Bienvenido a la playa! Venga a disfrutar el tiempo lejos de todo en este condominio del segundo piso bien cuidado. Tendrá acceso al patio al aire libre y al área de barbacoa, la ducha al aire libre y la lavadora y secadora. Estas comodidades se comparten con el primer piso.

La unidad tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama queen size y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales que se pueden juntar para hacer una cama king size. ¡Duerme cuatro muy cómodamente!

La unidad está bien equipada con aire central, TV y reproductor de DVD y una cocina completa con lavavajillas y microondas. Tiene un baño bellamente recién remodelado. Se proporciona estacionamiento fuera de la calle.

La casa está a dos cuadras de la hermosa playa de la calle 34. Justo arriba de la playa, encontrará canchas de voleibol, una escuela de surf y aeróbicos en la playa. El alquiler incluye el uso de cuatro etiquetas de playa y sillas de playa.

Estamos ubicados en el sur de Brigantine, a una cuadra de muchas opciones gastronómicas y de compras, como Aunt B's Ice Cream, Hooper's Seafood, Ernest & Sons Meat Market y Deli, The Cellar wine bar / restaurant, Aversa's Bakery, Primo's Pizza y una súper tienda CVS .

También estamos a menos de media milla de un parque con canchas de tenis, tejo, baloncesto, hockey sobre patines, un parque de patinaje y minigolf. También hay un área de juegos y recreación para los niños ubicada en la calle 26.

Si el golf es su juego, diríjase al extremo norte de la isla por 18 hoyos en el Links. La isla también cuenta con cinco puertos deportivos con muchas opciones de alquiler: botes, motos de agua, excursiones en barco y viajes de pesca.

Las playas públicas son impresionantes para tomar el sol y nadar. La arena es suave y la playa es amplia. También ofrecen oportunidades para cuatro ruedas (se requiere permiso), pesca de surf, esquí acuático, surf, windsurf, vela y kayak.

Cuando termine el día, puede dirigirse a Atlantic City en taxi, automóvil o autobús para entretenimiento, atracciones de casino, vida nocturna y / o el paseo marítimo. ¡Está a solo unos minutos!

Además, el paseo marítimo de Ocean City está a 30 minutos en coche con muchas atracciones / atracciones para los niños.

No frills perfection!

Open feel and view....big rooms and a deck right out the door! Nice to have grill, laundry, and outside shower in addition to being close to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants. The owners were super helpful and a pleasure to do business with.....who could ask for more; thank you!

Take a Break!

I could not be happier with this place! It was so nice to have a clean and comfortable place to relax. My favorite is the beautiful beach that is only a short walk away and the ocean sounds at night. I would definitely come back again. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to take a break and spend some quality time with friends or family. Thanks for my stay! Hope to be back soon ;-)

Our rental was cute, clean, furnished with everything we needed for the week!!! Conveniently located less than 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to many stores and dining options close by!!! Adored the patio area especially!! Great host and location

We had a great week at this cozy condo. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping and ice cream - and a quick walk to a very spacious beach. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill and eating outside at the cute table, under the umbrella. Check in was super easy and host was responsive when we couldn’t figure out the outdoor shower. Overall, a great stay and a great location.

Great place for young families

My family and I really enjoyed our Brigantine getaway. The place was cozy and had everything we needed for our weeklong trip. My boys (4 and 2.5) loved the room with two twin beds and my husband and I were glad to be able to cast our Disney + and Netflix to the smart tv in the living room. The place was conveniently located, just a short walk to a nice beach and also a delicious ice cream place, Auntie B's, is dangerously close. (Auntie B's is open only on weekends after Labor Day, but is a must!! Some of the best ice cream I have ever had.) Overall, it was a great stay. I would definitely rent this place again!

First Brigantine visit

The place is very cute , great location close to a few food venues . The beds are firm/ hard and garage across the alley was noisy at times . The cleaning staff arrived late and delayed check in but Lyn was available to speak to very quickly . Thank you Lyn

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at this home it was easy to find and so clean home away from home my two young girls loved it so much. The location was perfect just a few short blocks from the beautiful beach and only a 10 min car ride to the bust Adlantic city we would definitely stay here again

A perfect beach getaway!

I had the pleasure of spending summer of 2018 at the property. The house was clean and extremely welcoming. Lynn and Danielle were both wonderful to work with and very responsive. What you don't see on the pics is there is a small deck off the second floor, we ended up spending much of our time watching sunsets. There was plenty of space and decorated modern and clutter free! I honestly felt like it was my second home for the months of July and August. It is a quick 4-5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone that would be interested.

Very clean, close to everything you could need, super convenient!

The home was easy to find and central to everything you could need, beaches, good food, entertainment you name it. The house was very clean and nicely supplied with housewares and cleaning materials. We were provided with beach tags and a key to laundry facilities on sight which was super convenient. We could walk to the beach and we took our bikes so riding was a usual in the area and felt very safe even with my 7yr old. Overall we were more than pleased with these accommodations and we would definitely recommend using this house again...we may go right back next year!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our time in Brigantine and our stay at Lyn's property. The place was clean and fresh and an ideal location. The beach was so much fun and the restaurants were good. We loved it. Thanks Lyn for accommodating us.

Clean, cozy, great location!

We had a lovely stay in Brigantine. The walk to the beach was perfect with our one-year-old and all of his stuff! We loved the the ice cream store was steps away as was most anything we wanted or needed. The place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back!

A home away from home

We loved our stay at Lyn's place so much, that we extended our stay! It was the perfect home away from home for us and had everything that we needed and more. It's steps away from a great sandwich shop, ice cream parlor, Italian bakery and seafood restaurant and within walking distance from supermarkets, Dunkin Donuts and Wawa. Brigantine beach was also just 2 short blocks away and perfect for my one-year old daughter with its shallow pool away from the surf. Lyn was a fantastic host and responded to all my questions within hours. We will definitely be returning. :)

Fantastic beach vacation!

This was such a great rental and we were so happy that we stayed here! This place was extremely clean, comfy, and relaxing. It really felt like home and had everything we needed. We were a short walk to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect place for a getaway!

This is a wonderful rental and I plan on coming back later this summer! Extremely clean and luxurious compared to other rentals I have stayed at in the area. A short walk from the beach and you can even see the "famous" circle light house from the kitchen window! Highly recommended!

Our family and friends have greatly enjoyed years of summer relaxation and fun at our beach retreat! The children have grown and we would like to open the property up to other vacationers to enjoy all that this home and Brigantine has to offer.

Brigantine has it all! For a small island, it offers great beaches and recreation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. From our place you never need to use your car. All you need is within short walking distance!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We loved this location in Brigantine as it is so convenient to everything! The breeze moves between the ocean and the bay and with windows open at night you fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.
The patio area is nicely landscaped and is a great place for outdoor eating and relaxing after a day at the beach. For nightlife a five minute drive takes you to the Casino's and all the entertainment they offer.
It's a little slice of heaven.
