Casa ultra moderna frente al mar! 5106 es una elegante casa frente al mar con 5 dormitorios, 5 1/2 baños y tiene capacidad para 16 personas. Atraviesa la puerta de entrada a una cocina virgen y completamente equipada, equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran isla central. El plano de planta de concepto abierto le permite a usted y a sus invitados pasar por la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar, por lo que es una casa perfecta para entretener a familiares y amigos. El salón cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana y se abre a la zona de la piscina.

La planta baja cuenta con una habitación de invitados equipada con una cama King size y baño privado. Otras tres habitaciones con camas King, Queen y Full-size, así como sus propios baños privados, se encuentran en el segundo piso, junto con la Master Suite y el espacio adicional para dormir con una litera Twin, ideal para niños o adolescentes. La Master Suite incluye una cama King size, TV de pantalla plana, balcón privado frente al mar y baño principal privado. El baño tiene una increíble bañera, ducha, gran tocador con doble lavabo y espejo de tocador bien iluminado.

Home was beautiful and very spacious. We had plenty of room for our big family. Very convenient to have a restroom in every bedroom. The direct access to the beach was the best part for me! Watched a few beautiful sunrises right out our back gate.

I've been renting private homes on SPI for over 10 years. For what we paid for this home, I am disappointed. The patio/backyard of the home is dirty. It needs deep cleaning. The outdoor furniture is disgusting. It should be replaced. My family and I didn't even want to sit on them nor put our towels or any belongings on them. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the patio due to its dirtiness. The spa worked for 2 days and that was after we had to call the manager to get it fixed. They came, fixed it, and it broke again the following day. The indoor furniture is gorgeous, luxurious, and sturdy. We did enjoy the indoor furniture, but the point of being at the beach is to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and patio. A few things should be added like a place to hang tools in the shower, a blow dryer, a stove with readable knobs. Again, for what we paid, this is unacceptable.

Beautiful home with ocean view

We loved being right on the beach. The house was perfect for three families staying together. If we visit SPI again we would not hesitate to stay here.

June stay

We have been renting homes from SPI for 7-8 years. This home needs some TLC. Power wash the pool area for God's sake. Not a big deal. Floor rugs and upholstery have seen their better days.Bathrooms were clean, beds and bedding are above average. We won't rent this house again next year I will do more research and read the comments before booking.

Nice Place. Not cheap, but nothing is anymore in SPI. Ensuite bath in every bedroom was nice. Kitchen area was a little cramped. Hot tub did not work. Could have used some more hangers in the closets. And probably more towels. But this is just nitpicking.

Fabulous week! Book it!

The home was beautiful and location perfect. The 5 rooms each with a private bath allowed us privacy and comfort. The pool was used everyday. The hot tub heated quickly and was used multiple times every day. Being able to walk a few feet out the back door to the beach was amazing. The views from the home were beautiful too. Hearing the waves crash. - just a beautiful sound. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the grill multiple times. Recommendations: needed more paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, add a couple of pans for baking. Don't hesitate - book it. You will love it. We hope to go back one day!

Perfect

This property worked so well for our family. We enjoyed facing the Gulf with easy access to the beach. My husband, who was unable to walk to the beach watched from porch and felt included. The pool worked well for us and the hot tub was a welcome addition. Having a dedicated bathroom for each room was perfect. The kitchen and family area was very nice. Being next door to Wanna Wanna was a bonus and we enjoyed volleyball over there.

Vacay Nov week

We had a very good time. We visit SPI 5-6 times in the same year. We got very good and kind customer service from the ladies on the front desk, and who answered my messages and calls. There are a few things that could be better, regarding our experience on the Unit we rented: -The lock was very difficult to manage. We took time opening and closing the door from the outside. -The unfortunate experience I had with the loose paper toilet holder, that landed in my toes. I had to spend money on pain killers and the whole day I was limping. -One day we were out of power for a while. -Another day, the internet outage. -The pool maintenance guy that entered the property from the gate on the beach. I didn't knew who he was, he didn't greet or anything, so got me by surprise. -This last one, I could've asked, but when I saw de pictures I assume we could leave our vehicle inside the garage, and there was no access to it. Thank you.

Great location, clean, large space

Only things keeping it from excellent is the lack of access to the garage, and no gear @ the house. Don't let this deter you though, I would come back in an instant.

Great Rental

The place was very clean. The kitchen well-stocked. SPI staff cordial & responsive! We had a wonderful time in South Padre & this rental property was perfect! Awesome add on beach gear was a real plus! Thanks sooo much!!!!

Great experience

Our stay was kind of at a chaotic time due to possible hurricane so some things that normally would have been put out around the pool were not out but the SPI staff were great in helping with this. The house in which we stayed was very nice, hardly in issues that could not be corrected easily. As I stated above the SPI staff at the office and the maintenance personnel were all very polite and helpful. We will definitely use SPI next time we are to stay at South Padre Island.

Another SPI monopoly

Sadly, it’s extremely challenging to find a house in SPI on the beach that isn’t managed by SPI. The front office staff are always unhelpful. The properties lack in simple items such as washcloths. Be prepared to pack everything except your kitchen sink when you stay with SPI.

House rental

Feedback for the VRBO: Bedroom in front of the house upstairs; bedroom frame is very noisy, so loud that each would wake each other up through out the night just by rolling over. The beds fitted sheet doesn't fit the bed. Constantly having to put the sheet back on The ceiling fan in the same room squeaks constantly. Due to being unbalanced. Dryer took forever to dry anything. Believe the vent for the dryer needs maintenance done. Cookware was inadequate for cooking for large groups. Reminds me of hand-me-down cookware. Really cheesy. Dishwasher was broke the whole week. I find it hard to believe that it couldn't have been fixed. Bottom line the refrigerator needs replaced. The back door slider needs replaced. Not much of a ocean view with a window that is obscured due to a seal being broke. Uneven pool patio tiles are very unsafe. I had one incident of tripping on one of them. Great place just needs some good tlc....

Friends and family

The view, the beach, all were great. However, the pictures were not recent. The sliding door to patio was very difficult, and even with “fix” didn’t work well. And unfortunately, condensation within the panels of glass ruined the beautiful view. And also, we asked for more kitchen towels as we cooked most meals and they wouldn’t provide.

Love this place

Very much love staying at this private place in SPI. There was a little trouble with our booking when we arriving there was someone already staying at the place we rented, but the problem was fixed, and the manager let us stay in the same neighborhood, which was perfect. I am looking forward to coming back again.
