Let me begin by saying that this is a wonderful property in a great location. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area is amazing with gorgeous views, and ideal for your group spending a lot of time together outside. I have been staying in Palm Springs for the last several years in similar homes at this price point. This property does need some TLC. We did have some minor issues which were attended to promptly, the owner was very accommodating. In general, the home is due for a lot of updates in the kitchen, bathrooms, and in some cases mattresses in the bedrooms. I would also mention,which may be part of the mid-century modern decor, that the beds are very low, so if you have a bad back or bad knees, getting out of these is quite difficult.

perfect property

i would argue that the photos don’t do this property justice. the bedrooms were bigger than pictured, there was ample space for those of us working remote and the pool and hot tub were utilized daily. it was the perfect space for a large group for coachella and check-in was incredibly smooth and easy. hoping to return next year if we can keep our group to eight people (people saw our social media and now everyone wants to come/stay here next year).

Lovely property with plenty of personal privacy for four friends. Nice pool and spa in excellent location. Most spectacular views with an early morning symphony of birds each day…..can’t wait to come back!!

Friends Trip

Came to Palm Springs to golf and relax, the house has everything you need and is great for larger groups to spread out. Only add would be to label a few more cabinets for locations of items like extra towels etc. Would definitely stay here again.

So disappointed with this home. The only thing the reviews got right were the views and pool/hot tub. Other than that, I would not recommend. Poor customer service, “read the book instructions and figure it out yourself”. Master jetted tub should have big sign, broken and leaks. Name brand knives need sharpened.

Wonderful house and views!

We had an amazing stay! There were 8 adults total (including two 19 year olds). We had plenty of space, and loved that 3 of the 5 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The house itself is beautiful, though it had a few small things that needed fixed (Ex, track on one of the sliding glass doors was broken so the door was difficult to open). Nothing that took away from our experience though! The pool area is very nice and relaxing, and has a beautiful view. The pool temperature was perfect! We spent most of our time out there. We had been worried about finicky neighbors after reading a couple reviews, but we kept the music off and didn’t have any issues (though they could have been out of town since it was late June). The house is in a great location on the golf course. Downtown is a short drive, as are some beautiful trails. Overall, we had a fabulous week and hope to return soon!

Beautiful property and grounds

The home is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The only downside to this property is the neighbors. I a family member over for dinner and there were complaints that we were having a party at the house. Under no circumstances was that true nor was there any music blaring out of the house. Someone parked their car outside our property and we were blamed for having a party. The property manager received a call and came to the house on our first night. I invited the property manager to come inside and meet my family that was over for dinner. After meeting my cousin and her boyfriend, they determined that the neighbors were incorrect in their assumption and did no deserve the call to the property. The house is amazing and hosted my needs during my stay in the desert. I would recommend renting this home again as it really is ideal except for the jealous neighbors. The neighbors are purposely making it difficult for anyone who rents this home which became apparent the first evening when the neighbors called to complain about a car that did not belong to my guests. The property manager was very accommodating when asked for early check in and very pleasant to deal with. All in all, this house was perfect for our needs and I look forward to returning to the desert and this house again in the future. Thank you for making my holiday in the desert with friends and family the perfect place to meet under the stars.

Excellent property, clean, fully equipped and very well situated in Palm Springs, close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Too bad that the Indian Canyon North Course was closed due to overseeding, but overall first class everything.

This home is gorgeous and private but my biggest praise is for the management company. The communication and welcoming vibe FAR surpass any other I’ve experienced. Can’t wait to book another trip!

Well appointed kitchen!!! Leave your things at home cause this kitchen has it all! Lots of sitting areas inside and out. Situated on Indian Canyon North Golf Course which we played 4 times as we it was better than most we’ve played in the past!

Family vacation

Big house and great views

House had a great layout for our group. Very large, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen was very well stocked. The pool was not as large as it appears in photos. But the backyard view is even better than what the photos show. Easy to get downtown but a bit too far away to bike there with the kids. Overall this was a great place to stay and again, you won’t be disappointed with the views.

Golf Course Dream Home

8 of us came to play golf and kick back when we weren’t playing. It was the most well appointed home I’ve ever rented. Need something in the kitchen? They had it!!!! Hanging out in the bar area watching billiards was the cherry on top!
