Fabulosa casa en el desierto con increíble piscina

Bienvenido a nuestra casa serena, encantadora y muy privada en Palm Springs. Esta casa en el desierto tiene todo el confort y las comodidades que busca: exuberantes jardines con varias áreas de descanso, una cocina gourmet del chef con refrigerador para vinos, chimeneas a gas, habitaciones principales de gran tamaño, techos abovedados, vestidores y dos lavamanos en el apartamento Suite con puertas francesas que conducen a una magnífica cubierta de sala de estar al aire libre y una cama de día indonesio que da a la piscina.

La casa fue construida por un contratista de piscinas y es la joya de la propiedad. Está dividido en tres partes: un spa, luego un área de vadeo donde puede sentarse y beber, luego puede nadar debajo del puente hacia el área principal de la piscina. El área de entretenimiento al aire libre cuenta con una piscina de agua salada Pebble Tec, un spa y una barbacoa al aire libre. También incluye un camino cerrado y un garaje para 2 autos, completamente envuelto dentro de altos setos y fuentes maduros. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, gimnasio y el centro de Palm Springs.

Stunning and Relaxing

This property fit all our needs and we were a group made up of adults down to our 10 month old. The property was so well thought out and made our stay convenient and relaxing. The pool was such a hit with all of us. Close proximity to stores and grocery for easy errands. We would stay here again hands down.

Private Desert Hideaway

Spent a weekend relaxing at this gorgeous home. The pool is private and surrounded by trees. The day bed was my favorite spot! I had a great experience with the Host. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Palm Springs.

Great long weekend!

We had an incredible stay! We could not have been more pleased with everything. The home is beautiful, above and beyond our expectations as far as hospitality. We are looking forward to coming back again next year...and hoping the tennis at Indian Wells won't be cancelled.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed staying at this property for 9 days. Yvette was an amazing host and even surprised us with an Anniversary gift. The pool and spa are amazing. If you have little ones there is a shallow area. The was a rod that needs to be fixed on the pool under the bridge but it was covered and we had no issues. We enjoyed our time!

Excellent Stay!

This property was really beautiful and it was so easy! The pool is really a gem. With the hot weather we spent every day swimming and enjoying the cabana area. It's perfectly designed to spend your days swimming and lounging by the pool. Really lovely! Plus, it was so easy to contact the owner if you needed anything or had any questions. Everything about our stay was positive. We would definitely go there again!

Beautiful Palm Springs Retreat

This beautiful Palm Springs gem was perfect for our summer vacation. The first things that caught our attention when booking this property were the pool and hot tub which did not disappoint. We spent several hours each day enjoying both. The kitchen was the perfect size with all the amenities needed to cook delicious meals, the rooms where all very clean and spacious, and the AC worked perfectly. The owner Yvette was a pleasure to work with, she was friendly, attentive, great at communicating and overall a great host. I cannot say enough good things about Yvette and this vacation home!

Great Stay, a few technical difficulties

The pool/spa is outstanding. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The overall stay was wonderful. There were a few technical difficulties and growing pains but Yvette was very communicative and reachable, and worked hard to remedy any problems. A written manual or some sort of binder at the house with instructions/information would have been helpful.

Desert Home Hideaway

The pool area was fantastic for swimming and just hanging out. we loved the patio with the comfy furniture. There were some repairs that should be made - the plumbing was not 100% in working condition. There were several airplanes overhead each day which wasn't a big deal. it was kinda fun watching them overhead. The King bedroom suite was large and the bed in this room was SOO comfortable. we slept better than we had in years.

Pool is Great - Rest of Property In Need of Upkeep

First, the pool/spa is the best part about this property and was certainly the highlight of our stay. It's a little smaller than I imagined from pictures but still large enough to enjoy. And it was by far the most enjoyable part of the property. The rest of the house really needs some maintenance, deep cleaning, and refreshing. A few things we experienced: the window in the primary bedroom cannot close all the way, the bathtub in the room with two beds didn't drain (and clearly had past issues as it was pried open with a spoon when we arrived), the same bathroom had the toilet running non-stop and has a door that is unable to close properly. There is a broken tile in the primary bathroom, there were broken electrical outlets, and lots of wires hanging out of TVs. The entire place needs a deep cleaning and the dishes all felt dirty. Overall, we enjoyed being outside but didn't feel at home or able to relax and enjoy inside. Some upkeep and maintenance is needed on this property. We only stayed two nights, but if it had been more, we certainly would have been working with the manager to find alternative arrangements.

