Casa frente al mar aislada, a minutos de Lake Placid y Saranac Lake

¡Una hermosa y nueva casa frente al mar con un garaje separado / cabaña de invitados para sus vacaciones!

Esta es nuestra residencia principal en la que acabamos de terminar la construcción en el otoño de 2018. Se encuentra en una tranquila bahía del lago Oseetah, en una calle privada a solo minutos de Lake Placid y Saranac Lake.

Como invitados, tendrá acceso no solo a nuestra línea de costa, sino también a la zona comunitaria de lanchas y natación.

Es un plano de planta abierto, con un gran porche con mosquitero, una gran sala de recreación en el sótano, un cargador de automóvil eléctrico y muchos otros beneficios y comodidades.

A great week away!

The pictures don’t do this home justice! The island privacy combined with small-town convenience only a short ride away makes this a perfect staging point for many ADK adventures. Or you can just relax on the screened porch and never leave! Our family of 6 truly enjoyed our visit. The host is very quick and easy to communicate with as well, making this an optimal place to stay.

This place was beautiful and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The house was super clean when we arrived and was everything that we had expected it to be. The bedrooms were well explained in the listing. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances (and they were all very clean). The hosts contacted us about a week before our stay to ask about the ages of the children so that they could get age appropriate toys out- a super nice gesture. I would recommend this house to anybody who wants to stay in the Saranac Lake and Lake Placid area. We will likely be staying here again.

Great Property!

We recently stayed here while our son was in hockey camp in Lake placid. It was easy to get back and forth to camp, about 15-20 minutes away. We were two families and liked that the property had two separate living spaces to accommodate us. Location was private and woodsy, lots of outdoor space and short walk down to lake on the property where we enjoyed the seating on the dock and boating. It was also dog friendly which we appreciated. We hope to return. Thanks!

Amazing ADK stay

The house and property exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 4 that stayed with 2 energetic labradors. The house was conveniently located near downtown Saranac, Lake Placid and many breathtaking hiking trails. The dock out back was perfect for fishing and dock diving for the dogs! The views from the canoes on Oseetah lake were stunning. It was a short boat trip to Kiwassa lake and the river locks which connect to lower Saranac lake. Overall, this house on Oseetah Lake provided the perfect retreat. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or an active vacation surrounded by nature, this place has it all. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place on Oseetah Lake My family loved it Big porch on front and huge enclosed porch on back of house overlooking lake Bunk bed room and separate toddler room Beautiful master bedroom attached bathroom and deck overlooking lake Path through woods to small sandy beach with canoe Dock for fishing and chairs for enjoying the view Fire pit area off the trail for enjoying marshmallows and drinks Beautiful new apartment over the garage with kitchen showerr and separate washer dryer Only small double bed in basement though No curtains but window overlooking lake Entertainment games for kids in basement also Whitney was quick to answerour questions Updated appliances, windows and sliding glass doors and bathrooms! Loved huge fireplace in main room for warmth at night! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Perfect Adirondack Getaway

The owners, Bob and Whitney, really made the difference throughout the entire rental process. They made themselves very accessible leading up to our stay providing information and answering any questions that we had. Being local residents, they were also available during our stay for whatever we needed. The property is simply beautiful and exactly what we were looking for: a quiet waterfront location with room to spare situated on a sprawling lot - secluded yet perfectly located in between Saranac Lake & Lake Placid. Newly constructed and beautifully appointed lodging with every comfort of home. We had a 22 ft pontoon and 18 ft fishing boat in tow which we launched on-site and that fit like a glove on their docking giving us access to the Saranac chain of lakes. Simply awesome. Thanks again for a perfect stay. Hope to be back next August.

Beautiful place

This was an absolutely stunning place to stay. Lots of great amenities (the bed porch swing was tremendous) and super kid friendly. Really close to everything we needed for the week. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend - we had a wonderful time.

Just Right

This property is in a nice area close to town. The home is only a few years old and very well thought out. The sleeping arrangements provided good flexibility for our multi-generational vacation. The single floor of the main home made it easy for older folks to get around and the bunk beds and basement were perfect for teenagers. Not too big, not too small. Just right. Robert was extremely communicative and checked in a few times to make sure everything was OK. This was a very pleasant spot and vacation.

Lake and Mountain Family

We loved our stay here! Bob was a very open and communicative owner. The house location was absolutely perfect! The lake and road/neighborhood are very quiet. The "gear room" was the perfect base for all of our hiking and paddling adventures. Ray Brook Brewhouse is only a three minute drive, which was wonderful. We were a family of six adults, a 5yo, and a 17mo toddler. Six is definitely the limit of adults that you would want at this property. We spent most of our time on the screen porch, it is beautiful!

Gorgeous secluded property in ideal location on Oseetah

This property was exactly as we hoped it would be: a modern rustic home in a secluded location, with great hiking, swimming and paddling nearby. The house is clean, well-stocked, and open and designed to take full advantage of gorgeous lake and forest views, perched above the lake edge with easy access to the lake for canoeing and fishing (both of which were excellent). We ate every meal on the phenomenal screened porch, gazing out at the lake through the pines and birches. The owners were very helpful and gave us excellent tips on outings with our kids. My parents stayed in the apartment above the garage and found it beautifully decorated and equally well-provisioned. The area is ideal for hikes, such as Baker and St Regis. And nothing beats paddling into town for ice cream straight from your own dock. Added pluses for kids: a raspberry patch for young foragers, a bonfire circle near the lake for s’mores, and an open lawn for games. All in all a truly exceptional stay!

We love this forested community located on a peninsula on Oseetah Lake. It is quiet and feels remote but is just minutes from Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. We travel often to visit family or camp and are happy to share our home when we are gone!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are perfectly set up for families looking for an immersive Adirondack vacation. We are located on Oseetah Lake, have direct access to the rail trail and minutes from all levels of hiking adventure. We have endless spaces for young children to explore outdoors: a sandbox, a small sand beach on the waterfront, multiple forts in the woods, a small climbing wall and games (air hockey, foosball, and table shuffle board) in the rec room. We have a dock with chairs for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. And if you time it right, all the raspberry picking you could want. We also have a resident fly fishing guide! Should you need fishing recommendations or a full guided trip, we can accommodate you.
