully decorated, top-notch landscaping, very private. The layout was fabulous! We loved the sliding glass doors that opened to the pool and patio. We did use the spa but did not need to heat the pool. It has a spacious kitchen for all our cooking; and we enjoyed the game room and movie theatre too! Our host was a super host, quick to respond if we had any questions, recommended restaurants, etc. Our group would not hesitate to recommend this property to others and we would absolutely stay here again. We made some great memories!.

Excellent stay, excellent host

This was an amazing house for our group, which included kids from 6-13 along with parents. Everyone had an amazing time and Hector was extremely responsive to any questions. Our kids walked in and spent the next few hours exploring each room in the house, which is set up perfectly for groups to enjoy. We spent extra $ on the house in an effort to enjoy the place and not have to go out during the pandemic. We loaded up at the Costco 15 minutes away and rarely left - and rarely saw our kids! Between the pool, game room, movie room, bocce, large turf area and casita, they had a blast from morning to night. The adults were able to enjoy the expansive open spaces indoors and out. Cathedral City is trying to phase out short-term rentals and we took it very seriously to be sure to not play music and keep the noise down. Hopefully they're able to keep renting this house for years to come because we would love to find a way to return!

Palm Springs Getaway

We had a great time. The house had a few quirky things (Two tubs that didn’t hold water, one without hot water, kitchen not well stocked, wear and tear on the house. We didn’t use the casita. The two queen beds are in a room with a low ceiling. And there was a smell in that area. The backyard is amazing! The pool, hot tub, fire tables and furniture were nice! Big outdoor area for kids running around. We enjoyed bocce ball and putting area. All beds were comfortable with nice sheets. A few disappointments - the pinball machine was broken and the darts are on their last legs. No teaspoons or kitchen towels. Property manager said they would drop them off but never did. And we were there for 5 weeks. Promised pack n play and high chair but were told where to rent them. One broken chair in the theatre room. A few dollars invested in this property would have changed our rating to 5 star.

Disappointed given the price paid

Hector was very helpful and sent access information via Whatsapp, but once in the property I would have expected a welcome pack with instruction as to where keys were, and how to use different items but there was nothing. Potentially the property could be a 'dream oasis' the outside space is lovely and the kitchen, lounge, dining and games room are all good spaces, though the furniture in the dining room and kitchen is a little tired and in need of updating. The bedrooms and beds were all comfortable, however the experience was spoiled by the poor plumbing - I have never stayed in a dream property where I could not flush toilet paper down the loo, and even when we adhered to the request one of the toilets blocked towards the end of our 5 day stay. I just found this whole arrangement unhygienic and I would not have booked the property if I had been aware of this situation. Whilst the following items did not particularly detrimentally impact our stay there are lots of small areas that need addressing to make this the 'luxury' property it is advertised as, and to justify the price tag. All of the taps in the kitchen and bathroom need to be secured, they are all loose. Many of the kitchen doors and draws do not shut properly. The dishwasher door in the main kitchen needs to be repaired - the cord supports have broken so the dishwasher door simply falls down when you open it which is quite dangerous. The shower door in the master bathroom has been fitted incorrectly and doesn't shut properly The top flippers and bouncers of the pin ball machine do not function rendering this facility useless. As a family we still enjoyed the space, the bedrooms are all of a good size and the lounge area was ideal .....with a little work it could be a wonderful place but we all left feeling disappointed.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. We especially loved the game room, the pool, and the movie theater. We were looking for a place to stay that had activities for our family since we had to cancel our original vacation due to the pandamic. We are a family of four who traveled with the grandparents (six people total). We created our own "golf tournament" and "bocce ball tournament." We had "movie night" and my boys loved the jukebox and arcade machine (it has all of the old time video games...so many to choose from...loved it). The two main bedrooms were lovely and I loved the firm bed (so did my father-in-law). The grandparents had planned to stay in the casita, but you can't access the casita from the main house. In addition, the ceilings in the bedroom in the casita are quite low. However, the ceilings in the kitchen and living space in the casita are of good height. Given the low ceilings in the bedroom of the casita and stairs on the outside (the casita is on a separate level), the grandparents decided to stay in the main part of the house instead (just something to consider if you plan on having guests in the casita). The two larger bedrooms in the main part of the home were very nice. In addition, there are three more additional bedrooms in the main part of the home. The carpet in one of the extra rooms was damp, so no one could stay in that room (Hector sent someone out to try and remedy the situation right when we left...it didn't affect us since we didn't need to use that room). We texted Hector in regards to all of our questions and concerns. He was always so quick to reply and answer any questions that we had. Our only complaints were that there were small ants in a few places (they were near the outdoor barbecue area...so although we brought stuff to make smores...we chose to make them in the microwave instead), the pinball machine struggled to consistently work properly (which Hector helped us with), and the wet carpet created a little bit of a smell in the back part of the home. However, like I said, Hector was always responsive and was working to remedy all of the situations for the future guests. One more thing...we love to play board games. Although we loved all of the items in the game room, we were glad we brought our own board games with us (we didn't see any in the home). We brought our own games and loved playing at the long dining room table...we had a lot of fun!

