Great Place

Awesome location,only takes a few minutes to get down town. Friendly area to stay in with things to do nearby. The owner is incredibly helpful and quick to respond!

Perfect location with family. Plenty of space for all 7 of us. Very thoughtful an d accommodating host. Quick drive to the city. Loved it!

Angie was a great host! She replied promptly to any of my questions and was very timely letting us know about arrival and departure. Her place was very clean and had everything for our family's stay. It was very comfortable for all 7 us. Thank you for hosting us.

Angies house is lovely

The space is clean, the area is very quiet and we felt comfortable and safe. When we arrived due to some of the neighbors having a verbal disagreement Angie showed up to help us get situated and to make sure the conflict had nothing to do with us. WE were a group of five women ranging in. Ages from 22 to 84. We really liked staying here .

Great long weekend for concert

We were welcomed to the property with super sweet decorations to match the Taylor Swift concert we were taking our kids to. The property was extremely clean and had plenty of room for our group of 6. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Garage was a little tricky getting in/out of but we figured it out.

Our weekend stay

Overall the property worked fine. Location was convenient to our needs. The unit feels a bit cloistered, the ground floor windows and bedroom windows feel exposed. It’s the alleyway feel that can be a distraction. But, the unit is very functional, it’s clean and very well equipped. The host is super responsive. Don’t hesitate if you need it.

Townhome is clean, nice and spacious

Overall, I recommend this place because it's clean, nice spacious and the location is a plus. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's also a 7-10 min drive to Logan Square and a 20 min drive to downtown. The host also provided a range of toiletries; she responded quickly to any questions and check out was easy. One thing I would note is the garage is small and tight but it did fit my small compact suv. The street parking around the neighborhood was easy.

Great location to explore all of Chicago

Clean, nicely organized and comfortable towns house in Logan Square. You are in a great location to explore a lot of the Chicago area with many restaurants nearby. New appliances and furnishings and the owner supplies laundry and other soaps plus shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers in the showers. Good wifi and streaming options as it is set up as a Google smart home. Garage parking is a plus but not all cars would fit- my Honda CRV was ok but our other car (Acura sedan) wouldn’t make it. There is nearby street parking if you have too big or multiple vehicles. Would gladly stay here again next time we are in Chicago.

NICE FOR OUR QUICK WEEKEND

This is a very nice VRBO. Access to the unit and check-in were seamless. It was clean, comfortable & cozy for our group of nine. Tower fans in bedrooms were much appreciated. Bath towels were soft & fluffy. The provided coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a nice touch. However, the two provided air mattresses had slow leaks and could not be slept on through the night. CAUTION: The bathtubs are VERY SLIPPERY! One of the women in our group slipped while showering one morning, fell hard, and smacked her nose on the edge of the adjacent toilet. I advised the owner and suggested bath mats but she did not respond to me. ALSO be aware of tablet cameras in the living room and kitchen. They were easily covered. Overall a nice VRBO and an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Home for Festive Family Weekend

Angie's place was great for a family wedding weekend. With the 3 bedrooms, sofa bed and air mattress, all 8 of us were very comfortable sleeping. And having 2.5 bathrooms was a definite plus as we actually had 4 separate events to prep for. The home has lots of tech features, very clean and neat, quiet inside even though a busy neighborhood outside and lots of nice touches to make the stay very comfortable.

Daughter’s Wedding

I came to Chicago with some of my family members for my daughter’s wedding. Angie’s place was the perfect place for us. It was close to the wedding venue and easy to get to the downtown sites. Angie was easy to contact when any questions arose. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay again if we come back!

Comfy Stay for the weekend

We had an enjoyable weekend at this property. Checking in and out was super easy. Angie was very responsive and helpful during the trip and even provided some treats which was awesome! Parking in the garage was a little difficult, because it was small. The place is as advertised, but I thought it was bigger. Fortunately we all fit comfortably. The cleanliness of the property was a 5/5 which is important to me. It smelled very nice and everything was so clean. Everything listed on the description was accurate and easy to find. The smart home feature was really cool and the TVs had Netflix and Hulu for watching. We really enjoyed our stay.
