Come experience this one of a kind vacation home located in a beautiful neighborhood, minutes from Downtown Palm Springs! This fabulous Alexander vacation home has been completely remodeled for your enjoyment! Everything about this property has been designed for relaxing in the sunshine! The very private resort-style yard is walled and gated for privacy and features a brand new pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs, gazebo , fire pit, corn hole , outdoor living and dining areas, and a spectacular view of the Mountains .

The interior was completely gutted and remodeled to reflect the life of luxury. Gorgeous in its simplicity, an open concept floor plan with plenty of glass windows and doors that let the Palm Springs sunshine pour in as it reveals the sun-drenched private outdoor pool oasis.

Located in the desirable neighborhood of Racquet Club Estates, this home has been completely updated for the way we live today. The open concept floor plan provides enough space for your entire group of 6 guests to spread out and enjoy. It has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home including new kitchen and spa-like bathrooms, gorgeous master bathroom, high-speed internet, comfortable sleeping quarters and decor that screams we`re in Palm Springs, and vacationing in style!

This completely walled compound is for your privacy, the lovely setting features an optional heated pool and spa, lounge chairs, conversational seating, fire pit, mountain views, gazebo lounge area, corn hole , al fresco dining and a propane BBQ grill. The best part is the truly spectacular views of the mountains .

Each of the three dedicated bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, smart televisions, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and a beautiful oversize walk in shower with free standing tub inside making it for a relaxing bath , with direct access to the pool. The two dedicated guest rooms are located outside the Primary and share the gorgeous hallway bathroom.

Located on a quiet residential street in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood you`ll be a just a short 2.5 mile drive from downtown Palm Springs and all the restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, the casino, convention center, cabarets, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: The pool and spa is heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you`d like to heat the pool and spa so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. (Recommended October thru April)
Guest access
You’ll have the entire house to yourself.

Optional Pool Heat is available at an additional cost of $75 nightly or $300 weekly. This is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. The above inground Hot Tub can be heated at no additional charge.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home. It has a kitchen, BBQ and washer/dryer for laundry needs. The home is stocked with bath and pool towels as well as linens for beds and a fully stocked kitchen as well .

Please read the house rules carefully, as the city of Palm Springs has set forth clear ordinances that apply to all short term rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist. We are committed to complying with these rules and ask all of our guests to please consider them when booking. We want you to enjoy your vacation in Palm Springs, with no surprises.

Overnight guest limit: 6 (plus 2 if those two are under the age of 12)
Daytime guest limit: 4
Maximum daytime guest limit: 10
Parking limit (maximum number of cars at any time of day): 3 cars. You have driveway access for 2 cars and parking on the street directly in front of house.

These limits are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. If you have a question about these limits, please ask the office before booking.

After booking, we will ask for your direct email to handle the correspondence for the next 3 items:

1) Palm Springs City Vacation Rental Ordinance states that the minimum age of a renter is 25. You must be 25 or older by arrival date. The city requires that we verify this outside whatever marketing or booking platform is used so you will be asked to supply us a scanned image of your ID directly after booking.

2) Palm Springs City Vacation Rental Ordinance states we have a signed rental agreement on file between the booking party and the local management company of record. The city requires we have this regardless of the marketing or booking platform we use. At booking, we will send you our rental agreement via DocuSign.com for electronic signature.

3) Palm Springs City Vacation Rental Ordinance states that we must receive a guest roster for each reservation and that each guest sign a statement of the rules and regulations. At booking, our office will request the name and direct email of every adult staying in the home and we will use DocuSign.com to send each adult on that guest roster a statement of the rules and regulations for their electronic signature.

Palm Springs City Vacation Rental Ordinance does not allow any kind of music, at any time of day, outside a fully enclosed home. This is stated in the previously mentioned rules and regulations. However, it is usually the most questioned regulation; we wanted to call it out separately in the house rules. Feel free to ask questions but ultimately, we cannot negotiate this one. The is no “acceptable volume” or “acceptable time”. There is simply no music allowed outside.

Pool heat is an optional, daily charge. For this home, pool heat is $75/day. Pool heat is not appropriate year-round. It is usually needed late October through early June. After booking, when we ask for your direct email, we will suggest pool heat if applicable and process from there based on your direction.

A $500 Refundable Damage Deposit is required. You can verify with Airbnb, but it is our understanding they provide us an authorization for the amount in the event something happens. However, no money exchanges hands unless there is an event of damage or noise violation.

Reservations booked within 24 hours of arrival require approval from manager.

Early check-ins or late checkouts may be available for an additional fee.

This house is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house or gated. (Extra consideration is needed for children under 8).

No refund will be given for early departures

Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. If any damage occurs during your stay, please advise us at check-out. Even minor items will need our attention for the next guest.

No Smoking inside the home. At all ever. Smoking is permitted outdoors ONLY! Guests who smoke outdoors are expected to keep their debris collected and disposed of before departure. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and doing so will result in loss of security deposit.

Great Palm Springs relaxation stay

Beautiful home, pool and hot tub. Wonderful view of the mountains while relaxing in the backyard at the pool. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the Tram. Also close to downtown and the activities there. Very enjoyable!

Great property

Lovely property in Palm Springs. Beautifully remodeled. There were some small TLC items that were needed to be done on the house, but otherwise a comfortable stay. Very clean and the pool/backyard space was perfect!

A luxurious oasis in Palm Springs

Our family had a fantastic stay at this newly renovated, clean, spacious, relaxing property. Jason was a terrific host, responsive and accommodating. The outdoor pool, spa and gazebo really made us feel like we were in an oasis. The property is close to downtown Palm Sorings, the tram and only about 50 min to Joshua Tree. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

First, the house is exactly what you see in the pictures. It has GREAT outdoor space and everything you need for a weekend away. Some of us struggle with sleeping and EVERYONE thought the mattresses the Owner selected were amazing. The location is excellent for a tourist visit to the tram, dinner downtown, or even the casino (literally under 10 mins away to everything). The Owner checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and sent videos of how to work the pool and hot tub heating, which was much better than written instructions. Overall, we’d go back in heartbeat and really enjoyed our time at this property.
