The property was amazing and well stocked! It has anything you can think of. The short walk to the shore is a game changer as you don’t 100 ft of beach to trudge through to get to your spot. We purposely chose this place hoping it was a quiet, family oriented, non crowded beach and this place fits the bill!

Joe was great, met us at the house and gave us a tour around to show us everything we needed. The house was in amazing shape and had everything we needed. The location was perfect just in front of the boardwalk so great access to the beach. We really liked the crows nest with the 360 view. Area was quiet and the beach was not too crowded.

Fabulous, spacious 5star home with a gulf view was perfect for our family vacation. Joe had everything you could want - bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler. We loved playing darts and hanging out in the breezy garage tiki bar and hammock. Couldn’t ask for better.

Perfect beach getaway. House was wonderful. Everything we needed to have a restful, enjoyable time at the beach.Couldn't have been more pleased.We had a group of 9 not including two babies. Plenty of room and privacy. Everything worked perfectly for us. It was like having a home away from home.

This place is the bomb!! We had eight adults but it would be perfect for a bunch of children as well. Awesome covered porch and deck with an unobstructed view of the ocean, and all like a hundred feet from a new boardwalk to the beach. Crow's nest is cool with a 360 view of the area. The host has about every beach toy and need you can think of in the gaming/carport area. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, and relaxing living room. Would rent again in a heartbeat! Wonderful beach stay!

This beachfront home was perfect for our trip. The house includes everything you could possibly need. Our trip was a mix of moms and teenage daughters. The girls enjoyed taking the bikes everywhere. The beach was right across the street and the view was perfect and unobstructed. Joe came by the house for check in and showed us everything and answered all of our questions. Thanks to Joe and Tina for sharing Happy Hours with us. We will be back!

Perfect Staycation

We had a wonderful time at "happy hours". The home was perfect for our family, everything you need and more! The bikes were a hit, we biked every morning around the avenidas and to our favorite restaurants in the evening. We cannot wait to return to this home and stay again!

Perfect Family Retreat

I have three adult children ages 18, 20 and 21, and, after endless searching for the perfect beach house, found this gem. A very spacious home with more hang out spaces than we even used. An unencumbered view of the ocean (which we walked to every day). Bikes, surf boards and beach chairs available. To top it off, Joe was wonderful to book with. He is a native of the area and so was able to give a lot of tips and recommendations.10/10 recommend, we can’t wait to go back:)

Beautiful home!

Our stay at this property was so beautiful and relaxing. The location right by the water and a quick drive/walk to shopping and restaurants was perfect. Checking in and out was quick and easy and the house was very clean! The garage was even full of beach chairs, toys, wagons and other items making our beach days, even more fun without the hassle of bringing all of our own items from home. We can’t wait to stay in this gorgeous house again in the future!

Perfect Beach House

My family and I had the best stay this weekend! Downstairs in the garage has everything you can need and more for a perfect beach day. They had beach toys, boogie boards, a surfboard, a wagon, goggles, and more. The tiki bar and hammock made the garage a fun hangout spot. The view from upstairs of the beach is stunning, and I hope another house doesn't get built across the street. The owner, Joe, was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our trip. Would love to stay here again someday!

Simply Perfect!

Simply perfect describes this rental/owner. Joe met us at the rental and gave us a walk through and a few recommendations. Everything he said was spot on. It’s a great house in a great location next to the beach access! They literally offer everything you could need for a day at the beach….end of day just wheel the cart into the garage and go on with your evening. Super convenient! Plenty of room for 9 of us…..4 adults and 5 kids aged 20, 18, 17, 13 and 9. We WILL be staying here for return trips!

Perfect family and friends getaway!

We came here to celebrate a sweet 16 birthday and the big “50” birthday! This was the perfect beach house with all of the amenities, and with gorgeous beach views! The downstairs tiki bar was perfect for Happy Hour and games in the evenings! The kitchen was fully stocked, had everything we needed for cooking. The beach access was right across the street, so it was perfect! We saw dolphins and sea turtles every day, this really is the perfect beach house! We can’t wait to come back! Life was beautiful and relaxing at Happy Hours!!! And also, Joe is an amazing host! He made sure we had everything we needed all week!

Home away from home

This was a 2nd stay at Happy Hours and we are already booked for next year. We've been coming to Pensacola for 12 years now and have finally found our home away from home! Love the location, the bedroom setup and most of all the views!!! Counting down until next year!! :)

Great location, clean, comfortable, well-stocked

We are repeat visitors to Happy Hours. Our family is a group of 10, ranging in ages from 9 to 71. Every single person loves staying here! The parents and grandparents love the front porch and crow’s nest. The teenagers love having their own hangout space downstairs and the bikes to ride in the neighborhood. The younger kids love the new-to-them beach toys and boogie boards. The house is well-appointed with nearly everything that we need for the stay. We only have to bring groceries and extra TP. The host, Joe, is kind and helpful. He maintains an open line of communication before, during, and after the stay. I know that if there are ever any issues, I can reach out to him without the hassle of the back and forth of a rental company. We returned home yesterday and are already looking at our dates to return next year!

Friends and Family trip

Happy Hours is an amazing property! The location is great, the setup was spacious, and all the extras in the garage hangout area were great too. We had small children and the walk to the beach was the perfect distance for our littles. Joe met us at checkin and was an absolute dream to chat with and his “beach bible” we called it was very helpful in finding things to do/places to eat. Very responsive host and a stellar property. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Happy Hours

We had a wonderful stay, great location, unobstructed view of the ocean! The owner met us at the house. The only little thing was the beach chairs & umbrellas weren’t quite as expected. If we have the need for a large house in the future in Pensacola we would stay here again!

Amazing Location & Views

Joe is the best VRBO host I’ve ever dealt with. Great communication and went out of his way to accommodate our trip. The house has an awesome layout and so close to the beach. We will be back!!!

The free flowing floor plan allows for easy living in a comfortable, relaxed setting. The 1300 square feet of covered deck space and a 3rd level observation deck offer many places to find your own private piece of paradise and get away from the crowd and just chill! We have a 3-Day minimum rental for every month except JUNE and JULY which are 7-DAY MINIMUM

Located right across the street from the Gulf with views of Santa Rosa Sound as well. Great home for large families! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, no condos in the area, ideal for families with small children.
Imagine spending the day on the Gulf, and never having to use an elevator nor a public restroom! Ha!
