Esta encantadora unidad de condominios frente al mar está en el segundo piso. Esta unidad de 2 pisos tiene 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, capacidad para 5 personas, una piscina olímpica y excelente acceso a la playa. Siéntate en tu terraza y escucha el océano o camina por el camino a la playa. Este condominio cuenta con todos los muebles nuevos, pisos nuevos en el 1er nivel, una cocina totalmente equipada para sus actividades culinarias y 3 televisores de alta definición. (Incluyendo 50 "4K Smart TV en la sala de estar) Hay acceso a internet para aquellos que desean mantenerse al día con las redes sociales o jugar videojuegos. El alquiler incluye 5 insignias de playa y 5 pases de piscina. Se proporcionan 2 sillas de playa y algunos juguetes de playa para los niños (o para adultos).

Tendrá que traer sábanas King (dormitorio principal) y sábanas gemelas para el (dormitorio loft) también toallas de baño y playa. Suministramos almohadas, edredones y mantas.
Tenemos una cafetera "K-Cup", así que traiga su café favorito.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this location. The hosts are incredible. They communicate with you and they take pride in their condo. My stay in this Brigantine condo was very nice! It was clean, organized and spacious for myself and my daughters. There were many items included such as beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach buggy, which made it a lot easier for us! The pool was also a nice option as well for my girls if they did not feel like going down to the beach. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating with his tips and information! We had a very lovely stay! We plan on going back again very soon!

Perfect Family Getaway

This is a great condo for a couple and a few kids. The owners have a loft for kids with cute toys, games, and their own bathroom. The adult master bedroom was very nice and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, nice pool, and close to essentials like the grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved being so close to the beach and within short driving distance to other beach towns and boardwalks. Condo was great! Our beds were very comfortable! I would reccomend this condo to anyone!

Wonderful spot

Love staying here at the Islander. Love to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze, proximity to the beach is fabulous and also really enjoyed the pool. The condo layout works really well for our older kids to come and have their own space upstairs. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Great property!

This great little condo was perfect for myself, my daughter and a friend and her daughter for our Nationals dance competition. Clean and spacious with access to the beach just a short walk away. Owners were courteous, responsive, and checked in with me during my stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great first trip to The Shore

This was our family's first time visiting the Jersey shore and this property was perfect for us. Tasty restaurants nearby, short walk to the beach, pool was great, and the loved having the kids upstairs. Go to Richman's and try the peanut butter swirl ice cream :)

Wonderful property in a great development. This was our first trip to Brigantine and would definitely return. Amenities- pool and beach access were great. Property was super clean and the loft was great for the kids. Owner was super receptive to our needs. Check in was super easy.

Great place for our family

We had a great week in Brigantine. Our place had everything we needed for our vacation week. Clean and nicely upgraded areas, with enough room for us to relax between beach days. Perfectly located next to beach and near shopping and restaurants. Parking and pool are a bonus. The owner Jeff, checked on us prior to ensure we were ready with all the information needed and checked on us during the week to see if all was going well. Thank you for letting us stay.

Amazing Condo, Unbeatable Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brigantine Beach Loft over the last week. We were in town for a week long event at Harrah’s but were so happy to have found this gem. The beach loft is exactly as pictured in the ad. Well maintained, clean and comfortably furnished. The loft was a perfect get away for our kids and Jeff and Laura have it set up as a nice little oasis for them. The labels throughout were super helpful and they thought of everything from chilled mugs in the freezer to great books on the shelves. The property was gorgeous. The pool was clean and spacious, the parking lot was easy to maneuver and the proximity to the beach was perfect. A short walk and you are splashing in the waves. It’s also a close drive to AC so if you have an event and don’t want to stay in a large resort, this is perfect. Jeff was outstanding to deal with and was even able to add a day onto our booking last minute when we had to unexpectedly stay an extra day. We hope to return every year!

Well kept secret

Lovely place, and great if you have children. Walk to the beach without crossing a street! I heard one car horn and one siren the whole week. It was a very peaceful experience.

Hi Jeff and Laura here. We bought this unit in 2019, though we have another unit in the Islander and have been coming down for the past 30 years.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love coming down to the shore and walking to the beach at night. We discovered many great places to visit in Brigantine, Atlantic City and the area.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Brigantine is an incredible beach community. Close to Philadelphia and NYC and yet a whole different world. Everyone seems to know each other in Brigantine and the beaches are never crowded.