Great property for a group

Property is as advertised and Hector and Jesus were great to communicate with. House and outdoor area provide ample space for everyone. Very close to some nice hiking/mountain biking trails as well.

Fun for all ages! Used the home to celebrate an 80th birthday. Home is amazing & well equipped

We had ages 14 to 80 and there was plenty for everyone. Bocce, the pool, shuffleboard table, putting green, etc. Abundance of glasses, plates, pots/pans, bathrooms, showers, etc.

100% The Best Stay

Girls Trip Must! I am not a dramatic person so please take my gushing as 100% honest. This home is absolutely the place to stay for any type of trip. 8 friends came to celebrate turning 40 and we never want to go anywhere else. The backyard is the most relaxing and beautiful place to spend entire days. Floating in the pool, relaxing in the sun, sitting in the living room with the window wall open or closed enjoying the view and solitude was everything we had hoped. The layout was perfect to accommodate all of us comfortably. We were not in need of anything when it came to amenities. We cooked in the kitchen and grilled outdoors with ease. Hector was available quickly with an answer if a question did arise. I cannot say enough good things.

Excellent Family Spring Break

Our family of 9, including my parents and children, enjoyed spring break at the house. The house is very spacious and has an excellent layout. The kitchen had plenty of supplies (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc) to use in meal prep. There is a super Target and Starbucks about 2 minutes from the house to get food and supplies, but nice to have a few basics already there. The house is 5 minutes by car from the main shopping and eating in Palm Springs. Very convenient location but probably not walkable. The house is great if you want to get away from the noise and just relax. Very quiet neighborhood (and very strict rules about that). Made me nervous with 3 kids, but it was fine. The house has been lived in, so there were some minor maintenance issues- nothing that interfered with the stay and Hector was wonderful in responding in any questions.

Cathedral City stay

Superb location; beautiful grounds, pool and view. Large property that could easily accommodate more than the current maximum of 10 people ( we were a party of 8). Our3 grandchildren loved the pool and surroundings.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had. Great time at this house. Plenty of room, kitchen is well stocked, and the game room was a hit! Hector was great and very helpful during our stay. Will look to stay again in the near future!

Sophisticated But Fun!

This home is lovely and includes a yard that is fabulous. Yet, the owner has made the home so much fun to stay in by adding things in the game room that can entertain both children and adults for hours. Not to mention the home theater!

the property was great. The one thing they need to fix is in the game room which is fantastic everything was not in perfect working order. No tips on pool sticks and pin ball machine flippers did not always work.

Ladies weekend

We enjoyed our stay! The house was a perfect set up for our group but we be conducive for families too! The open indoor/outdoor living and landscape feels like a retreat. We used rideshares to get around and it was slightly longer from downtown then expected but not a problem with some planning. Hector was easy to get a hold of and helpful!

Great place for families

Large house with many bedrooms and lots of entertainment for all ages on the property (movie room, bbq, pool, game room, golf, bocci ball, fire pit) so there is no need to ever leave the house. The sun keeps the pool very warm!

Something for Everyone

This home has something for everyone. We had little kids, a teenager and young and old adults and it was a wonderful family vacation with plenty of space for everyone. Hector, the property manager, was so helpful. Lots of playing pool and swimming in the pool. The game room was perfect and we kept cool inside cooking together and watching movies, too.
