¡Dos noches como mínimo durante la primavera, otoño e invierno! Unidad de esquina de condominio de tres dormitorios / tres baños bellamente decorada con vista al golfo con capacidad para ocho personas, con cama king en master, queen y full en el segundo dormitorio, queen y área de loft completa.

Palm Beach Club # 240 es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

El condominio está decorado en relajantes colores de playa, con toques de diseñador en todas partes. Pisos de travertino y toques de diseño en todas partes, con alfombra en cada habitación. Cocina actualizada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos relucientes que incluyen una Keurig y cafeteras de 10 tazas. Tanto la sala de estar / solárium bien equipada como el dormitorio principal tienen balcones privados desde los que disfrutar de fabulosas vistas del Golfo y la playa.

Al final de un día bañado por el sol en la playa, hay entretenimiento para todos con televisores de pantalla plana. WiFi gratis. Palm Beach Club tiene una piscina y playa frente al sonido, perfecta para familias con niños pequeños. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at this place every year because of its spaciousness and it is always clean!!! The fact that you can walk to the beach side or sound side in just a few minutes is awesome! The only fact that someone needs to know is if you have bad knees and can’t do many stairs, this is not a place for you. There are no restrooms on the main floor.

Reviewer Comments: The property was very satisfactory, and the options between beach and bay were a lifesaver - jellyfish were in the beach water and waves were sometimes too rough for the little ones. The only concern for us was the tile stairs. They were a little scary for the 1 1/2 year old to be around. Other than that, it was a great property that I would recommend!

Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee maker stopped working. We called the office and within an hour we had a brand new one! They are top notch and we would recommend to anyone!

#240 is our favorite!

Our last night there, we literally watched from our balcony as the beaches were closed to the public due to Covid pandemic precautions. We booked #240 again because it is clean, spacious, well-equipped, safe, and the view is fantastic! Our family requires 4 beds, and this condo offers that, along with plenty of space to spread out, read, nap and watch TV. Regardless of the weather, the view of the Gulf was always gorgeous. The balcony was the perfect place to start each day with coffee and devotions. We loved having such a short walk to the beach from the condo, and cherished daily walks along the shore, admiring God's power, creation and handiwork.This was our 9th year to spend Spring Break at Pensacola Beach, and it holds a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend #240, even though it might mean more competition from visitors! How soon can I book it for next year?

Reviewer Comments: Our son and his wife live in Pensacola, so for family fun, I bring his sister and her three children down with me for some spring break extra-special family time on Pensacola Beach. The condo is very comfortable and well-appointed. As mentioned, it's a split foyer plan, so there are a lot of stairs, but they are not steep and the flights are probably just six steps each. It would have been nice to have a powder room on the living area/kitchen and dining area level, but don't let that be a deal breaker. The gulf views are stunning and relaxing. We had a problem with our refrigerator after 24 hours and Paradise took care of every detail in an extremely swift, professional, thoughtful and efficient manner. When I find myself in PB again, I will definitely consider a property managed by these folks. thanks for a wonderful trip!

No notification about construction site - closed balcony

Over all we enjoyed the stay and love the location. The only complaints we have are the bed in the master is extremely firm- feels like sleeping on a board. No notification of the scaffolding (painting the exterior of the building) that would be outside and have the balcony completely closed. If I would have been aware of this I would have looked at a different location.

Love this company and this condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our (3 families) 4th consecutive year renting with Paradise Beach Homes and this same condo, if that doesn't tell you anything. Everything about this property is amazing, we absolutely love it. PBH is a pleasure to deal with and always professional and helpful. If I had to say 1 dislike, it'd be that the property doesn't have an ice machine to fill ice chest, but the nearest store is less than a mile up the road. Other than that, we will continue to book this condo with PBH as long as we are able. Thank you for sharing your condo and PBH for being so easy to deal with and always professional.

Great Condo, fully stocked and very clean

Loved the property and area. Communication could have been better. They tested the fire alarms when we were there and had no clue what was happening. Our parking was also taken over by crew working on condos. Over all condo was clean and in well working order. The kitchen had everything needed to cook food and bake. Location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Back Home Again!

OMG! Exactly what we needed. Pensacola is my husband's hometown and I have adopted it as my second home. We would visit as a family once a year when we lived in Detroit. We know live in the Tampa Bay area and enjoy our peace of paradise at home. So, it had been a while since we visited. But OMG the pictures do not give this unit justice!! We would stay in the old Palm Beach Club and our expectations were that it would not be as great as before, but we were so wrong! The unit is spacious and the kitchen lacks nothing. The view is absolutely breathtaking and calming at the same time. We are already planning to come back with our children and grandchildren. The team at Paradise Beach Homes are beyond amazing.
