Disfrute de las vistas del océano y la bahía en este amplio y cómodo condominio frente al mar directo. Disfrute del sonido de las olas desde su cama, sala de estar y balcón.
Esta unidad es un condominio de 2 habitaciones + den, 2 baños completamente renovado. ¡Todo es nuevo! Encimeras de granito en la cocina, electrodomésticos, pisos y alfombras nuevos, muebles nuevos, televisores de pantalla plana, baños nuevos. Max. La ocupación es de 6 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene 1 cama king; Dormitorio 2 tiene una reina y una cama doble; área den tiene un sofá cama de tamaño completo; Sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen size.
Las comodidades incluyen: piscina cubierta climatizada con jacuzzi y sauna; Piscina climatizada al aire libre con piscina para niños y bar en la piscina (de temporada). Wi-Fi gratis. Recepción 24 horas. En el sitio de estacionamiento (de pago - leer más abajo). Restaurante en el lugar con la mejor "torre de cangrejo" de la ciudad (estacional). Ascensores de alta velocidad. A poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas, cafetería.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Well maintained, beautiful ocean front views, as well as beautiful bay views. The convenience of the pool having a Tiki bar, and just steps away from the beach was great.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The unit was updated and well maintained. The view from the balcony was perfect. Everything was clean which is important to us when were traveling with young children. The Plaza building itself seemed clean and well kept overall. The host was great and checked in with us just after arriving, and then again mid week to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Great getaway with family!

Free beach access was a short elevator ride downstairs and <2 minute walk along the condo property. Outdoor pool was huge which included a 1 foot splash pool for the kids. Bar/restaurant which had live music almost every day was walking distance from the pool. We didn't use indoor pool/sauna during the summer, but it is available for use also.

Beautiful & Relaxing

There is nothing better than having your morning coffee on a balcony, while watching the waves come in! This condo is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Our family vacation was wonderful and we would absolutely book this room again in the future. Everything we needed (and more) was already there waiting for us. The owners were fantastic. They were fast in responding to any questions we had and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. No complaints at all, it was all fantastic!

Perfect Vacation

What a wonderful experience from start to end! Maria was the perfect host and communicated very well at helping me out with a few questions. The condo was extremely clean and as described in pictures. The couch was very comfortable as we all loved sitting outside on balcony listening to the ocean waves. We enjoyed the beach many times as also a nice boat ride while our stay at the condo. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing get away or family vacation. Lots to do for everyone! My teenage son even went to the gym down the street a few times. Thank you Maria for a wonderful stay and would love to rent again in future!!!!

So Magnificent

Maria’s magnificent, renovated oceanfront condo exceeded our expectations! Every aspect was absolutely magnificent! Our family has vacationed frequently in Ocean City over the years and we have stayed at the Plaza numerous times. This was by far the best experience we have had. The sunset view over the bay and the sunrise view over the ocean from our condo were also magnificent. We were very fortunate to stay in such a beautiful place with a spectacular ocean view from both the master bedroom and the spacious balcony. The sound of the crashing waves at night was mesmerizing. We greatly appreciate our host Maria for her amazing hospitality and would love to return next year! Marilynn

Absolutely will blow you away!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It is huge! Maria is amazing- she will send you all info you will need and recommendations (listen to her recommendations they are spot on)! Check In was a breeze.. The view from the spacious balcony is 100 percent perfect! The cozy furniture on the balcony makes your morning coffee 10 times better! We didn’t want for a single thing! It’s so clean and modern! Perfect location - being across from the grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance. We will be back in 2 years and pray this is still a rental!! Thank you Maria!! What an amazing week❤️

Amazing ocean front view

Perfect location for everything you need on vacation. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony and master bedroom. Great view of the back bay from the front door. Live music from the beach bar by the pool created the ultimate chill beach vibe. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. Food store and beach wear directly across the street. The owners Maria and Greg couldn’t have been better hosts. Their unit is immaculately maintained. Located on the 10th floor this condo offers an amazing view of the ocean, beach and outdoor pool and lounge. We loved picking out our beach spot from the balcony just before heading down for the day. We will not hesitate to book again next year if the unit is available. Thank you Maria and Greg for the family memories. This was the perfect way to cap off our summer. My son is already talking about next year.

Overall great vacation! The condo is in a great area, not far from everything OC Has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Well decorated with modern decor, as well as updated kitchen.. not the typical wicker furniture and seashell lamps you might expect. The balcony offered a beautiful ocean view. In general, the building is quiet also. We didn’t hear any neighbors partying etc, so great for families. The beach is right there, so no long walks trudging beach chairs etc. our hosts were very easy to communicate with and checking in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend the place for a great family vacation! One thing we didn’t know before going, is that they allow campfires on the beach, which would have been fun to do at night, so bring some wood and s’mores! Thank you to our hosts again, we had a blast!

A gem in Ocean City

The condo is bright and beautiful. The view is perfection. The balcony is like a bonus room- with cozy seating for relaxing and conversation. The living room is decorated with beautiful decor and a soft couch you can sink into- we enjoyed our time there so much. The kitchen is well appointed with top appliances and is gorgeous. We had everything we needed! We enjoyed taking the chairs down to the beach- and everything was so convenient- the restaurant had such good food and drinks! It was so nice at the pool- we had no trouble finding a lounge chair. Maria, our host, was wonderful. She was easy to contact and very responsive. She guided us through check in and out and made sure everything was perfect. We were in Ocean City for a dance competition, but because Maria and this condo was so wonderful, I would come back again for a beach vacation!

Well appointed condo on the beach

My wife and I had a great time at Maria's wonderful condo on the 10th floor of the Plaza tower. The renovated space includes a spacious balcony with sliding glass doors to both the living room and master bedroom. The living room featured a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a couple of chairs. You can hear the surf from the master bedroom with the windows closed! The kitchen is gorgeous - updated countertops, a deep sink, fridge/freezer, fancy coffee maker and dishwasher. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the water pressure in the shower. As a professional road warrior, I notice these things. The shower's water pressure is FANTASTIC. The building that the condo is in has four or five elevators so getting up and down isn't as much of a struggle as some other towers on the beach. The outdoor pool has a bar and grille that are part of the Jungle Bar. Jungle Bar also has an indoor section that you need a reservation for when it's open. If you ride the OC Beach Bus, you'll be glad to know that there is a stop on the same block as the building. Parking was a breeze and covered. We did encounter a minor maintenance issue on our second day, though once reported to Maria it was addressed in less than an hour! We plan to book this condo again!

Wondeful Vacation!

It was just as the pictures looked...clean, beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! The owners were outstanding with their communication. having two restaurants on site a definite plus since most restaurants have long lines. Good to be in north OC rather with the throngs of folks in main OC. Would not recommend going to OC boardwalk.