Best location/beautiful home/Private/Excellent host

Every part of our renting experience went super smooth. Yvette was a gem in making sure we had everything we needed! I was highly concerned about our health and safety due to COVID hitting my family hard and she made me feel very comfortable knowing that the cleaning crew went above and beyond to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected as per the CDC guidelines as well as reached out before check in to notify us she had checked with previous guests and they were COVID free. This was a big deal!! The home was beautifully decorated. Well equipped with all the essentials in the kitchen. We brought groceries and beverages and were able to live as we were home never having to leave and stay safe. Much more spacious than expected. Plenty of closet space in all rooms especially the master! Comfy beds. The outdoor space (BBQ area, lounge area, pool and spa) were Exactly what we were looking for with complete privacy! Plenty of pool floats and towels! At sundown, the lights in the pool and spa turn beautiful colors making it a magical ambiance to be in). We even enjoyed a few rounds of Jenga that was available for us. Overall, this house is our go to from now on. Would give it 10 stars if I could!! Thank you for everything Yvette can’t wait to return! 💕

Location, weather, owner- all wonderful

My husband and I enjoyed a week at this property in November. We enjoyed the house and pool and appreciated the helpful communications with the owner. While there were several small issues with the house, the owner was very responsive and tried to accommodate us. One thing that we did not realize when renting, is that the house is located under a flight path from the airport. If you are sensitive to noise, this could be an issue. The back yard was very private and felt like a wonderful oasis. There were a few areas in the yard that needed some attention, but overall it was lovely. We especially enjoyed the covered patio, which was both comfortable and especially attractive after dark. The hot tub was terrific and the pool quite nice, except, we had difficulty accessing the deep end - as there wasn't a ladder or steps. It appears that one would either jump in the deep end or swim under the bridge to get in and out of the third part of the pool. Not wanting to swim under the bridge (ok, so I didn't want to get my hair wet every time I went in the pool) it was tricky getting in and out of the deep end. Having both knee and ankle issues didn't help me. I suspect my adult children would have been fine.

Great get away

We enjoyed our staycation, we live in SD and wanted to get away to a home with a pool with privacy. This was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy the pool.

Spectacular Experience !

The esthetic of the home was what drew us to it and we enjoyed it immensely. We had all that we needed - the kitchen was very well appointed, and we could not be more comfortable and happy in the place that we stayed. We loved all the amenities and the location was easy to get to with a close drive to all activities and restaurants. This home comes highly recommended to anyone !

Amazing pool and outdoor space

We enjoyed a week here, and I think we spent a majority of our time in the pool and spa! Yvette was very responsive and we felt extremely well taken care of. Thank you! For those that might be sensitive to sounds, be aware that the home has a few flights that go directly overhead. (Our kids got a kick out of guessing where the planes might be going!) We found the location to be really convenient to downtown Palm Springs, or an easy jump to the highway. Loved the outdoor couch and seating area with the cover. We all slept great with comfortable beds and plenty of space for all. We would love to stay here again!

Great pool vacation

Really enjoyed our stay, property was in good shape when we arrived. Good indoor space, great outdoor area with fun pool vibes. We had a toddler with us so the pool toys, shallow area and little side green space was nice. The location was quite close to the airport so not ideal but not a problem either.

Palm Springs Getaway

This property served the needs of our group well. We were two families each with two adults and one teen. We had plenty of space and each family never felt like we were interfering with each other. The backyard is great, very relaxing and tranquil. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage. We did not use the pool however we did take advantage of the hot tub. Very relaxing and needed after a day of golf. Property location worked well for us, it is only about a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs where we shopped and dined. Plenty of neat shops and great restaurants only minutes away from this property. Yvette was an amazing hostess. She contacted us prior to our stay to ask about our favorite beverages. She stocked the fridge with both teen friendly beverages as well as adult beverages for our enjoyment. She also provided us with great dining recommendations. Additionally, she checked in with us during our stay to see if there was anything else she could do for us to make the stay better. Great touch Yvette, thank you!

Terrific Family Winter Vacation

As someone who scrutinizes photos and reviews, I am writing this to assist families interested in this property. *This is the best vrbo property we have experienced and really made our vacation wonderful. *Yvette responds to communication immediately and checked in with us daily to assure that we were having a great stay. *Home is spotlessly clean and well appointed with all necessities for a family. Unpack your clothes, and the house is ready to go. *Beds and bedding were remarkably comfortable as was the sectional couch in the family room. *Two bedrooms are en-suite; the one with two beds had a bathtub which is great with little kids. We liked that the third full bathroom was in the hall, so it could be used without awakening anyone. *The pool was amazing... with shallow and deep ends to accommodate any age and desire to jump in, and it is large enough for everyone to use at the same time. Night-swimming was especially fun with the lights. Paying to heat the pool during a winter stay is well worth it because we could use the pool throughout the stay. *Yard has grapefruit and lemon trees - yum :) *Downtown PS is less than 10 minutes away; grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks are a 2 minute drive. There is so much to do within a short drive. *Home feels very private and very safe.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay, and Yvette was a terrific host. The house was very comfortable, with a great pool, and was conveniently located not far from the airport, and near grocery stores and restaurants. A great experience overall.
