Located on the bay interior side of SPI, this breathtaking private house offers guests the perfect vacation rental accommodations for their trip to SPI!
The upstairs entails 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King size bed and the guest bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen size beds. Located off the living area and kitchen is a large balcony overlooking the bay area on the 2nd floor. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate.

Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchens located both upstairs and downstairs for a total of 3 kitchens! These kitchens have everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table upstairs has seating 6 people with an additional 4 at the kitchen counter and the additional dining tables downstairs will each have seating for up to 4 people.
This home does have wireless internet.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms have a King size beds and flat screen tv. As an addition to this bedroom you will find a full kitchen equipped with a sink, microwave and stove top for guests use. Each living area will be equipped with a sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests in each downstairs unit.

The pool area is perfect to enjoy after a fun day at the beach! Guests will love hanging out in the lounging chairs in the backyard to soak up our beautiful South Padre Island sun. The balcony faces partially to the pool area provides seating to enjoy an elevated island breeze while getting a gorgeous sunset view towards the bay!

We had an excellent stay. Enough room to accommodate 12 of us. SPI rentals were very good and timely addressing any questions or concerns we had! Overall it was an excellent experience. We will definitely use SPI rentals in the future.

Great house for friends and family!

This is a great location and great to book friends and family. We were four families and each of us were together but also had our privacy. The pool is great and wish it didn't rain, we could have enjoyed more. I had forgotten my jacket during checkout and SPI team was so helpful to find it and also helped me ship it at my home. I would stay in their property again. Only minor suggestion is it would be ideal if they can give extra paper products like napkins, rolls when family are staying over 2-3 days.

Excellent Service and Stay

The rental was wonderful, everyone had their own place and bathroom to getaway, but also a central location for cooking and gathering. The pool area was wonderful and spacious. Everyone at SPI rentals was very accommodating and responsive, were even open to moving our dates if we were worried that hurricane would pass through South Padre.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very clean. Location was excellent near everything . We were there for a family wedding and we drove from Chicago and it was worth the trip. I will definitely book there again.

Perfect Location with awesome pool

Made a last minute trip to spi and this place was super clean and very spacious. The heated pool and hot tube was the star of the show. Both the kids had their own space in the 2 downstairs apartment's and loved the privacy. Loved the location that there are 2 bar/restaurants within a 2 minute walk with gorgeous sunsets each night at the Longboard bar. Kitchen set up was also top notch. All cooking utensils, plates, etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Only issue was the restroom door not closing properly. Will eventually damage something . We had to leave door open and close bedroom door , to use the restroom upstairs.

Great for family or 4 couples

The place is great, very very clean, it has everything, customer service is superb! Maintanance guys are really fast when you need them. The only thing we were not confortable was, that there was no guest restroom, so, if the people staying in the couch/bed, had to enter the private room (that were occupied by couples, so no privacy) to use the restroom or take a shower. It was inconvenient for both the people inside the room and the one staying outside. Other than that our vacations were a dream!

A diamond in the rough on the bayside

Enjoyed a three day weekend with the family. There was plenty of space for everyone, as the bottom rooms are separated for privacy. Beautiful view of the bay. Its within walking distance of everything. Great pool pool setup for the family. Two minor drawbacks: no outdoor grill so bring your own and even though we requested the pool to be heated it never was. We made it workout in the end. Definitely coming back

We received the code to get in after check in time, which was a little annoying. That code was not working so we called & they sent a maintenance tech over in a timely manner. The hot tub was apparently broken. But they must of known since more workers arrived to clean out the pool & hot tub & fix whatever it was they needed too. I would suggest to make sure all of that is done beforehand. Other than that, this house was great! It's like a house made of 3 apartments so I felt we had more privacy than expected.

Great place

This place was amazing for our big family. We rented the entire house which gave us privacy. The pool was big enough for all of us. Clean , nice balcony and we loved that everyone still managed to have privacy because it has separate units. This property is on the bay side so we got to see fireworks from the pool. We loved our stay and will be coming back .Only thing is that there is no shade whatsoever by the pool until about 5:30 pm or 6.

Great reunion

This spacious home was excellent for a family of 9 and room to spare. The entire house was well kept and clean! The swimming pool was great! There are various dining options close by foot, no car required! Thanks again!!!
