Location and property were great! Our family of 6, including 2 young children thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Pool and hot tub worked out great, especially when the temperature cooled. Hector was very responsive to any inquiries we made!

Great space and super accommodating!

My friends and I had a great time staying here! We relaxed and had a lot of space for 5 of us inside and enjoyed the outdoor area too. The owner is so nice and accommodating! We really felt like our stay was worth it and would come back :)

Home in Desert Paradise

We had a great stay. The house was welcoming, well stocked and the pool and spa were amazing. The property manager responded incredibly promptly to my requests. The kitchen was well stocked. Any issues were minor. Great location.

Fantastic!

We had a phenomenal time at Hector's property, this had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 4, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the amenities were all great. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked, and we could not have been happier. The house sits on a semi busy street, but you can't really hear it very much from the house or the backyard.

Great getaway spot

The house was great. Hector met us when we arrived and walked us through the house and pool/spa controls. The house was very clean and a great spot for our family getaway. the location is very good also, we were a few blocks from the grocery store, and downtown wasn't too far. The kids had a blast and were in the pool every single day. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely stay at Hector's home

House is as described, and consistent with the photos provided. Configuration is great for friends or two couples, because the Master suite and other bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the rest of the house. The beds were very comfortable - mattresses were in good shape, and are medium-firm. The backyard is completely private, and very well decorated, with great lighting for a warm evening outside. Hector was incredible to work with. He met us at the home for our arrival, and gave us the full tour. He also walked us through how to work the pool & spa, etc. I had a few questions during the stay, and he always responded quickly.

Perfect place in Palm Springs

Very clean and inviting. Nice layout with master on one side and then two bedrooms separated by a bath. Kitchen was well stocked, coffee maker w a grinder as well as a keurig. The pool was fantastic, just need to turn on the heat in the morning and off at night. Lots of towels and pool noodles. We couldn’t hear the planes or near by streets when in the house. Quick drive to downtown and all the great restaurants. Must go to Tac/quila and Sherman’s! About 30 min to Living Desert. Oh and ability to park in the garage was extra nice on the hot days.

Palm Springs vacation

We had a wonderful time at this home for a monthlong visit. The owner greeted us on arrival and made sure we knew where everything was located, and how to reach him if we needed anything. The few times we did need something or have a question he answered immediately. I would certainly recommend this property for a visit to Palm

Everything you need to have a pleasant stay

We all loved the pool and spa - backyard amenities. Very convenient location to everything Palm Springs has to offer. A nice home and so glad they are willing to rent it out.

Palm Springs Perfection

Husband, I, and two kiddos stayed for 12 days. The pool and outdoor area were absolutely perfect for the kids to spend all day and us adults to relax, sunbath, and catch up on reading. The house is close to Albertsons to stock up on groceries and you’ll find everything in the kitchen you’ll need to make meals in. Owners were very friendly and through when checking in, and checking out was a breeze. Other than the master bedroom mattress needing an upgrade, this is a perfect place to stay, and would absolutely stay here again!! Comfortable, very clean, and nicely upgraded house!!

Can’t say enough good things.

Hector met us at the house when we arrived to give us a tour and show us how to operate the pool/hot tub. Everything was as described and very comfortable. As a previous reviewer mentioned it is very much on the flight path and that can be rather noisy but we enjoyed the house so much it didn’t bother us. We only had a handful of things we wanted to do in Palm Springs for a weeks stay (anniversary trip) so we enjoyed the rest of our stay relaxing and using the pool and hot tub.

Great House w caveats

Spacious house for the 2 of us. Pool and spa were wonderful, pictures were very accurate. We loved the privacy of the outdoor space and the variety of seating options .... used them all! Generous towels for the pool. Racquet Club Rd is moderately busy though quiet when indoors with windows closed. Weekends were quieter (no AM commute). One downside would be the location is in the flight path (both take off and landing) and we were greeted w 6 AM wake up times every morning regardless of closed windows and earplugs. And they continued periodically until dusk. It happened to be this way during our stay, we are not sure if the flight patterns fluctuate during the year. It had the feel of arriving at a friend's house. Hector and Roger were there to greet us and give a tour, very helpful! We did find some personal toiletries, clothing, food in the fridge, and dishes in the dishwasher which was unexpected based on previous VRBO experiences. Check with Hector on the Gardner and Pool Cleaner schedule. While the Master Bedroom had a soft bed it actually worked out quite well. We tend to sleep on a firm mattress, though this soft bed did well. Overall this was a great house for the trip we wanted which was to get up early to hike, spend hours by the secluded pool, watch Netflix at night and a dip in the spa before bed. We would have given this house 5 stars if not for the location in the flight path.

Great house and host

This home has a great pool and jacuzzi and is very modern and updated. We stayed in the summer and the central air kept the house cool. Kitchen was also great to cook in and we used the grill. All the fun things you want from a Palm Springs getaway home. Hector was a great host - very responsive and considerate.

Relaxing getaway

The house looks exactly how it is in the photos. The host was very attentive and replied quickly every time I had a question. It was nice to be able to park our car in the garage. We enjoyed the backyard a lot, especially the pool/spa. Internet was fast. My family and I had a great and relaxing time.

Fabulous Stay

The house is perfect and well appointed, it has everything you could need. The outdoor space was just what we needed, plenty of room to enjoy the pool, lounge in the shade, or sunbathe. Hector is easy is to reach and quick to respond. It was the perfect stay.

Perfect family stay

We loved it here! The house has a wonderful warm energy about it. My family of four came down to work and school remotely and enjoy the pool. The internet worked better than ours at home. The house has a really nice bright, spacious layout and the pool area was our second living room day and night. The kitchen is more than fully stocked and there are plenty of nice linens and towels everywhere. Even nice pool towels. The beds are extremely comfortable with lots of nice pretty pillows. There is a desk in the master bedroom that you don’t see in the photos. Hector and Roger are really nice and responsive. Thank you Hector and Roger!

Hector is a great host.

Unlike many Palm Springs area owners, Hector does not charge extra to heat the pool and spa. He simply asks you not to be a jerk about it and use the time prudently. His house is well laid out, with a very well-stocked kitchen and a brand new laundry. Outside, poolside furniture is complete.

Haven during Covid

Very nicely remodeled home with a convenient location in Palm Springs. Loved the pool and jacuzzi, loved the huge TV, loved the king size master bed ensuite. Very nice owner. Very comfortable home with beautiful views of the mountains. Loved exploring the neighborhood on foot. Downtown a quick drive from here.
